Mario came to the house and measured the windows in question and showed me their thick binder of cloth examples. I picked a cloth that I liked and paid a deposit so they could start manufacturing the frames and awning cloths to fit. About three weeks later, I was given a date they would like to install the awnings and I agreed. Three weeks later, Mario said they were ready and asked if I was ready for install. All good. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

Would have been one day but they had to remove my old leaking patio otherwise it would have been one day job. 40 ft × 11 ft are dimensions for new patio which adds significant amount of usable patio space for us. During the recent windstorm we forgot to retract the awning and it was damaged. I first called the original installer, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The first thing they told us was that the damage wouldn't be covered because we didn't retract it during the wind storm, and the customer service was extremely rude. It also reminded me how difficult it was working with them in the first place, they gave us the runaround for almost 6 months before the original installation. After that, I reached out to Where Shade Is Made, and the difference was night and day. I spoke directly with the owner, who assured me I would get a call Monday morning to schedule the repair. Sure enough, Monday morning I received a call from Jimmy their GM, and from that point on everything was smooth and professional. By the very next day our shade was repaired and working perfectly again. Even better, Jimmy let us know that the repair didn't require as much work as originally expected, which actually made the final cost lower than the quote. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Thank you Where Shade Is Made for the amazing service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quick turnaround. Extremely Disappointed - Warranty Ignored Despite Multiple Follow-Ups…read more I'm genuinely disappointed that I have to leave this review just to try and get a response. In 2023, I purchased a large custom awning for my backyard, paying over $13,000. I was told it came with a warranty, which was one of the main reasons I chose this company. In April 2024, I noticed one of the corners had started tearing. I called the company immediately. The receptionist, Pam, mentioned she was retiring and gave me John's direct number. When I spoke with John, he said he needed to verify my warranty. A few days later, he confirmed it and told me that Brian would be contacting me to take care of the issue. I spoke with Brian on May 6 and even included a screenshot of our conversation. Since then, I've followed up multiple times via phone and text. He promised to schedule a tarp pickup--but never showed up. No updates, no calls back. Completely unreliable. As a repeat customer--having purchased not one but two awnings from this company--I expected better. The quality of their work is good, but that means nothing if they disappear the moment you need warranty support. If you're considering working with this company, be warned: they may deliver a great product, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own. The lack of communication and accountability is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I truly hope this review gets their attention, because I'd still like to see this handled the right way. If the company makes this right, I will gladly remove this review. But as of now, I cannot recommend them.

So we hired JV Handyworks for a remote repair on a condo that had a fair amount of water damage, deferred maintenance and two live in occupants. We HIGHLY recommend "Mobile Screen Repair Company" for your window frame & screen replacement or repair needs! We contacted Mobile Screen Repair and Robert the owner to my suprise answered his phone on the first few rings which is a lost art in the service or contracting industry. Robert was very engaged with our request to replace all 26 frames and screens on our two story 2006 built home. Robert provided us with a quote over the phone as well he offered options for upgraded materials and suggested flexible dates for the install. We agreed with the quote and the date and time of installation was set. On the day of the installation Jacob & Chris arrived at my home 5 minutes early ready to go. Right off the bat I was so impressed with their promptness, professionalism and courtesy. They went over the quote/product with me and stated their plan for the installation. It was at this time we made the decision to upgrade the screen material to the more robust Solar & UV resistant product. Jacob & Chris proceeded with the full installation and treated my home like their own. I can't stress enough the quality of materials, the specific detail applied to the installation as well the pride of ownership in their workmanship as well great attitudes! I have been looking for someone to replace/repair my patio screen door for almost a year! I came across Robert while going through the neighborhood. Although he was busy on another job he took the time to come over to my car and provide me with information to check out my screen door problem. After describing my problem to Robert in greater detail on the phone he gave me a quote that beat out all other previous quotes. We had one screen that we use all the time and he had a great recommendation as far as a more thicker dog type screen, which the previous company never told me about. He was nice and explained everything. Plus gave suggestions... I gave a downpayment of 10% for everything to proceed. They then ordered it. Rough estimate would be 3-4 weeks for the entire process. They have a physical store in norco which was being run by Andres' wife. After 3 weeks or so give or take... i got a message that they were ready to install. Well within the time frame.... They informed me when they were on the way. They probably took roughly 2.5 hours. Lucas, Andres' son was present. Nothing was rushed and i saw how they handled everything... They can reuse your old door handle... but in my case, i bought a new one... just because. The price: It's pretty fair. It isn't cheap but you get what you paid for. For the peace of mind... ill do it again. Since i got a door replacement, everything was included. From removing the old one , to clean up, trash, installing... and thankfully.... the door i got doesn't need any paint. So it's pretty good. Threshold was top notch. And it seems water / insects wont be able to pop in. Will i choose to work with them again? Probably yes... Once i opt for a screen door... maybe in a couple more months once it gets a little bit cooler.

Someone shot a 1" piece of rebar through our large, dual-pane front window in the middle of the…read morenight.....ugh. The window was put in 27 years ago, so I wasn't sure if it was repairable or if I'd need a whole new window. I called several window repair companies. Some said they no longer did residential services, only commercial properties. Others said they were days or weeks out before they could even come for an estimate. Another guy showed up 90 minutes late and I didn't have confidence in him. Then I found Kevin from All Pro Glass. He came right out, knew what he was doing, measured and said he could absolutely repair it so it was just as before. Awesome. About 6 days later, his partner Moon arrived on time with with a new dual-pane piece of glass. He removed the mouldings, cut out the old broken glass, cleaned the recess, and then silicone sealed the new pane into the window frame. It fit perfectly into the frame. What an absolute relief. Glad I found Kevin and Moon at All Pro Glass. What a great couple of guys and amazing problem solvers. Thanks fellas! We had a MILGARD-brand sliding glass door screen ruined by a condominium homeowners association…read moremanagement company's handyman. That was typical in that a couple of them had been paying their family members to do maintenance and repairs and most everything we've seen that they touched was a mess including our screen door. They had decided to try to cover-up that the roof sheathing had holes in it large enough that you could put a basketball through them. So, they nailed wood scraps under the eaves without even painting them. But they dropped the nails they pulled (and we photographed) and dropped either some of the wood or a hammer and almost ruined the screened door all of which we photographed and may post here. Well, Luis saved the day. He is a gentleman and a craftsman. He had to do some disassembly of the screened door to make it work again; it would no longer open and we had been prevented from accessing our deck since a neighbor's video showed the HOA pick-up labor from the the parking across the street from the nearby HOME DEPOT. Luis like his friend Scott who is similarly gifted in saving rather than having to replace entire sliding glass doors that have been damaged-- and with similarly 30-plus years of experience in the Inland Empire, these gentlemen are economical Best of all, they show up on time and perform as advertised. You will be glad you met him. At THE STATER BROTHERS, just minutes after we left our meeting to get that door repaired by Luis, we had the opportunity to tell our longtime friend who works there and was thinking about seeing if RONDY'S could sell her a new sliding glass door screen and pet door.
