Drop off was easy, the process was easy, and they even helped me bring it from the car. They explained everything to me and ensured me everything would be handled according to wash instructions per label. Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week.
