After arriving 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, the stylist became available 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and proceeded to take another person before me. Took my 5 year old daughter for a hair trim and the only thing spoken to her the whole time was "keep your head straight" when she turned to look at me. She was well behaved and sat still but that was completely rude of the stylist to not have any type of conversation with her. Very poor customer service! read more

I have always been picky with my haircuts and I can't believe it took me this long to find this place. I used to have a personal barber at home but he has since moved away. After a few let downs in the area I have been satisfied going to All Pro Cuts. My brother praised this place and I took his word because his haircuts actually started to look better! No awkwardness: staring at the wall waiting for your cut to be done here. They make you feel comfortable and converse with you about anything. Update to my first review when I called and asked if they could fix my color since it was not within military standards, they were very helpful got me in that day, and only charged me for the color they used! I was very happy, and have since been back twice! For a cut and color both, and have not had an issue since my hair has not looked better and my eyebrows look great. read more

I have to admit I wanna go back but I'm a little leary.maybe I should better prepare myself and order the product prior to the treatment and wait till arrives to do the agave because I LOVE THE AGAVE. I had a horrible experience here yesterday. Four years back I had my hair highlighted by Stephanie yesterday a women named Sandra did my hair. I had waited 4 years to dye my hair to get my hair colored to a color I did not want I asked for a light brown/chocolate brown hair color and got red and blonde highlights I was so disappointed in my hair color when i asked her to dye my hair darker or atleast change my hair she said she had to recharge me for another hair color I got charger 146 dollars for something i completely hated thankfully she put toner in my hair so my hair ended up getting darker but my hair is definitely not brown but has tints of red through out it most likely I will be getting my hair colored somewhere else after this horrible experience I definitely was not excepting my hair this color read more

They each have their own styles and techniques to produce amazing results. I've been loyal to this shop since 2007 and will continue to be for as long as the shop is around. I've been here twice. The first time was fine. However, the second time I went there, the girl who cut my hair was young and inexperience. She gave me layers all over which was so ugly. She did a terrible job. I would not go here again even for the cheap price of $10. But that is how they rate themselves: low quality. I've learned: you get what you pay for. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Didn't wash my hair. Had to be reminded again at the end to use thinning shears. Didn't blow dry or style at all. How can you tell if it's right if it's not "finished"? I guess you get what you pay for. It was Sunday, and no decent salon was open. I knew I should have waited. If I could rate this -5 stars I would. Worst employees, worst customer service. Not friendly at all! With my 5 year old they literally hired someone without any work experience and let her cut my kids hair. Completely messed it up and had to be fixed by the manager the next day. With my youngest (2) they wouldn't cut his hair and told me to leave because he was a little wiggly. You know... because all two year olds know how to sit perfectly still for a hair cut! Came in here at 715 for a haircut for my son. The place was empty. At 730, I'm asked to pay before my sons hair is even done. The staff is basically shutting the place down while we are still here. And they don't close until 8. This place is very unwelcoming. I will never come back here again. read more

I am female. Went here the first time and it was ok because I just got a trim. I did ask for their opinion about what kind of haircut I should get based on the shape of my face but she didnt. I guess so to save herself from making a bad suggestion that I might not like. Second visit here was a horrible experience. Walked in and this young girl helped me. Got my worst haircut in my life at All Pro Cuts on Jan 25, 2014. I was very clear about the side burns even drawing a line with my finger about mid ear. I explained about feathering. There is NO feathering. All the girl had to do was follow the pattern I had from my usual stylist, who is absolutely fantastic, and take off an inch. Question, if I a coroner says, "Put a sheet over that body" do you stop at the toes? NO! So when I say hair over the ears do you stop at the top of the ears? NO! Did I say hair "above" the ears NO!!! but that is exactly what this moron so called stylist did. Now I look like Shemp Stooge in the front and an unruly hippy in the back. And the disaster doesn't stop there. When I comb through my hair and draw it up through my fingers, it is not close to even. I could have done better with Kindergartner scissors. It will take MONTHS to fix this disaster, cost me a lot of time and money. And they STILL charged me for this disaster although did give me a 10% discount. Heck, I should sue them cause now, on the trip we've been waiting for all year, we won't be able to take any formal pictures because I look like a jack ass who has a cereal bowl haircut. read more

Horrible customer service! The girl named ERICA. {Which she yelled at me while she spelled it.} was the one checking me out. When she told me my total i was taken back it seemed a bit high, I asked her for what i had the 10.95 hair cut and a couple of items for 1.50. i explained where i got the product and she then rudely told me she was looking at them, mind you she couldn't see around the counter. i said to her it right here and she then walked around the counter and said OH that one must be in the wrong place, ( along with the same 3 other hair sprays?) then rudely but couldn't tell me where the item was placed said i know the other one is 4.99 see it over there where the other products are. REALLY??? I tell her that's fine i still want it. she rings me out i give her my card and she gets a bag i tell her i do not need a bag. so she throws it to the side. i say to her WOW the customer service here is not very good. she yells at me "i am not giving you bad customer service, stunned i say i am on the receiving end and i can tell by the way your saying things to me and your body language towards me. she screams at me "if you give me attitude i will give it right back to you!" Are you F'en Serious! OMG i am so angry with the way they allowed this situation to be handled.. This was the first and only visit i will ever do. its sad i really like the guy that did my hair cut. read more
