I purchased 12 windows and a french door for my patio from Tesla. The sales and fabrication went very smooth, everything fit perfect. The install team were friendly and professional. My family and I recently moved into a new home which needed almost all the windows to be replaced (a wopping 35 windows, minus one really high in the foyer where the skylight is). The existing windows were off the rails, misaligned, and simply a mess. We did the usual search on yelp, top three 5 star companies with the most reliable feedback, reviews and photo back ups. Set up estimate appointments with 3 different companies and ultimately decided to go with tesla windows. I promise it is not because we love all things Tesla (thanks Elon). My husband met with Robert for the in person estimate and we quickly received an estimate soon after. Robert provided the most competitive quote and would start the soonest. We signed the contract, put down the deposit, another measurement appointment was scheduled and a start date was set. While our appointment start date approached, Robert informed us of a change in schedule which was just a few days later than the original start date (not a big deal). We appreciated the fluid communication with changes and updates throughout this entire process. On start date 5/10/21, Enrique, Luis, Alex and Mario started bright and early and switched out the first 14 windows. The following day, all the big windows came and the full day install continued and was completed by the end of the work day. The windows do come with a small hue of green but we like it. It makes us feel like we are U.V. protected. The new windows on the house really gave the "eyes to our home" a beautiful new and modern look. Many of our neighbors were enticed by the new design. For us, it not only was for the aesthetics but also the functionality. No more leaking windows, no more difficult opening and closing, and most of all, better energy efficiency. I highly recommend Tesla Window. Robert Vivo the owner responded quickly to my phone call requesting an estimate to replace Ten Windows and replace a Sliding Patio Door. Robert the next business day came to my home at the time scheduled and provided a detail presentation of the Anlin Catalina Windows/Sliding Door he recommended for my home. I did get other estimates from other replacement window installers, but none gave me the feeling that the job would be accomplished in the expertise manner I expected for the amount I would have to pay. Requested follow up regarding a missing piece for my bay window shelves and they pulled through.

Had all 25 windows in my home replaced including patio slider. Got a couple other quotes and this was just right. Communicated with Robert the owner initially and his niece who manned the company phone/email, Enrique was the on site lead for measurements and installation. Had Anlin Catalina windows ordered. This was the brand Robert recommended and I can see why. In hindsight did learn about other brands which may have been slightly more cost effective, but ultimately this is a high quality product. They were accommodating with a few changes to the order along the way, like changing the locking mechanism which I learned about later on my own (slightly more education about various pros/cons about options could be helpful for future customers). Very glad I decided on the auto locking mechanism instead of the manual, as most of these windows have dual locks and would be tedious to lock both top & bottom locks for every window. Day of installation was an all-day affair on what was a very hot summer day with a sizable crew but they got everything done within a day, working past sundown. There were small cosmetic glitches along the way with the removal of old windows/installing new and both Enrique and Robert were attentive to smooth these out. Clean up afterwards could have been a little more meticulous but wasn't too bad managing this myself. End of the day, about a year later these are great windows and installation has held up through several heavy storms this year, so credit to the crew for a job well done! read more

We used Tesla windows to replace our downstairs windows. They gave us a very fair price, even sent us an estimate with a price and they forgot to add a window in the estimate and still honored the original price quotes which was nice. They hired out the people to come and actually install the windows, or so it seemed. Their communication seemed to drop off after the deposit. Had to email them to find out when the installers were coming. Once the installers were here, the installers did a nice job, although they used caulk in one area without asking what color we wanted then the next day when they came to finish the job just asked what color we wanted and it was a different one then what they originally used. They offered to start over in the room but said it was ok as it would have taken way more time. Then we found out the manufacturer didn't send enough screw covers, so when their receptionist came to pick up the final check, I told her about the caulk and the screw covers and she assured me the owner would follow up with me and nothing. No follow up, no making sure we were happy, didn't address any of the issues I brought up. All in all, fair price and the job got done, but poor communication and no follow up after the job was finished. read more

It was a long long road that brought us to Robert & Tesla Windows. Fortunately, it was worth the wait. We started getting quotes last year but couldn't follow through at that time & one of the companies we liked was sold. Back to square one. By the time I contacted Robert, we had approx 5 other quotes and it had gotten very tiresome. The window business is very lucrative and the quotes we've received were all over the place. Most of them made it impossible for us to afford replacing the windows, a project we'd been putting over for years because of the cost. I had a list of the windows & emailed Robert for a quote and he promptly responded the same day with a very affordable quote. Once we factored in the great reviews he had, we were anxious to have him come out for an appt to confirm the quote and move forward. He was very friendly, professional and he even managed to modify the quote so that we could afford to replace the sliding door, which was a huge bonus for us. Robert's quote, WITH the slider, was 50% less than another company's quote. It is imperative to keep getting quotes & information. On installation day, Enrique & his team showed up to install about 20 windows & the slider. An incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly team. All wore their masks & were very organized. The entire project didn't even take 7 hours. Could not have asked for a better crew. My small suggestion is I would have covered up furniture in the kitchen if I'd known how much dust replacing a slider can create.
