My review is way late but I wanted to give credit where it's due and thank Jason for the excellent customer service we received! Unbeknownst to us, the previous owner of our new house failed to properly seal the marble tile in the upstairs master bathroom, which led to cracks in the grout and water leaking through the tile and into the wood underneath, and eventually, the sheetrock and kitchen ceiling below. We had only been in the house for about two months when we suddenly saw water stains in the kitchen ceiling, and when the plumber ruled out any plumbing leaks/issues, we knew we had a more expensive problem on our hands. Long story short, we were able to save the shower pan but the shower floor had to be retiled. We considered ourselves lucky because the wood underneath could be treated and the tile on the shower walls could be saved. The marble tile was mostly builder original with a few suspicious looking tiles, but because it hadn't been properly sealed over the last 10+ years, it had oxidized and turned a rusty cream color when it was off-white to start... Jason educated us on the types of tile and grout and I learned more than I ever wanted to know about shower pans and drain weep holes, and in the end we selected a porcelain tile as we didn't want to deal with the upkeep of to sealing natural tile. Jason was thorough and patient even though we were only a $200 purchase. I'm thankful I did a little more research as we almost bought from another tile business in the area that was no where near as educated and helpful. All Natural Stone also has a large selection of product, including huge slabs of stone for countertops. I'd definitely return in the future when we finally get around to replacing the carpet in our master bath with tile (who puts carpet in bathrooms, anyway?!). Thanks so much! read more

I really wish that I found this place before placing my Daltile and Caesarstone custom orders from Ashley Interiors in Newark. All Natural Stone has high-end, wide variety selection of home interior materials. I HIGHLY recommend working with Heidi. She's organized, knowledgeable, proactive in processing customer orders, and extremely pleasant to work with. She helped me find and order my Casa Dolce Casa Vetro mosaic glass as my kitchen backsplash. One reviewer says that they only see you if you have an appointment, this is incorrect. I walked in the first time and no one waited on me or asked if I needed help. The second time I visited, I went up to the counter and asked for help and was waited on right away. The stone selection is great as well as the tile selection, etc... I was a bit over whelmed with everything I saw (memory overload). As I wrote down stock #'s, I had already forgot where the items were located. I visited several other stores in the Bay Area and nothing compares to this location. If you want good quality stone at a fair price, this is the place to shop. This place has a nice showroom for tile and a large selection of marble, granite, quartzite and quartz slabs. I was particularly impressed with one of their quartz products called Aurea. I love the ease of quartz, but I have never really found any I like because they look fake to me. Not so with this product. Ask for Elvis, he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. read more

I arrived about 30 minutes before closing, and Marco was extremely helpful with my granite slab selection. I didn't feel rushed. All Natural Stone has stone and tile for all budgets. There is a great selection to choose from and their sales reps are a joy to work with. I never felt pressured by any one to buy anything. I worked with Kathy on my bathroom remodel design and she was extremely helpful. She really understood my style and the look I was going for. I was able to ask he questions and suggest some design options and she was able to tell me from experience whether or not it would look good. We went through about 4 or 5 different possibilities before we settled on the tile that I ended up purchasing. Working with Kathy helped me to get the look I wanted in a price range I could justify. I walked in cause they had soapstone, and ended up buying my soapstone and my backsplash tile from them. I would have bought my floor tile from them if I had known about them earlier. I worked with Kathy Cipponeri and all I can say is she's wonderful. Not pushy, just super helpful. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment with her and let her do her magic in getting you your tile. I told her I wanted a clean modern edge with my tile, not the typical bull nose look, and she remembered that the tile i ordered had a border that would work, and she was right! It looks awesome. She showed me the slabs they had, walked me through the differences between Quartzite, Granite, Marble, Soapstone, and the different finishes on them. I ended up going with Soapstone, and it's beautiful! Do yourself a favor and go see her. read more

Ask for Raji, she ROCKS! This store recently moved from Hopyard in Pleasanton to this new awesome showroom and sales center in Dublin, you all did a wonderful job in displaying samples of the tiles that you sell. It's beautiful! I am just in the final finishing stages of remodeling two bathrooms! I was directed by my contractor to All Natural Stone for my travertine tile. He has had many happy customers who have worked in the past with All Natural Stone. We had the pleasant experience of working with Raji. Little did I know that I was her FIRST CUSTOMER! I would never have known but after everything was settled, delivered, she mentioned to me that I was her first! She did an amazing job! She has a great eye for design, she was able to get samples of different colored travertine tiles for me very quickly, was able to do a lot of things via e-mail therefore after I had the samples and made my decision we were able to place the orders without me having to drive all the way out there again. They even allowed me to leave my stone there in the warehouse for a few weeks until just before we would need it all! All the stone is exactly what I wanted and envisioned for my baths to look like. And the one final great thing that Raji did for us was the last day of tiling, my contractor asked me if he had all the tile, and I said yes, every box of it. It seems he had miss-measured and I had ordered more than 10' less than what was needed. I contacted Raji directly, she was able to get in touch with the supplier that day (late afternoon I may add), they still had some of my lot in stock and she was able to get it on the truck with delivery in 2 days! The contractor worked around the tiling and finished up on Friday as scheduled! You will not be disappointed with All Natural Stone, they have wonderful selection of all natural stone including Marble, Travertine, Slate. They have all sizes and zillions of mosaic accents. They also now have a complete granite yard on site! read more

