I roll over to the shop and I am thinking in the back of my mind, "Effin, your the poop....rolling up in your Saleen, this guy is gonna be impressed". I get to the shop and it is dare I say DAZZLING! It is seriously like a dreamscape for me. I could hang out in this shop with this guy for hours. Mine is 23 years old and is showing signs of alot of wear. After about an hour of wrestling with this cheap sticker I got, he says, he man, i dont know if this is gonna work (BTW, this cat has a full on print shop, does wraps does everything, this cat had the car of the heir to the Dreyers Ice Cream fortune in his bay the other day) come back next week and Ill have some real printed shit with 3m and what not. 5 stars is not enough for Ian. I called and he picked up phone. I called 4 other places and no one got back to me in one day except Ian. He asked me for pictures as I lived an hour away in Belvedere. I had a bad dent in a bad spot on a brand new luxury car and I knew form past experience it would be a $5000 repair. He was disrespectful, unreasonable, and rude to my mom who was just looking to get some dents repaired. Went on Yelp to look for PDR places and asked for quotes all around the Bay Area. After messaging a few places, I decided to go here as the owner seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced. Excellent quality work! Ian removed the dent like it was never there. He explained the whole process and plan of attack thoroughly. He mentioned having worked on tons of Teslas before, and it definitely showed when he started explaining the repair plan with respect to the door's inner workings/mechanisms. I guess aluminum bodied cars are tougher to work on, but Ian made it seem like its an everyday thing for him. I could tell just by watching him work his magic that he knew what he was doing. 3 years ago, Ian removed a large dent from the front of our Airstream trailer after we hit a bird on the freeway. His work was so amazing that you could hardly tell where the damage was. So when backed into a tree 2 weeks ago I didn't hesitate one second: call Ian. I took the rig down to his shop on April 5th where he and his son, Zane, consulted on how to best pull the dents out. Aluminum is tricky to work with no matter what, and these dents were on curved surfaces and also being across a riveted joint. Even more challenging. Zane got right to work and within the hour, the results, were again, amazing. Can hardly tell where the damage was. Zane said he could do an even BETTER job if the lettering could be removed from the trailer. That's what I call pride in your work. Zane cleaned up the surfaces, discussed the fix and quoted a fair price for his work. Fast, efficient job. Ian's wife, Amy, also is there, checking on customers and greeting people. I can't even put into words the magic performed on my 2018 Ram mega cab with over 120,000 miles on it. Well...we all do stupid things. I managed to fall off a ladder in my garage and landed on the hood of my pristine Chevy Volt. I wasn't hurt but the agony of having to see a badly dented and creased hood.
