Joel answered the call & said his technician could arrive at my house to replace the windshield within 3 hours. JC arrived exactly at the agreed upon time! He was pleasant and efficient taking about an hour to do the work and clean up. Cost was $200 less than the original popular, familiar and completely worthless company. They have the best customer service. 2.) They have the best price in Butte County (almost 1/2 the price others were quoting me). 3.) They were able to get me in right away. 4.) Instead of trying to "upsell" me, as other places had tried to, they talked me into going with the less costly of the 2 options they presented me with, and also explained why/how the more expensive of the 2 was unnecessary for me. The only down-side is they aren't currently mobile (not sure why because I think they used to be?), so you have to go to them. For me, it's still totally worth it because of 1-5 above and because my office is only about 7 minutes away. I obviously don't wish for my windshield to crack again, but if it does, I know where to go.

I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction.
