This is not the case at Precision. I needed some work done once and the first place I went told me if I cared about my children, I'd get the pricier part and make an appointment for the next day. I did. Then I thought I'd check one more place, Precision Tune, to see if they differed. Boy, did they! Less than half of the first shop and I was assured we'd all continue to survive. Since then, they have done much more work on my car and my husband's work van. They are fast, friendly and dare I say...HONEST! I feel lucky to have found Precision Tune and would recommend them to anyone with a vehicle.

It's really hard to find an auto shop that makes me feel this comfortable given I have little knowledge about cars. I needed 2 tires replaced and call other places in town to get a quote and it was hard to get straight answer from anyone. I just needed an estimation and nothing has to be set in stone but I felt like no-one could do that. So I asked Jeff at Revline for an estimate and had a few other questions he was able to answer them and that made me feel comfortable about making an appointment and order the tires I needed. I felt like the price he quoted was fair and the approximate time for the service to be complete was definitely reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a call here if you ever need any work done on your car. They will do a great job and won't waste the whole day doing it.

I did not at any time refuse to pay them, but when I picked my car up, there was a note on the car saying we were rude and refused to pay them, therefore they will no longer work on my car.
