I was in Chico from Jackson WY and had brought my son's Nintendo Switch with me because there was no one in Jackson that could help me. I ordered parts from Amazon to try to DIY it, but found out that I had ordered the wrong parts. I was in Chico for 4 days, and Jaime straightened out everything, but couldn't get the job done before I returned to Wyoming. He finished the repair, send me pictures, and shipped it back to me (even texted me the USPS tracking number). What a gem in the pile of opportunists in this business. If you need your phone or device fixed quick, this place is what I recommend. Not only were there prices the best I could find outside of the bay, they price matched my best deal! It gets even better, they gave me a free tempered glass screen protector after they finished fixing my phone! Normally those can run pretty pricy. Best part about the whole experience is that It took the guy less than half an hour to get me back on my phone. Heads up, parking is limited in the back. The Burger King across from the shop has tons of parking howe. Update,11/2/18: stopped in to get my battery for an iPhone 6s replaced, took not even 15 minutes walking in the door to get the job done and be on my way. I wanted the battery in my Droid Turbo II replaced as it no longer lasted more than a few hours. Sent requests for quote to 4 businesses. Received reply from 3 very (very!) quickly and from the 4th maybe an hour later. All About Tech was $20 less than the other three. I took the phone into the shop and, naturally, since it isn't a stoooooooopid Apple product the battery had to be ordered. Not a big deal as I figured that would be the case. Nobody keeps parts - even batteries - on hand for everything. About a week later my battery was in and I took the phone in. Less than an hour later I had a new battery. I've waited about a week "just to see" before writing this review. So far, my phone is back to new. I am very pleased and have recommended All About Tech to several people already. read more

So I dropped my iPhone on a Sunday morning. It cracked like an egg and I thought 'oh no, I'm out $300 to get it repaired via Apple.' Hopped on yelp to find a reputable repair spot and found one close to my house that said they were open on Sundays at noon. I waited from 12:00 to 12:15 and they were no shows, not answering phones. Cool, glad I didn't waste my time and money on unprofessional people! Next on my list was Jaime's shop. I went in to get my iPhone 7+ screen fixed, it was very fast, but I got my phone back and the color was off, nothing was as vibrant. Also the pressure touch on my phone wasn't working at all, which takes away a of of the accessibility perks that I had grown accustomed to. I was not happy at all, but I assumed nothing could be done. I called back later in the day and explained my concerns, I brought my phone back in, and he had put a new screen on it within 20 minutes and it was perfect! I dropped my girlfriends iPhone and the entire screen broke. I took it in and the gentleman gave me an estimate price on how much it would cost. To replace the entire screen he only charged me $60 and he was kind enough to add a screen protector once he had finished the job. He said it would take 20 minutes to finish the repair. I sat down and timed it. More costumers walked in to ask questions and got their phones fix. He still managed to take care of his costumers and fixed my girlfriends phone in 15 minutes. Sometimes slow in waiting for the repairman to come out to greet you during lunch period per day the shop's open, but Jaime is incredibly impressive in making a damaged phone screen, on an older phone model or a newer model, look completely brand new! & quite cheap as well for the fix! $60-$65 about where at other shops would probably be twice as much or more.
