Although my nails feel great, the polish was not the best. I have it coming off already, I'm not sure if it's the polish itself or if it needed more coats. I only get my nails done once a month so it's really important that the nails last. The other thing is that the sign on the counter said my service would be "$35+" I figured gel would add another $15-20 but my total was nearly $70... and much more after tip... I went here because it was comparable and close to home, but I ended up spending way more than I would have at one of my normal spots. Such a clean, welcoming salon. Friendly, hard working employees. Very attentive to what I asked for. I came here for the first time with my sister, showed a picture of what I was looking to have done and Dillan provided exactly what I asked. They squeezed us in at the last minute and were so nice. I made an appointment for 7:00 p.m and I walked in and was told I made my appointment for the previous day and they couldn't take me in. My daughter and I went to this nail shop on Friday to get the nail dip and our toes painted. My daughter had a lady which at the time seem nice name Lee and I had a lady named Ann. They polished our toes and Lee who I believe is the owner was very nice to my daughter at the time and Ann who was a bit rude in my opinion did mine. I had 2 bottles of polish and gave her the one I decided on and she goes..."give me the other one!" Not can you please give me the other so a bit off putting A man them comes and says he's going to do my daughter's nails and he did an ok job and was ok with her. Ann did my nails and the shape was awful!!! I got a small tip on to make my nails even and while cutting she literally cut the pad of my finger with scissors! I said ouch and she looked at the deep dint that almost cut my skin rubs it with her hands full of nail dust and says sorry. Proceeds to finishing and the nails were the worst shape ever. They were closing and rushed us out! I paid and gave her and the man both tips because I believe in tipping for a service. I called the next day yesterday and spoke with Lee, who again I believe may be the owner and she says please come in and I'll be happy to reshape them for you. We walk in and it's full of people. All of the workers about 8 of them look and do not speak to me or my daughter. There were 4 people waiting to be seen. About 5 mins after we walk in a white lady comes in and they all greet her (the extreme nail workers) say please pick your color and we'll be right with you. One of the ladies sitting looked at me and my daughter because she realized we hadn't even been acknowledged. Then Lee comes to the front and addresses each white lady by asking what service they wanted and told them which station to go to and the 2 that they weren't ready for gave them an eta. She never acknowledged me or my daughter. So I say excuse me she said ma'am give me 10 mins to see about these ladies. I said I'm just trying to see how long it would be because we weren't told like everyone else. She looks and says I said give me 10 mins I already know what you need!! In the most condescending way. She spoke to me as if I were a child! One of the ladies looked mortified for me. I was soooo upset but held my composure. I said I'm going out of town which is why I asked and you told me to come at 4. Now mind you this is a huge inconvenience to me because I'm back in a shop that I'd spent hours in the night before. I shouldn't have had to come back. You'd think she'd make sure we were ok first. So after everyone else is taken care of...oh she told me when I called to come in between 4-5pm. I said I'll be there at 4. At this time it was 4:15ish. Finally after making sure the white ladies were ok and being taken care of, she says NOW I can see about you. She takes us to her station to whisper I'm sorry after humiliating me. She fixed the nails and said she'd be happy when the holiday weekend was over because it was busy. I said I understand and that's why I was trying to ask when I'd be seen since you didn't tell me like the other women. She said I recognized you and knew what you needed so I didn't say anything. I'm like ohhhh ok. She again apologizes to me where nobody could hear her. At the end she gives me a $10 giftcard lol. So insulting and laughable. I spent $152 or $156 the night before. I will NEVER use that or NEVER go to that place again. The blatant disrespect and blatant racism that was displayed to me and my child was despicable!!! I have never in my 43 years of life been treated soooo bad by a business. Absolutely loved this salon! I had Kevin and he is FANTASTIC! He kept conversation and really took the time to make sure my nails were complete and to my liking. This was my first time getting a dip powder manicure and I'll never go back to regular gel! I must say, make an appointment ahead of time because it takes an hour and they are consistently busy. I love this place! I usually get gel nails, nail art or a occasional waxing. The staff is very polite and they take good care of their costumers. My only downside is that every once in a while the workers will sit you down and they will leave you there to set up their equipment. But more than once I've been left at my seat for more than 10 mins. Which is a little annoying considering that they are already ready to get your nails done, they are just socializing with other workers. This is not a huge deal, just something I thought I should mention! 4 stars. read more

