I came in for a 70 min facial through Groupon, on the day of I received missed messages & a call from Jennifer who stated the Groupon is for new customers only. When I was finally able to call back I explained I never been here before, she didn't have an answer for me when I asked what date did I come, she called me back and explained it was a mistake. At the appointment I felt like I was in a sales pitch the entire time for their products & packages. The "massage" was no more than 30 seconds and felt like the old school vibrating massager but placed briefly on my chest of all places. The appointment started around 12:05 (I was a little late due to confusion of the location), it ended at 12:54 approx. ~15 mins early than proposed on the Groupon. I wasn't sure if it was because another client came in for a 1pm appointment. When I walked up to pay Jennifer had products out for me when I stated I wasn't interested at this time for either the package or products she stated "you're not going to buy products?" I shouldn't have to give an explanation on why I don't want the products, but really I would've bought them but like I told her I just wanted to feel out my skin after the appointment to make a purchase. I was told by the owner to not pay for the Groupon online to pay with them. So, once I payed and the tip selection came up Jennifer stated "you can customize the tip because original price for a facial is $125". I tipped 15% of the $50 Groupon & left because not only was this company shady for stating to only pay with them, they didn't full fill the facial as advertised, they pushed to buy their products & packages, and then ask for a customized tip based on the $125 service? No, thank you. read more

She gave me her recommendations without pressure but how could I resist the effectiveness and immediate results. I ended up buying the membership and got to choose the extra products. I had a great facial with Fiona today! She is very knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. I think the man there is one of the owners, and he was really nice too. My skin feels clean and refreshed. I really liked how clean everything is, the natural products, and the eco-friendliness. I liked everything so much that I purchased a membership (5 facials for $450 and never expires). I have not been to the original Pasadena location but apparently I can visit that one with the membership too, as well as bring friends/family. We found this place after asking for recommendations from family & friends and many of them said this is the best place to get a facial in Glendora. Booked two facials for me and my husband as a Father's Day gift. We had the best facials side by side in a relaxing room with a beach oasis feel. My husband got all of his blackheads removed and help with soothing his skin from daily shaving and razor burn. My facial was focused on anti aging and I feel like I looked ten years younger afterward! Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews and very rarely do, but I don't want people to waste their money like I feel I have. I booked an appt same day and was grateful they were able to take me in. Right when I got in it was super rushed and they rushed me to the room to change and get started. There was no consultation I couldn't even tell you which facial they gave me. Typically I'm used to my esthetician telling me which facial would be good for me and ask me any skin concerns but she just got started. During the facial it was extremely rushed she would put a product on then walk away, then come back, slap another product on and walk away. This went on for several steps, finally another client who was there asked to leave because we were double booked. I've never have a facial it's double book me but it totally made sense since she literally walked out of the room every 2 minutes. The massage was only about 3 minutes. Setting up an appointment can be a challenge, but once you're there it's worth it! I believe the employee that assisted me was named Vera, and she helped me with my first ever facial. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and most importantly made the entire experience extremely relaxing and soothing. She was very knowledgeable and share some tips to improve my redness and acne. She used the pumpkin peel mask during my facial and it smelled amazing, so I had to pick one up!
