Formica countertop installed in kitchen by All Pro 10/20/17. Results were substandard and cost was expensive. There were some minor problems with the degree of leveling, but the major problem was the edge. I chose an edge (Bullnose) featured in the Formica brochure which the person measuring said they didn't do and then said they could do it. However, the edge they made wasn't the edge named or pictured, which had no seams, and the one I ended up with has a seam on the top of the counter all along all the exposed edges. It is not going to hold up and I never would have chosen that edge if I knew they were going to do it that way. The worse part is that after I complained, Chrissy at All Pro, said she had had a long phone conversation with me and explained how it would be constructed and offered an alternative edge choice but said I insisted on the Bullnose. She claimed to have told me that it would have a "snap on" edge - a term I never heard of until this week. A conversation like that NEVER happened!!! I don't know why she would insist that it did. I kept careful notes and have my phone log. My ONLY contact with All Pro prior to the installation were a couple of very brief calls about scheduling. Perhaps she had the conversation with Lowe's who did not tell me, or she is confusing me with another customer, but she is so insistent that it was with me that I can only guess that she has fabricated the story to get out of any responsibility. Lowe's is not being very helpful in resolving this but pass me along to different people who talk like they are going to do something, but I end up just getting passed back to the original sales person who wasn't good at managing this order at all read more

I am about to replace my kitchen's laminate counter tops. Since I had some past laminate work done previously that I was happy with, I contacted All Pro again. A Friday afternoon appointment was scheduled and confirmed, but no one showed up! A telephone call was made that afternoon at 3:30, however they close early at 3:30 so no one was there when I called! Then I had to wait 2 days because they are closed on weekends. Several days later Ryan arrived and my suspicions and concerns were somewhat soothed as he listened to my complaint relative to his company's poor communication and coordination efforts. He said he would speak to the owner about my concerns, however neither he nor the owner responded back to me. Because of the overall reviews of All Pro, I still am considering them to do my simple laminate project. I believe that the owner (Mike) is a hard worker, and wants to set the company right since he bought out the former half-owner's interest. This past half-owner caused problems for the company which cannot be discounted. I sincerely believe the current owner Mike wants to rebuild a reputable and quality company. His time currently seems to be spent on marketing and estimating large corporate jobs, apartment buildings, etc. Because of this he's away from the company and the company suffers. It's obvious that there is a severe need for a customer service overhaul back at the office. A project coordinator definitely should be hired, whose first responsibility will be the company's EFFECTIVE COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION efforts. The Project Coordinator must be held responsible for managing not only each individual project, to include its scheduling, and communicating with each and every customer! This proactive measure will ensure top ratings, WHICH THIS COMPANY NEEDS BADLY!! This manager needs to supervise the customer service counter/office operation also, as that staff is not as helpful as they should be, nor are they kept informed of what they should know, like the whens, wheres, hows either. Because of this, the counter staff may be unmotivated and to appear aloof and unhelpful toward customers who arrive to the showroom. These customers may arrive excited about their project, but not find a helpful representative who is knowledgeable, but is looking at that clock to see how close it is to quitting time at 3:30 p.m. By the way, those hours need to be adjusted, as customers DO CALL OR VISIT AFTER 3:30 p.m. and SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE VISIBLE AND HELPFUL! Companies with trained and informed staff help companies succeed! I would encourage this company to STOP their current way of business, ASSESS AND REVIEW what's wrong, and MAKE A 180 DEGREE CHANGE THAT WILL LEAD TO INTERNAL WELLNESS, AND MOST OF ALL, SATISFIED AND HAPPY CUSTOMERS! read more

This company tackled a job others feared. Our home remodel contractor would not touch it! We got outrageous bids from others who didn't look comfortable with the job, but Mike gave us a reasonable estimate, and the project turned out fabulously! The compliments from friends and neighbors are all positive. What was the job? A curved granite bar top bordering a home pub, with two load bearing posts that could not be removed, mounted on a pony wall. The posts made the job difficult, and the bar top had to be flat on the inside curve due to space in the pub. There were a few glitches due to the difficulty of the job, but these were resolved at no additional charge to us. Mike hired a woodworker who bent an oak border to hide the back side of the plywood and granite with matching half-round molding against each post. The crews worked long and hard and even came out the morning of July 4th to finish! Highly recommend! read more

Updating my previous review. Found a problem with the under counter finish, and they refuse to make it right. Because of the counter top being measured incorrectly things had to be jostled around, in short a professional installer had to be brought in to reposition my new Maytag dishwasher, god thing too, power cord was left under bottom of dishwasher and drain hose bent behind appliance. We got a new countertop for our house and Marshall came out measured and installed within a week. He was great with the install and did a great job with everything. The office girls were awesome with communicating with me to set everything up. Will definitely be going back to All Pro when ready to upgrade! read more

I bought some counter tops from Home Depot in Huntington Beach. They farm out the work to other companies. The cabinets were installed by one company and All Pro was supposed to install countertops. Home Depot said All Pro would come out the day after the cabinet are installed. They came out 5 days later. Probably has to do with them being locate all the way in San Jacinto. They arrived later than when they said they would arrive. 4 days pass and I call and leave a message. They don't call back. I call again and a woman answers and says they were waiting to hear from me re a back splash. I tell them I want a back splash a d always hVe since i already paid for it. She says estimator needs to rework quote, and I tell her that I have already paid for it all at home depot, back splash included. She says she will call me back in 10 minutes. She called me back and have me a date several day later. It was slow but I'm Satisfied. read more

