We have been coming here for years. My daughter has literally grown up coming here. The ladies are so friendly and warm. Now that my daughter is 15 and likes acrylics and fancy nail art, we can never go anywhere else. Titi is our favorite - so fast and talented! Her nail art designs are incredible. We have gone other places here and there, but we always come back. This nail salon feels like home to us and is consistently excellent and still affordable compared to other places. I went in during my lunch break. Niq had me in and out on time! I got a pedicure and it looks great and my feet are so smooth. She does an amazing job and is super nice. $48 for the pedicure with callus removal and $20 for gel. I think it's pricey for a gel add on but at least it lasts much longer than regular polish. Was my first time ever getting my nails done, and the complete lack of communication between the tech and I was atrocious. The language barrier made it almost impossible to explain anything that I wanted with my nails, so I just left completely defeated and with nails I didn't even want. I walked in today for a dip manicure (already had polish on from previous visit to another salon). I got right in, which I appreciated, but the gentlemen who did my nails was rough and ripped one of my nails way back on my finger while trying to remove the polish. He seemed to be frustrated by things after that and had to redo one nail at the very end. He had me soak my fingers in a bowl of polish remover that had obviously been used before, that seems very unsanitary and I didn't wash my hands until the end so there was a lot of powder on my nails/hands. If these last as long as the other salon, I may try them again, but the overall experience wasn't great. read more

Been coming here every couple of weeks and one thing I can say is that a good medí or pedi literally depends on which of the technicians is doing your nails. I've had, both, good and bad experiences here and tend to really like one girl because she really takes her time and doesn't rush. Not sure of her name but she looks like she may be the youngest, thing with short hair. Also, this place will charge about $20-$30 Extra just for gel which is ridiculous. I've frequently travel to other states and, by far, OH is the most expensive and I'm not sure why. Anywho, I only come her if my girl is available. If not I'll go somewhere else. This place has a variety of polish colors, designs, and specialties. Parking for the most part is pretty good and there's never a hassle for walk in's or to schedule an appointment. read more

Went to this salon to get a pedicure. Looks like a nice salon but as i was sitting there were roaches crawling up the wall. LITERAL roaches everywhere. Nail tech was nice but the bugs were everywhere. I had to get up and leave mid way through my pedi and still had to pay full price with leaving without any polish on. I went in to get a pedicure last week and have been nursing a very painful ingrown toenails ever since! I have never had such a horrible pedicure. My nails chipped a few days after it was done and I have been in pain ever since. My toe is infected and swollen. Absolutely will never go back and making sure none of my friends go here. read more

I got a full set of acrylic nails with a gel finish and a pedicure. I was on a time budget and they assured me I would be done in time. Both nail techs did a wonderful job and completed in a timely fashion. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and professional. Very rude.... Went in for a gel polish change. She didn't soak of the previous gel and was rushing I've never been to. Nail salon and someone try's to tell me they are finish in just 10 mins. Didn't even want to put a second coat on. Then after I asked was she rushing me is when she tried to take her time by this time she done. Would never return to this place. read more