I am not one to post on sites like these but this one is a doosy. During our major home renovations recently, we purchased thousands of dollars of quartz countertops and various tiles from All Natural Stone. One particular visit, we walked through the showroom with Ginger where we chose a white tile with GRAY accents. We told her that we were looking for that exact tile but with BLUE accents as we had seen it in another showroom. She responded that the blue was available and she would facilitate the order. We left happy and excited. Upon arrival of the tile, we opened the box and to our surprise it was the GRAY accented tile. I called Ginger immediately and she denied ever saying that the blue was available and that we needed to stick with the gray!! I couldn't believe it but hung up feeling like I didn't have any options. After a couple of weeks of thinking about it, I was sad that I couldn't get what I wanted for the money I paid. I decided to research the tile. I found out that the blue WAS available! I called Ginger to facilitate the return. She responded that she would need to call the manufacturer to confirm. Over a week later and after several messages I left, she called me back and said that I could return the tile but would be charged a restocking fee as well as return shipping costs. I was appalled as this was her mistake to begin with. During all of this, COVID hit and getting a return call was impossible. I am now being told that it is too late, I cannot return the tile and it is my fault for taking so long to get in touch with Ginger. Are you serious? This is ridiculous and a very poor showing from a customer service perspective. I will never do business with All Natural Stone again and would caution any of you to be wary as well. You may be blamed for something that was not in your hands and it will cost you dearly. If anyone is looking for gray tile, I have a few boxes I can offer at a great price. read more

My designer recommended All Natural Stone in Dublin due to their great selection of tile. She was right. I found the most beautiful glass tiles for our master bath project and wonderful floor tiles. As others have mentioned, the customer service is incredible! We started our project with Heidi Perez who was wonderful!! She has great taste and really caught the designer's vision. She sourced the tile that was needed, was able to provide a discount on close-out tiles and followed up on everything! When she left for maternity leave, Mary Ann Gustilo took over our project and was just as wonderful as Heidi. She really dealt with the details of the project (the floor was a herringbone, and the tile had to be cut to size, but the shower floor was a mitered square design in the shower and the tile shouldn't be cut). Mary Ann quickly retrieved two boxes of tile from the tile cutter so there would be no mistake in the cutting. She handled every detail to perfection and worked with our crazy schedule that kept changing. Both Heidi and Mary Ann were so kind and helpful! I've posted pictures of the final project. I had a great experience at All Natural Stone. My wife walked in not having a clue what we wanted, the only thing we had picked out was the Floor & Cabinets. No matter what we saw we could not make anything match our Cabinets and Floor. We then connected with Kathy and she was great. Our cabinets and Floor was a difficult combo to find a granite and backslash that looked good. But Kathy was amazing and got it all put together. She offered us some really great pricing on the slabs. She also asked if she could quote on the floor, her quote came in way under what i had already paid from a different store... but i had already purchased the tile so i couldn't get it from All Natural. One thing i really liked about Kathy and All Natural Stone is their customer service, many places I've been to, after you pay for your product you get the feeling they don't care about you any more. Any questions or concerns i had Kathy was right there, even if it didn't mean that she was going to get a sale out of it! 5 stars to All Natural, id come back any day! I worked with Adam on the selection of some limestone slabs. He was efficient, practical, and patient at allowing me to look through all the slabs in a given lot. The real recommendation for him and All Natural Stone is that they refunded us for the slabs that we purchased after they were improperly honed by a subcontractor of theirs. We had an excellent experience with All Natural Stone in Pleasanton where Gail helped us immensely with our selection of tiles for a backsplash and for around the fireplace. She very patiently listened to what we were hoping to achieve and brought out many samples for us to consider. Great selection of products, but poor service and deceptive pricing practices. They will only see you by appointment, which is fine, but they take a couple of days to return calls or emails. The worst part is after my purchase was complete, I felt that I had been ripped off. Once the order had been finalized with my contractor, ANS called to get my credit card information for payment. They asked for authorization to charge my account a specific amount. I said that I needed an itemization of the amounts that made up the total. The sales rep read me the itemization, but when I got the receipt there was $120 shipping charge that had not been mentioned. When I called the sales rep she explained it was my fault that there was a charge because I had selected a tile that was not local. The need for shipping the product I selected was never mentioned to me during the selection process and was not disclosed at the time they requested payment. That is a deceptive practice. read more
