We're talking my white paint had started to turn black, the dust inside was caked on, and the car just felt dingy. The way I got my car back though, is a total transformation. All of the dirt had been washed and buffed out of the exterior and a nice fresh coat of wax was applied for a nice smooth polished finish. But the real difference maker was the interior. My dust caked dash and door compartments are now practically sparkling, my floormats, which had previously been stained nearly black are back to their original tan color, and the leather on the seats and consoles seems almost brand new! On top of how great my car looks, working with Harrison was a breeze. He's a super friendly guy and makes the whole process as easy as possible on the customer. Even when it was taking them a bit longer than originally estimated, he texted me to let me know that there would be some delay and gave me an estimated time that I should be able to come pick up my car. Furthermore, you can tell that he's really passionate about his work and cares a lot about each and every car that comes in there. It's easy to imagine that one would care more about the luxury or high-value cars that come in more than others, but I could tell that he cared about my 2002 Toyota just as much as any car that was placed in his care. Lastly, the price. While $185 may sound like a lot of money to spend compared to a standard car wash, the amount of work that is put into the car when you bring it here makes every penny worth it. If you're looking to get your car detailed and want to feel like you're driving away in a totally refreshed vehicle, this is 100% the place to go!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I was told the car would be ready in 1 -1.5 hrs. Over 2 hrs later, I called to find out if my car was done. It was close to being done and they offered an exterior wash. Sure. I got one. I picked up my car about 15 minutes later. I must say THE INTERIOR SHAMPOO WAS GREAT (5 stars). My car looked brand new inside. I recommended the company for getting cars cleaned. But, I have a major problem that I am hoping the company will remedy asap. The interior of the car was still damp and the cleaning smell (ammonia) was noticeable so I left the windows open for a few hours. 24 to 48 hours after that I returned to my car to see bubbles (in the form of long stripes) on every one of my tinted windows!! (0 stars) (Pics to come.) The ammonia was used to clean my tinted windows and that can REMOVE tint. I am hoping a $75 interior shampoo and $10 wash does not turn into a $200-300 tint replacement job at another company. I'm seeking a remedy from the company. I've called the company a number of times this morning to no avail (no answer) but I will update this review after I talk with them. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the morning after I post the review. (I had also called and left a message.) After bringing the car in that afternoon for them to assess, they asserted their products did not cause the damage. I explained that this had never happened before. In spite of the disagreement, they removed my old tint within a few days and replaced it within another few days after that. It was inconvenient to have to keep returning but I appreciate their best efforts to remedy the situation. Again, the detailing work was great.
