However, 2025 August the tint on the back windshield started to peel, so I tried to take it there for the warranty, and they told me that they no longer use that tent, so I had to go to Blackout Window Tinting in Petaluma and they would honor the warranty. I was originally told it would be done same day and then he told me he couldn't get the tint off so he would need my car another day. This was a little bit inconvenient since I needed my car for work, but I ended up borrowing my parents. It ended up taking three days and my car smelled of ammonia afterwards. What really frustrates me is that all of the fine lining that your car needs to defrost the back windshield was ripped off. I noticed it months later not realizing that is why my rear windshield defroster was no longer working. I did some research on the Internet and found out that it was most likely during the scraping of the windshield tint that all of those fine electric filaments were ripped off. This was not mentioned to me, though after the service and I learned the hard way. When I reached out to John, I got no response. I can't afford to repair that on my car since the entire lining was ripped up. Pictures are included. Not good business.

My wife and I decided to jump over the hill and try this place after speaking with them over the phone. They were pleasant, professional, and pretty good with communication. We dropped off the first car. When they were almost finished, they called me to bring in the next one. They then completed that one. We were hoping to block out heat and glare. This did it! I called the day before I wanted to get my windows done and they were able to get me in next day! Always extremely professional and work is top notch. I got the 2nd level ceramic coating on all 5 windows, they needed to strip my two from windows so in total job was $650. Very reasonable for the work they do! I did look into a tinting shop closer to home to try to save a few bucks, but ultimately went with ASD because of their customer service and my past great experiences. It was well worth the drive and cost. I love how sleek my car looks with the ceramic tint (5 rear/20 front), and I can't wait to see how well the ceramic rejects the heat as we go into the hottest part of the summer (my car is black with a black interior). If I decide to get the front windshield done, I'll come back to ASD, no hesitation. I've convinced my sister to bring her cars here for tinting as well (look at Em C's reviews).

Great experience…read more To start, they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I got a fair price for the windows I needed. Same day appointment and finished quickly. A/c in the waiting room. Ezpz. Also, they didn't ask for a ton of personal info. Just a name and a signature and got to work. Most places want email and phone numbers and such so they can spam or sell info. It's good to find a place that just wants the necessary stuff. 10/10 would go again and send fam/friends to get their cars done.

They are very open & receptive to constructive criticism and super friendly. they obviously care. I even once left a large sum of cash in the car & it was all still there after my detail. I have done more research and left a review. After the compustar t13 remote start and alarm…read moreinstallation that Wicked Sounds, aka dfm, did for me, I returned because the auto arming and proximity release of the alarm failed. First, the business is an authorized Compustar dealer, but not a pro dealer. Thus, apparently they are not authorized to purchase or install the T13. I am told the errors I have are likely due to error on installation. Compustar has a lifetime warranty, but since they are not PRO installers of the T13 PRO, I have to find a PRO to fix. In the meantime, the business says it works when your here the day it is installed thus not their problem. Conclusion, go to Sacramento for the install at a PRO, because using them leaves vulnerable to the scam that you have no warranty because of their ignorance in proper installation of the PRO product. All this information is kept secret from the customer. I am still trying to fix the defective install and Danny said he washed his hands of me and the install. Keep in mind I suffered intense gaslighting where they record you in front of the cash register and the staff stands outside of the view and acts abusingly and falsely blames you for the breaking the product when you use the product as it is to be used This is a disturbing experience. I have alerted Compustar regarding the situation.
