Orey does a great job. He's very communicative and friendly. Always shows up on time, sprays thoroughly and changes all traps. Pointer Pest Control took over from our previous pest control company. I was hesitant at first, but after a few scheduled visits, I am confident they will do a great job. On the most recent visit Orey introduced himself and asked if there was anything specific we were having problems with. I told him we had a wasp nest that I knocked down a couple of weeks ago and he said he would keep an eye out. Sure enough, he found another one and sent me a pic. Knocked it down and carefully looked around the property for any others. He also went around and removed all the spider webs that had started to collect. Before he left he checked in with me to give me a summary of what he did. What service! My wife hates bugs. So having them come every other month is a little piece of mind that is well worth the maintenance fees. read more

We recently woke up to a severe ant infestation in our house. After calling 10 pest control companies, Pointer was the only one who was willing and able to come same day (on a Saturday, mind you) to treat the issue. Antonio and Ed are professional, polite, and very thorough in their work. They took their time and even came by for a free 2 week follow up to ensure the problem has been completely taken care of. We ended up signing up for a bimonthly service contract because it was a good deal compared to the big name company we were using before (who never fully eradicated our multi-pest problem). I'm happy to be supporting a locally owned small business who actually cares about their customers and the work that they do. We have no more pests inside our house and it's such a relief. Genius shows up soliciting, says the same thing ALL the pest guys say, "I was working next door blah blah" (I know who my neighbors all use and it's not you). Clearly holding flyers or magnets or whatever all the other pest guys have when they say "I was working next door..." My husband and I bought a older home back in September 2022, before moving in we noticed there were a ton of roaches and misc bugs inside and outside of the home. My husband found this company through Groupon and we were hoping they would be able to fix the problem before we moved in. THEY DID !!! Eduardo is truly amazing and does a very thorough inspection to see where the bugs are coming from and gives me advice on how to keep them out. We now have a bimonthly service with them & they are top notch ! If I ever see any bugs in home they'll come out even if it's not my regular service day!!! I contacted Pointer Pest Control for spiderwebs and beetles and occasional wasps. They were able to come out the next day to start treatment. Antonio and his son Ed are owners which means I'm happily dealing with a family owned company rather than a faceless corporation. Pest control isn't cheap but they were willing to reduce my initial treatment cost since I'm on a fixed income and provided me a senior citizen discount. I was offered rodent control at no increased cost and flea treatment as well (neither of which I need.) I'm on a one year contract which pleases me. I'm hopeful that in that time I'll be mostly pest free. read more
