I came across this service through Amazon's home services website (think Angie's list by Amazon). There was a slight hiccup scheduling via Amazon's schedule because it didn't take into consideration memorial day so there was no business day for them confirm my appointment I scheduled via amazon scheduler for Tuesday. Fortunately when I got a hold of the company Tuesday morning they recognized what had happened and still came during my tuesday afternoon time slot. Actual service was great. i had to have my car key remade lost my other keys. called this place get a rounded amount. when the technician came it ended up being more money. i only got a key for my car was told they would order the key fob. we are over 2 weeks now story said it would come in on Friday night. they could do it on sunday. i called and text them on sunday no response at all. they claim they are open on sudays that's a lie. here it is ruesday no 2 days after. they said it would be today but i have to go their office to meet a technician . i should not have to do that. every time i talk to the office i get a different response. they are gonna have service fee wether igo to them. they should come to me since i waited 2 weeks. doesn't take that long to order key fob and have it shipped. this place is ridiculous i DO NOT recommend this place at all. the situation is ridiculous. i've spent over $300 to have my key rekeyed. read more

Their technician claimed he could fix my car alarm problem and the next morning when I needed to get to work, the car alarm came on again. I called them to let them know about the problem for the technician to be rude saying I wasn't turning on the car correctly. I told him if my car alarm was supposed to ring when I opened the car and he was confused as to why it wasn't working. I asked for a refund since the service he provided did not work and someone from their office said they could not because he had told me the anti theft system wouldn't 100& be turned off, I told her if that was the case why would I pay someone to come here and turn it off just ONCE!!!.. they are a SCAMMERS!!! read more

After writing a bad review on Yelp, which they asked me to take down, they refunded me $500.00, reducing my cost to $795.00. The owner said the lock they put on my door cost them hundreds of dollars to obtain. The work they did was spot-on perfect, but they didn't offer or explain any other options, didn't provide an itemized invoice/receipt, and used a "friends and family" account on Venmo to avoid paying the fees for a legitimate business account. Other locksmiths have told me that I shouldn't have paid more than $500.00 for a premium lock installation. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and professional, but don't make the mistake I did. By failing to get estimates, I ended up paying almost $300.00 more than what their competitors would have charged for the same work. read more

Called set up and appointment for Saturday. I called to confirm Saturday morning they said yes we have you set for 10 am. 1015 I called back and was told that they would contact tech and see what the hold up was. They called me back in 10 mins and said tech couldn't find a key for my Lincoln Mkx so was still looking for one. I informed them that I had the key and just needed the remote programmed as stated when I originally set up the appointment. They told me they would contact tech and he would call me back. 30 mins later a different guy calls and ask how much did the tech quote me for on price and I told him it was $200 that he quoted for doing programming on the remote, He then informs me that he can come around 12-1230 to do it. I tell him ok because I need to get this done. 1pm no one has shown up and I call back, no answer after multiple tries. No ones shows up today and no call. So I guess this goes down as a bad experience with this company and I am posting this as a warning to future customers be careful. They are kind of shady and unprofessional. I asked to have a locksmith open a digital home security safe for me. The battery was low so the keypad wouldn't work. I couldn't find the safe key. The good news is that someone came to my home quickly (I hadn't asked for emergency service, this was just a bonus). The very bad news is that the "locksmith" destroyed my safe. In fairness, he did ask permission first. But, he unnecessarily tore off the digital strip so that function can never be used again. He had said he would drill through the lock to open the safe -- that would have left it in a more acceptable condition. But, he decided to use a big crowbar to pry it open. Would a competent locksmith do that? I don't think so. He could have rekeyed the lock and I would have had a working safe. I don't think he knew how to do that. What I hired was muscle to tear open a safe and leave it worthless. I would not call request services from this business again. read more

