The restaurant includes breakfast, brunch, dinner, bar-cocktail, happy hour, and dessert. The happy hour menu is only valid at the bar. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. So, it was a bit of a letdown we couldn't redeem the deal, but we still wanted to try the sandwiches after hearing great things about them. I ordered The Hatch and Coop Sandwich (egg, cheese, chicken) on a round roll at the kiosk. You can customize your bread, egg (fried or scrambled), and cheese (provolone, american, or cheddar). The sandwiches come without any sauce unless you order sauce (extra $$) on the side. I highly recommend the Hatch Sauce- a typical mayo sauce with a little spice. I found The Hatch and Coop Sandwich to be just pretty good but I wish it had more heft to it. The chicken was juicy and well cooked, but I wish there was more. The cheese did the cheesing and coated the chicken, but the sandwich had far too many onions for my liking. With the Hatch Sauce, I felt the sandwich was tied together but it was a little odd to me the sandwich doesn't have sauce on its own. I'm giving Hatch and Coop the benefit of the doubt since it was so early in the morning, but I found my sandwich to be just OK. Both kids liked the main meal but the fruit was on its way out. Lots of brown and squishy spots. Normally my kids could eat a pound of fruit each, but they both passed on it. My wife got a breakfast sandwich with potatoes. She really wanted fries, but they had none. What breakfast restaurant doesn't have French fries? We thought that was pretty strange. She said the sandwich was fine, but nothing spectacular. My parents shared eggs and potatoes and a pot of decaf. The potato consensus across the table was that they were not good. Too salty and not crispy enough. This was especially upsetting because of the lack of fries. Oh well. They also hated the coffee, but my parents only usually like McDonald's coffee. Boomers. The music was great by the way but it was too loud for breakfast. People just wake up before having breakfast, loud music that early is just uncomfortable no matter how good the song. Thirdly, the service seemed to follow the lead of the interior decor. Overall unrefined. We were asked if we wanted metal or plastic utensils. I've never been asked that while dining in at a brunch restaurant. I feel like if your going to advertise a quality dining experience then that question shouldn't be asked. Quality should be the assumption. Our waitress wasn't as attentive and seemed unsure of herself. The food was the most disappointing part. We ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was INCREDIBLY dry. I'm not one to ever waste food and I always clean my plate. I had to pack this up and give it away to a homeless man. For me to not finish my first meal of the day is unheard of. The waffle had no flavor and it was accompanied with pink syrup. That syrup felt and tasted like sugar slime with food coloring.