I've been at this salon a few times and the first time I had Rachel. She is awesome!! Second time I had Flower (the owner) and she did a good job and the third time I had the gentleman, sorry I don't remember his name, but I had to tell him how to do my balance since he was only putting powder around the bottom of my nail bed instead of the full nail. I explained I can go 6 weeks and he said no you have to come back every 3 weeks. I explained if the application of the powder is put on properly the nails can last 6 weeks without any lifting. Once I told him how to do my acrylic he fixed it and we moved on to applying my gel polish. No big deal I just knew I wouldn't go to him for my nails again. This was on Friday 06/16/17. On 06/20/17 I noticed my gel polish was chipping (on 7 nails) so I go into the salon and ask if I can have a different gel polish and they stated they could only apply the same color for free. If I wanted another color I would have to pay $25. I asked why would I get the same gel polish if it's chipping. It's going to do the same thing in a few days. I received the "it's because you do chores", "its because the oil of your nails wasn't removed properly", "it's because of you using lotion". I spoke to the owner Flower and sat their in disbelief and frustrated because anytime I went to talk she interrupted me. She stated that they guarantee gel polish for two weeks and I explained gel polish is supposed to last two weeks and they should not chip in a few days. So I asked if this polish starts chipping again in a few days I'm expected to come back and you'll reapply it. She said "yes". I've had my nails done for years and gel polish has lasted 6 weeks without chipping and so has my acrylic. I go ahead and get the same color. After applying the second coat of gel polish Flower noticed on my thumb that the gel polish was lifting. She started speaking to her employees and the lady who told me I could do another color. I look at them and say "Oh so now you see what I was talking about". Flower had me rinse my hands and had someone else apply the gel polish. So something that could have taken 15 minutes lasted for 50 minutes. What bothered me the most was that they put the polish RIGHT BACK ON THE SHELF. If you know the polish wasn't drying properly and a customer came in about the polish chipping why would you allow another customer to use it. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday (a Saturday around 4:30) and was seated right away. There were only a couple customers in there but the place got really busy around 5:20 when I left. I had gel polish on my toes which the technician took off with a drill - I appreciated this because I didn't have to sit there with acetone soaking into my skin for 20 minutes. They only charged me $5 for polish removal, at many places it costs at least $10. I got the basic pedicure and regular polish. The technician worked quickly but was thorough. Everyone was polite. The chairs and foot baths were older-appearing but clean. With tip the whole thing came out to $44. I will be back! read more

It's been a week since I got my nails done they were beautiful but 2 days later two nails broke off like nothing I went to get them fixed and the guy who had done them in the first place re did them and rushed to re do them there were no other clients waiting other then one girl who arrived half way through getting my nails fixed and he rushed to do them and ended up doing re doing them 3 times and when he was finally done the job was not good at all the "new" nails were big and long didn't even look like my other nails not worth the $51 dollars I paid and the $10 tip I gave the guy never going back at all !! I am honestly speechless with how unprofessional, rude and how poor the behavior is of the workers here. First I called and left a voicemail about how I disliked my nails. I never received a call back and felt as though they did not care my nails and how horrible they looked, so I left a review. Then I called back again almost a week later because my nail chipped and was about to break. I was infuriated by this because my natural nail is long and healthy and since the gel chipped, my nail tore too. I spoke with a woman, maybe the owner, and we went back and fourth about my nails and I said I want a refund, I don't want anyone else to do it, I want a refund to go somewhere else. She insisted I come in to get a refund so she can look at my nails, I was hesitant but went anyway. So the next day I called again reminding them I'm coming and she was so rude on the phone, she said you left a review for my nail salon. I said yes because no one was wanting to fix the problem when I first called. So I went in and it basically was like an ambush, all the workers surrounded me and basically harassed me, one of the man said "don't you lie, don't you lie" when I said I called and left a voicemail. I was SHOCKED to how rude they were to me. The woman looked at my nails for less than 5 seconds and didn't even let me show her what was wrong. So I KNOW for a fact that they wanted me to come in to harass and cause an argument when I just wanted a refund and to be done. I was then told that I just should come in and talk and not leave a review and I kept explaining j tried that, But no one called me back. They kept saying I was lying and I showed them my phone records, then they said we didn't get that call. I said this is the number I have been calling on. I was then given my money and literally "shooed" out of the salon. It was embarrassing and humiliating because it was three workers coming at me and arguing with me when I just came in for my Money back. i used to go to this place a lot. the people that work here couldn't be nicer and it's really clean. both good things in my book. i went the other day and got a french manicure and the guy did a great job. it looked great for about 4 hours. i went to bed and the next day 2 nails were already chipped badly. as i wasn't doing hard labor i was annoyed, but figured it was only 2 nails. by the next day it looked like my nails hadn't been done in weeks. for $26 dollars (including tip) i expect much better. I have been here a number of times. Yes, English is a barrier and they are not always super friendly but I've always got a great pedicure at a great price. The deluxe pedicure includes a wrap, mask and massage on the legs. They are great about trimming in growns and the coat lasts awhile. read more

