On **July 8th**, after not hearing anything, I called for an update. I spoke with David, who informed me that the remote had not been ordered yet, but that he would place the order that same day. Unfortunately, it's now **August 8th**, and I still haven't received any communication. It has been five weeks since my initial visit and a month since I was promised the order would be placed. I'm getting concerned because I have an out-of-state move coming up soon. The most frustrating part is that David is holding the key I already paid for. If my car battery was not able to be started this company would purchase and install it for you if needed which no other place i called was willing to do.