Probably won't return to this place unless it's an emergency. I called at noon and made an appointment for 2. I arrived promptly at 2 and was told they were "running behind." After a few minutes they sat me in a chair to start soaking. I had made an appointment because I was in a hurry. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before someone started on me. This place is sneaky and they are thieves. Not to mention they don't listen. Came in for three manis and four pedis (4 of us total). They talked my daughter into dip without telling me and failed to give her any manicure while doing the same for me (I told them I wanted gel for her). Then they didn't give us the pedi options we wanted - instead choose what they thought we should have. Then proceeded to pick wrong colors. Crappy pedi - did not rinse scrub off legs so I left with sticky legs with a bunch of scrub still on them. Did a terrible job at painting nails (I asked for gel on my toes and they put regular polish on). Did not clean up cuticles at all on toes and cut them all down way to short. Then we asked for gel manis. They gave my daughter a dip and talked me into a dip - I thought it was just an upcharge but no. They charged me more for a dip and didn't even give me a manicure (no cuticle clean up, no mani, no nothing) - just a file and dip. The dip was way to thick - the color was not marked correctly - I mentioned a few times during the process that it seemed too bright and they chose to ignore me. Color was not what was chosen and to top it off my toes and nails were completely different colors when I asked repeatedly to match. Oh and the back of my fingers are loaded with dip color and sealer that I have to peel off from such a sloppy job (some nails are only partially dipped too - grrrr). After arguing that I was not from the area and not interested in waiting for them to fix it (I had already been there 3.5 hours for all this nonsense and why would I want them to continue to fix something they completely botched?). They gave me 15% off (my dip on my nails only which equates to $4) instead of just removing the dip from my nails - so now I have to go to another salon and pay them to fix what these yahoos did. Mind you, I went with a friend a d her daughter and had to completely wait for BOTH of their pedis to get done before they even started on me when we had appointments set for all of us at the same time. 3.5 hours later I was irate to say the least. It looks terrible and my nails look cheap, uneven, toes are not same color and are the worst paint job I have seen. And to add fuel to the fire - we got back to where we were staying and my daughter was complaining about the back of her leg burning and stinging - she got some kind of contact rash on her leg that gave her welts from sitting in the pedi chair. You better believe we are going to doctors and if this is some type of infection - I WILL be contacting additional resources. I have never been more disgusted. And the nail tables were dirrrtty. Yuck. I paid $200 for this experience. This place should NOT be in business. read more

This was my first and last visit to this nail salon. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing but when I went in for my pedicure the water was cold, which they promptly fixed for me, but then it only got worse. The nail tech asked me which pedicure I would like to get, I told her and she proceeded to try and up-sale me without mentioning the extra cost. She filed my feet without any lotion or soap, cleaned up cuticles and then put lotion on my legs. When I realized she was done and going to polish my toe nails I asked her to please use soap and the proper tools to clean up my feet . Long story short I'm a bartender, on my feet all day everyday, all I wanted was my feet taken care and I basically paid for nail polish, soaking my feet, & lotion on my legs. It was a huge disappointment but it was my only day off to pamper myself so I chose to take the loss & write this review. Awful establishment. their facilitates are nice, but their customer service and workmanship fall short. I received solar pink balance recently, and I requested for the technician to match the pinks (since previous balance was done elsewhere). He then nodded and proceeded. Once he completed my 1st hand, I realized the colors were way off. I brought this to his attention. He started giving me many excuses. He then stated he cannot match them because it was done elsewhere. I requested this specifically in the beginning, and was now being told it was not able to be done. I then paid, trying to avoid confrontation, only to walk outside and realize my new nails looked horrendous.I went back in to talk to the manager, only then to be disrespected, argued with, and insulted. The fact the manager handled himself in such a poor manner, and offered me with a mere $5 refund (it was a $37 service) is a disgrace. He offered to fix it, but then Tech stated it would never look right. THEN WHY WOULD THEY START THE SERVICE TO BEGIN WITH????
