Our entire first floor has ceramic tiles and is a beast to get clean. RSR did an amazing job and was super thorough. Also, they did grout cleaning and sealing in 2 bathrooms and both look like new! Daniel Roth and his wife spent about four hours at our house on a Saturday and did a great job for many of our tile floors. They power washed the tile and then applied color seals over the grout lines which are waterproof, stain-proof and look beautiful. My hot button was to have clean edges where the base of the wall meets the tiles. On the first day at our house, that did not happen in a few instances. Ron then explained that to get the look I wanted, I should probably lay down some quarter inch wood to cover the flaws in some areas. In some areas he could be of assistance and he went out and purchased caulk that was the exact same colors of the color seals. I offered to reimburse him for the caulk and he wouldn't accept the money. I thought that was very nice and really appreciated it. Dan was the first to contact me and could do the job immediately. Other companies didn't reply, replied late, had a long waiting period and were more expensive. I bought a stone topped coffee table at a consignment store that had about 5 etched cup rings on it but otherwise gorgeous table. I wanted it to look like new and Dan delivered. I thought I was a perfectionist but Dan has an eagle eye for any imperfections and won't stop until the restoration is perfection. He used a wet sanding method with diamond sanding pads. The wet method meant no dust and he was very careful to protect all floors and furnishings. All the cup rings were removed and my table top looks like brand new again.