I walked in the other day for a gel manicure and was handed off to a lady named Hoa, I think...We clearly had a language barrier, but I showed her a picture of a pretty simple gel manicure that I wanted (light pink base w/ gold glitter on half of the nail, kind of like an ombre effect). She said she could do sparkles on the whole nail, so I said never mind and to just leave them pink. I was already somewhat annoyed that she wasn't very accommodating to my request, but she progressively became more rude and would slap/shove my hands into and out of the dryer without making any effort to politely ASK me to do what she wanted. I was really put off by the whole experience and couldn't wait to leave. 48 hours later and multiple nails had cracks through them. And the price was a rip off. $37.50 plus tip for a gel manicure that didn't last! Definitely would not recommend this place. read more

Don't believe everything you read in these reviews. I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years now. They are about the only salon around where my solar nails with gel polish lasts the full 2-3 weeks. Yes, there are a few people who don't speak very good English but when you are getting a pedicure who wants to talk anyway? You want to just relax. By the way, more talking means it takes longer to get done. My time is precious so I want to be in and out and that is what they provide. I had a great experience at this nail salon! I walked out with a pink & white French manicure that exceeded my expectations. I didn't have to describe exactly what I wanted; she already knew! I always fear going to a salon where they immediately begin cutting your nails down & gluing fake tips on just to do a French tip. This experience wasn't like that at all! Unorganized and unprofessional! I went in as a walk in, it was around 5:15 so there were only two technicians. I picked my color, sat down and he started cleaning my nails. A woman with an appointment for a pedicure came in asking for a specific person who wasn't there. My technician stopped working on my nails and started her pedicure without saying anything to me. He didn't apologize for the mishap, or ask the other technician next to him to do my nails. Very unprofessional, never again I'll find somewhere else. read more

This place is hit or miss. They usually do a quality job on my nails, but they aren't friendly. Some of their employees do not speak English, so they push your hands & feet around instead of giving verbal instructions. My daughter and I have tried this salon twice and our nails come out looking fine but they are incredibly rude. They spent the entire time we were in there both times speaking to each other in Vietnamese and it was obvious they were speaking disparagingly about us. The woman who did our nails was extremely rough. She literally slapped our hands around as she worked on us. She kept trying to sell us more costly services and was nasty when we refused. I paid with a credit card which further ticked them off and I was informed that I "NEEDED" to leave a tip if I paid with a card. (Who doesn't tip?) This salon has received the last of my hard earned $$$! The owner even came in and wanted to know what services we were getting and was ticked off because it was 2 simple acrylic balances. Sheesh! This is such a great place! They are so accommodating and they really provide great service! Every time I am in town, my family and I are sure to visit. Go in for refill on the solar nails and takes them completely off and does gel on my natural nails. Didn't like the fact I walked outside i seen she had missed 2 nails . I will never return. They talk about you in front of your face in Japanese bc they think you don't understand it. I didn't appreciate that. I made an appointment with Kevin first thing in the morning - 10am, when they open. Kevin was almost 20 minutes late. There were no other customers, he just over slept. I said I was going to ask for a discount when he got there. This upset the manager. I had my son with me. I brought my son in to get a pedicure which they started immediately. But, because he was upset with me, he told the women giving my son a pedicure to stop working on him because I wanted to ask for a discount. I had to tell her to continue and that I would pay for him, but because the MANAGER was so rude, I would not even get my nails done and WOUKD NEVER COME BACK. When Kevin did come in, he never said a word to me, never addressed his tardiness, or tried to rectify the situation. They both sat and talked badly about me for 30 minutes.
