In less than 30 minutes my television was hanging on the wall and I was watching Netflix. Jason and his team were extremely professional and cleaned up every last speck of dirt the job created. I did so and made a sale for him, but he never responded back after the new system was installed. Not cool nor fair for VIVINT not to honor the referral all because I did not have the referral number. My system was less then three weeks old myself. Either salesmen or technicians told us we needed a referral code. The gentlemen never responded back once the installation was complete. Very disappointed

I asked if there was any kind of early termination / cancellation fee and I was told no, just pay off the equipment and cancel. Paid off the equipment and called to cancel. I was held hostage on the phone for AN HOUR while I'm at work only to be told I still need to pay an additional $ 234. in order to cancel. Their equipment is bad and their customer service is WORSE! I will not recommend this company anyone and will in fact advise others to STEER CLEAR.

I asked if he could put the other one back in. he said nope and walked out. but what made matters worse is when I called the office to tell the I guess owner what had happened and asked if I could be refunded my money that had been charged over the last 8 months with no monitoring. he proceeded to tell me it's my job to check every week to make sure my service is working. I've never heard of that this is going on all while I have a shop full of clients. I am in disbelief with this quote family business but will be taking my business elsewhere