Very disappointed with this company. Our lock was broken at home and they sent a repairman who could not fix it but charged $270 anyway. They sent another guy out who had no idea what he was doing (he had to read the directions that came in the box, as I could have done) and took more time than a professional would have taken, and he charged us extra for this time. He still did not finish the job, though he charged an ADDITIONAL $400 just to replace a lock in a door. We have been trying for almost two months to get them to finish the job, yet we still have a broken door handle. It is also nearly impossible to get in touch with this company and they DO NOT do what they say they will do. Avoid this company. read more

Initially I was not satisfied with the company due to not following up on an initial appointment, however, the owner of the company immediately reached out to me to address the matter and made sure to send someone out as soon as possible to address the issue. It turned out that there was a miscommunication and that was the reason for the missed appointment. The technician, Ron, came out and he explained how he could fix the problem. If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. There were no prices listed on this company's website, so I was hoping that they would be affordable. They were not. This company wanted to charge me $229 to unlock my door. When I said that I couldn't afford that and told the technician to leave because I didn't want to waste his time, he tried to haggle with me, sprayed WD-40 on my knob and stood there looking at his phone for ten minutes while I cried. Then he charged me $30, which I thought meant that he was going to unlock my door so obviously, I was overjoyed, but as soon as I swiped my card he looked at me like I was a crazy person, packed his bag and walked away. The most expensive cry I've ever had. I had to take a shower when I got back into my house to rinse off the slime from this company's heartlessness. We had our locks rekeyed a few months by All Locksmiths Services, and at first were not very satisfied, it cost a lot and the technician couldn't get both the dead bolt and the regular lock to work, on both doors we had rekeyed, so we lived it with, just using one or the other. We went out of town a few weeks ago and was going to have a friend come by to water the plants, but he couldn't get either door open (this was the first time we had locked both the deadbolt and the bottom on both doors). We had ALS meet us last night in case we couldn't get in, and the owner Ron still met us even though our plane was delayed a few hours and it was well into the evening. He fixed the locks so they are easier to open now and didn't charge us. read more

Excellent customer service. I locked myself out of my office, no one else was in the building as I was working late. I was almost in tears trying to figure out how I was going to get inside as I had nothing but the bathroom keys. I called this company about 3:40 on a Friday afternoon, for a locksmith service, which, to us, was an emergency. We were told someone would be at our house in less than an hour, and that I would be getting a call from the tech when he was on his way. True to their word, I was called 30 minutes later by Luke, and he told us he would be finishing up his current service call, and then on his way to our house. He arrived about 25 minutes later, to our GREAT relief. Luke got right to work, explaining everything as he was replacing our 2 door locks. He did a WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH job, in a very timely manner. He even was able to cut 12 keys, which saved us from a trip to the hardware store. All in all, Luke was GREAT! I lost my key and had to call for lock out service. The All Locksmith Services Technician was prompt in arriving, quick with his service, and friendly. My concern is that he immediately claimed that he wouldn't be able to open my door lock because it was a deadbolt--as opposed to the kind you have on a doorknob. So he drilled it out instead. I went with it because who am I to argue, right? I'm not a locksmith. And when a professional technician tells you such a thing, you tend to take them at their word. The next morning I did some research because I remembered locksmiths having opened other locks for me in the past with no problem. Come to find out that my particular lock has an -ANSI A156.3, 2001, Grade 3 auxiliary lock certification, which means it's a common, run of the mill standard residential lock, rather than a Grade 3 security lock. Any locksmith should have been able to open the lock without drilling. However, because he drilled, I was left with very little option but to purchase one from him. After all, it was 2:00am in the morning; where am I gonna purchase a replacement at that hour? I have no problem with the lock out fee. It was a fair enough price to get me out of a late night, self-imposed jam. But because he was unable to pick the lock, I was forced into a situation where I had no recourse but to buy one for $45. Additionally, I now have to rekey other locks in my house, which increases the expense residually. So I'm left with that really crappy feeling in my stomach that I was either scammed in order to increase the cost of the visit, or else the locksmith was so inexperienced that he was unable to perform what I believe is a fundamental task for any locksmith....that of opening a standard residential deadbolt without destroying it. read more
