I got my nose piercing here along with two of my other friends (nose piercing and navel piercing). We went on a Monday because they have a $10 off piercings, so we all paid $10 each. I would have given them five stars, but eveytime I called in the span of two weeks no one answered. Miraculously they answered the Monday we decided to go and were able to address my questions. Another thing was that the piercer was out for dinner and no one called her to let her know customers were waiting, so we ended up waiting for about 45 minutes before she finally returned. Other than those two issues, the piercer had a gentle touch and she was efficient and quick with the piercings. She got done with the three of us within five minutes. I can't speak for my friends, but my nose piercing did not hurt at all. She also quickly explained the after care to us after we were done. read more

Highly recommend , I believe her name is Monica she's great! Came in for my second lobe and an outer helix piercing I love them! Seemed like a good place but I wouldn't know because each time I went the piercer wasn't there. This problem could have been avoided if someone would answer the phone. Monica was really nice when telling me what to expect for my piercing I had no appointment and just put my name on the list and was only there maybe 30 mins at the most the prices seemed really reasonable to me for piercings. I went in here to get some gauging in my ears. I don't know anything about gauging but have had several piercings. I went from having regular pierced ears to 8mm gauges. I wasn't clear on what was going to be left in my ears but the piercer left the tapers in my ears and they were secured in with the black stoppers on each side. My ears were so swollen and itchy when I left. I went to my normal piercer I've know for years in the town where I live because after I got the gauging done I read online tapers should not be used nor left in because they can cause stress on the healing tissue. The look on my piercer face when I showed him what had been done was priceless. He took the tapers out immediately and put in 16mm I believe. Apparently you should only go one size up not like three. He said this person doesn't seem to know what they were doing. My ears were so swollen my lobes looked red and shiny. This was for gauging so maybe she's better at regular piercing? I don't know. But if someone tries to,leave tapers in walk away. read more
