It was a mess after foundation repairs and had torn up old flooring and old tile that I was struggling to deal with. Tim helped me with samples to take home and see what worked best and then came out 2 days later to measure. Great guy, very helpful and they have their own install crew. Unlike big box flooring companies, where they outsource to multiple installers and good luck if you have problems. Install carries a 1 year warranty and flooring has its own product warranties. And if there are any issues, I go to Tim, not the installer. Whole process was simple and straightforward! Floors needed a lot of work (grinding and floating) but they look wonderful with the new LVP and carpet. Fantastic experience with Draper floors and I've shared his contact info with my realtor because he's that good!
