Unfortunately, it's now **August 8th**, and I still haven't received any communication. It has been five weeks since my initial visit and a month since I was promised the order would be placed. I'm getting concerned because I have an out-of-state move coming up soon. The most frustrating part is that David is holding the key I already paid for.