I used Home Depot for kitchen cabinets and countertops on a rental property in Costa Mesa, CA. The kitchen cabinets turned out great, but the laminate countertops were disappointing. The countertop fabricator used by HD on the job was All Pro Countertops. This was a very basic countertop install involving three countertops. Only two of the three countertops made it to the location on the day of install, and mistakes were made on the remaining two. A handyman could have done a better job on these countertops. All I can say is don't use All Pro Countertops unless you want the countertops mismeasured and your project delayed. read more

We had All Pro do our granite countertops. They did a wonderful job and they were in and out in one day. They left no mess and were very professional. The price was great also. Steve came out 3 times with samples and was on time everytime. He came by 3 times while they were installing to make sure everything was going ok. I would use them again. Had some countertops made for kitchen and an island. The counters are uneven. When putting one of the counters in the kitchen they went thru the wall into the bedroom which they fixed. While taking down the old counters they laid the 3 new ones on my lawn which burnt the grass when they lifted them up to put in the.house. They come out to your home give you a estimate and take your deposit he continues to request more money and more money.Stating," that the cost of the materials are the reason for the increase in needed money to purchase the product". We had all pro countertops do a large countertop and an island. They went thru the kitchen wall into the bedroom wall trying to lay the new counter in the kitchen. They did repatch it. My counters are uneven and my lawn has 2 large burnt marks due to them leaving the counters on the lawn and in the heat while taking out the old counters. read more

We had the estimator out to our home and he did a good job drawing out the measurements for our kitchen counter tops. We then went and picked out two slabs of granite. The lady in the All Pro office was clueless every time we had a conversation and we had to keep telling her who we were and what we needed. There was never any follow up, no phone calls, nothing. We continued to call and ask for the quote. Finally someone called back with a fairly inflated number, so we asked for a written bid so we could have a list of things included with their costs. Apparently, that was more than they could handle. They didn't want to get around to putting anything in writing. We called back several more times - but no written quote. BIG RED FLAG. So, we called Arizona Tile and told them what had been going on. Next time - we will go through them to get some referrals for fabricators. The economy has improved so contractors don't need the work as much as they once did, and it shows. Just say no to crappy contractors that are unprofessional! If they act as if they don't need the work or your money - don't give it to them! read more

June 2016. I used All Pro Countertops on State Street in San Jacinto. It was a difficult counter, all angles that required making a template. They came to estimate, kept all their appointments on time, measured it exactly, and cut the quartz to fit perfectly. No seams as requested. All done within two weeks. Everyone was very professional, clean, respectful and worked with precision. I am very particular but I can say without reservation they did beautiful work. If you are considering purchasing countertops from All Pro, then I would suggest that you request (Marshall) as your Installer! Marshall knows what he is doing, and he will see to it that you receive an EXCELLENT installation from start to finish he will provide you with a 100% SATISFACTORY countertop, because he KNOWS what he is doing. We've had two separate jobs done at two different duplexes, and Marshall's installation was by far the best such as his customer service skills, work ethics, his accurate plumbing experience with faucet installation, he sees to it that your new countertops are all correctly sealed, he leaves you with NO issues with your stove being able to fit in between new countertops, and most of all Marshall has INTEGRITY!! For instance, the owner's brother named, Steve did a job for us, and he scheduled an installation date and time, and did a "no show", and went as far as saying it was not a big deal. I guess Steve believes that he can lack honesty and integrity, but THANKFULLY, MARSHALL WILL be there for you to provide you with an OUTSTANDING new countertop and faucet!! Thank you, Marshall for TRULY caring, and being there for us, and seeing to it that we were able to meet deadlines, when in fact the owner's brother, Steve did NOT. Recently my wife and I went to All Pro Countertops and with an office worker booked an appointment to have someone come out to our house to give us an estimate to have our kitchen countertops redone with granite, between a window of 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. No one showed up or called between the window hours. I called them at 4:15 p.m. on that Friday to find out what was going on, only to hear a recording saying they close at I believe 3:30 p.m. so I couldn 't even talk to anyone about what had happened. The following Monday morning my wife and I drove to their store and asked the same office worker who assisted us about what happened. She didn't know why no one showed up or didn't call and said we were on the schedule. She called supposedly the owner while we were there and told us the owner also didn't know why no one showed up or called us. She said the owner was going to find out about it. I told her I would be happy to talk to the owner about it once he found out but no one called us. This was very unprofessional of them and I would never recommend them to anyone, nor would we ever use them. We still plan on having this work done soon but obviously not with them. read more

The installation went very well with what they had to work with, this is a 1920's galley kitchen so needless to say neither the walls nor the floors are completely level, Alex did a great job installing the cabinets, taking pride in his work, very nice guy! He also created a flip open on the false drawer under the sink which I LOVE LOVE LOVE! Steve (owner) and Marshall also did a fantastic job installing the solid surface Countertops, again taking great pride and not leaving until THEY were satisfied, which I appreciate. There was an issue with one of the cabinet doors which Steve had resolved within days so not a big deal. We were able to get this all done 2 (weekdays) ahead of schedule. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! These guys are very personable the cabinets (Mayland) and Countertops (solid surface) are beautiful! We called All Pro Counter Tops about solid surface for a shower and counter tops, they took our number and said they would have their guy contact us. Steve Ekema contacted us a few days later. Steve Ekema came out and gave us an estimate an wrote up the contract for 10,700., he ask for half up front. This man is a crook! He recieved 7,900 dollars (because he kept asking for money for materials) before I had to fire him. He was suppose to start the job on Oct. 13,2014 and finish in 8 days, he didn't start until Nov. 4,2014. We fired him on Dec.4,2014. The shower isn't finish, it isn't done right and we can't use it. I contacted another contractor who informed me that the only way to fix it ,is to rip it all out and start over ( that will cost over $8,000). DON'T USE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY! We will be filing in court to try an get our money returned. If you have had problems with these people,I would love to hear from you.
