The service is great but other than that unfortunately I probably won't be back due to the price it's going to cost me every time I go in there.

I been to locations with long waits and they'd always communicate and come update you. It didn't for them to do everything they needed to do. I had to remind them to add pressure to the tires when they were done with everything. They showed me the oil. They just walked away and left my car hanging. There was a guy that opened up the air filter and just left it open someone else had to go and screw it back on properly. Definitely do not recommend this location and I will not be back.

The only time something wasn't quite right, they immediately fixed it and made it right! They have gone out of their way to make sure my cars are done quickly, too, even staying late to finish. When I settled my bill I was told the oil change couldn't be performed because the oil plug was rotted. They told me they did replace the oil filter. I was told to go to Honda and let them know what was going on. A week later I am at Honda and explained to my sales guy what happened. He said they would take a look. He also said I'm the third Honda owner who has been in today that has taken their car to Firestone in Liberty and there has been some issues. He said they would closely take a look at my car. Sure enough the oil filter that they replaced is from Jiffy Lube and there was no rot. The screw came off with ease. I don't like being lied to and I don't like paying for a service I didn't get. I am certain the gentleman that settled my bill at Firestone had no clue that my oil filter was never changed. If that is the case then there is a real problem with communication and organization with this facility. I'm giving three stars because I am happy with my tires.

They completed the courtesy service and told me they didn't have the oil filter for my car. They told me to go to Auto Zone to get one and come back. They said they would get me right in and it would take 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked if they finished with my car. They said they're just bringing it in now. I reminded them that they said they would work on it immediately when I returned from Auto Zone. I then asked how long would it take. They said 45 minutes. Had my oil changed on Saturday in which they stated they needed to remove the engine splash guard…read more While we were waiting i noticed a couple of technicians were looking around my car. They had trouble finding several items after they changed the oil. Finally when everything was located, they said we were ready but handed us the wrong keys.(Thankfully someone had thrown them in the back seat which was lucky since that is the only key I had for my car). After we finally left, just 2 days later I found my engine splash guard lying in my driveway under my car! Found 2 extremely bent bolts (don't have any clue where the others went) and my engine splash guard is torn. I took it back out to walmart to show them what happened just be told by the manager (who was very rude)in that department " what do you want us to do, we can put it back on for you." Even after showing her it was torn was told "we can put it back on." It was like she wasn't even listening! If it would have been put on correctly this would have never happened! What if it would have came off while going down the freeway causing an accident? I let her know (even though know i will have to pay for someone else to do)I would be taking it elsewhere so I can be sure is put on correctly!
