While she wasn't exactly what I was looking for, she was EXACTLY what I needed to get through my daughter's first birthday. Yvonne and her crew were BEYOND what I envisioned. They were so helpful and executed everything I wanted to the T and more. They managed my OCD extremely well and gave so many beautiful add ons and extras that I truly know my party would've lacked without her expertise and help. I miss connecting with Yvonne now, but I know that we'll get together for another party soon. :)

I am pretty upset that even with Covid canceling my wedding that the owner of MIA Party Creations…read moredidn't have a heart to give back my $500 deposit. I came to her in September 2019, my wedding was suppose to be June 28th 2020. The INVOICE says non refundable. But due to Covid 19 which was out of my hands and out of hers - she didn't have a heart to give back my deposit. Every other vendor gave back all deposits without even a blink of an eye because Covid was effecting everyone. Covid was an "act of god". When I had a conversation with the owner I was called "hunny" and was belittled and felt she was being condescending. She continued to make remarks such as "time is money sweetie" "let's not get it twisted I'm done here" and states the following: "ok np as ypi said you will not neededing about services by your choice not ours so ypu officially have canceled our non- refundable contract" Canceling the non refundable contract when I was having a conversation about finances and how I don't have any future events planned. She stated I could use the $500 on a future event, but with the hole Covid has put me in even year later I couldn't even fathom spending money on a party when I loose sleep at night how I am going to put food on the table for my children. I shouldn't have to either loose my $500 OR have to spend more money in the future to use up that $500. Even when I have tried to think of another party to use it up i contacted her about using the $500 she wanted me to pay an additional $300 towards a service because her pricing has went up. I have even helped her with projects and crafts for her events in the past. I considered her a crafty knowledgeable friend. In our conversation via text she even went out of her way to put down the projects I have went out of my way for her in the past: Stating: "The t shirts you made the letters fell apart" "No one really cared for for them" She came to me I went to her vise versa.for ideas and crafts. I feel very upset that she couldn't see Covid as an act of god and she keeps referring to her "invoice" that states no refunds applicable on deposit payment". No one asked for Covid or their dream wedding to be canceled in order to keep loved ones safe. I had to accept that my wedding HAD to cancel. I am IN HOPES that Mia Party Creation can come to an agreement.

Went to a birthday party hosted here on Nov 26, and absolutely loved it! The rooms are big and full…read moreof bouncy houses and obstacle courses. Parents could chat amongst themselves while still keeping an eye on the kids. Attendants were also on each area as an extra set of eyes which was just what I needed, specially for my 9 year old autistic son. One of the attendants, Lola, went above and beyond by also helping my 2 year old feel included since she was too small to get on any of the play areas by herself. Lola helped guide her and made sure she had a great time. Spider-Man and the girls in the DJ booth also were so lovely and sweet! They paid attention to every child, and again, included my tiny 2 year old who could easily be missed around so many other kids. The play areas were clean and well attended. The party room was spacious and the decoration looked wonderful. Again, the attendants made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was also delicious and plentiful! We all left so tired but also really happy with the entire experience. Can't wait to go back!

Very unhappy with this company. We ordered a rental toilet for a party last week. They came on time…read moreand set it up nicely. The day of the party the toilet would not flush. I called the company and a service man came and adjusted the lever. He said the lever was getting stuck. Fast forward a few hours and my guest were complaining that the toilet would not flush. Once the night came the solar lights would not activate. We basically had a useless toilet for the evening as my guest used the toilet in our house. I called the next day and left a message with their answering service. They called me today to offer me 75.00 off my next rental which is basically bs. If this company wanted to keep the customer happy they should have given me back the 75.00 cash that I paid them. My advice is to pay by credit card and of you have any issues then call your credit card to dispute.

Well came week of party and they informed me that I would have to receive the delivery on Thursday not Friday. When I explained I would not be there to receive because of hospital appointment with son they indicated that there is no flexibility in this date even though it was promised on Friday. They gave me a take it or leave it ultimatum that either I was going to be available to receive on their time frame or cancel order. Well my sons doctor appointment took priority so I had to cancel. they could care less of the cancellation. Not professional, Courteous or honest. Would not recommend to anyone.
