Appointment with Brandi…read more I ended the hair appointment in the middle of shampooing. I have a lot of hair. When I made the appointment I let them know this. I have long thick hair. I arrive at my appointment. The hairstylist comes out to get me. She says my name and then starts walking to her chair. Doesn't greet me - no nice civilities. I sit down and she asks what I want done. I tell her a trim and a layer or two. She says "oooof. You have a lot of hair." She seemed very annoyed. I explained I let them know when I called. She said they didn't tell her. I asked if that's a problem. She said no it's just an extra charge. I said ok that's fine. She started brushing my hair. She isn't brushing from the bottom up. She's brushing from the top down. It's getting tangled. She asks if she's hurting me. I say no. She doesn't say another word to me. Doesn't talk to me at all. She trims my hair and then says it's time to go wash. She starts walking not waiting for me to gather my things. I sit at the sink. She starts washing my hair. Again not saying a word to me about anything. A ton of water starts going in my ear. She hadn't given me a towel around my neck so I was using the cape to get it out. Water then starts splashing on my face. I start laughing at this point. She says "can you scoot back?" And then asks if something is wrong. I ask how much longer is left with the shampooing. She says "your hair is full of shampoo." I tell her I am going to end this when this is done. "So you don't want me to condition your hair?" No I do not. "What happened?" I told her it just seems the energy is off and sometimes people just don't connect. She said "you just seemed upset about the miscommunication with the girls upfront." I said "you haven't talked to me. Barely said 5 words to me since I got here." I put my hair in a bun got my stuff and went to pay. She was there and told me not to worry about it. I said I have no issue paying my bill. She said no. I turned to leave and she said: "you have an absolutely amazing day." Her overall attitude and tone and the way she treated me was incredibly rude.
