I went there expecting a simple exterior car wash and left feeling frustrated. When I got to the moment to select the wash and when they handed me the receipt, I noticed they had added a $3 charge for a "large truck." The problem is that I drive a compact car. When I asked about it, I was given a vague explanation that honestly didn't make much sense. At that point, I had already spent about 15 minutes waiting in line, and I had my baby in the car who was starting to lose patience. I seriously considered leaving, but my car really needed a wash, so I decided to go ahead with it. What made it even more disappointing was that when they told me the car was ready, parts of the exterior were still dirty. For almost $28 plus a tip, I expected my car to at least come back clean. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but between the questionable extra charge and the poor cleaning job, it didn't feel worth the money. I won't be coming back. read more

They really need better quality control....feel like I just paid $42 for them to get the dust off.....the front of the car still looks I went through a bug storm & there were lots of things that easily came off with a fingernail they neglected to take care of....when I told the guy I was going to tell people where I got it done & did he feel his work was good enough he just walked away....absolutely disgusting behavior & service....I will not be going back !! read more

I recently had my car detailed here and noticed marks on my interior screen immediately afterward that were not there before. The marks do not come off and appear to be water damage or damage to the surface. I brought it to their attention right away, but the issue was dismissed and I was told I would need to "prove" it wasn't there beforehand--which isn't realistic for something like a dashboard. I'm currently getting a professional quote to assess the damage. I was hoping for more accountability and willingness to help resolve the situation. Awful. First off, cashier guy was weirdly hostile, secondly, they left fine scratch marks all over my tail lights, headlights, and gloss trim. Probably also my paint as well but the vehicle is silver so it thankfully doesn't show. I know it was them because the vehicle is 2 weeks old and in impeccable condition. Now I have to take it somewhere for a full correction. Avoid if you don't want a mess. read more

If I could give this place a '0' star review I would. I paid for a premium wash and added the floor mats as an additional item and they did a horrible job. See photos for reference. We went back and asked the supervisor to please have the inside wiped down and complete the floor mats as we paid extra for that and this was this end result - photos attached. We were told if we wanted it any cleaner we would need to pay for detailing. This is completely unacceptable. Do not take your vehicle here if you want to leave with a clean car. read more

Use to go here all the time but this time they scratched the car. Horrible service winshield still dirty. They basically just scrubbed the dirt around and it's still not cleaned properly. Charge extra for it being a hatch when they don't even touch inside the trunk. Never again read more

I don't do reviews so this should tell you how bad my experience was. I would give it one if it weren't for the younger cleaning guys. When they finished up the exterior was still visibly dirty, and when brought up to the man in charge he dismissed it and tried to gaslight me. It was as if they had simply gone through with a wet rag over the surface, had I know I would've just hosed it in my driveway. I also paid for the extra for car freshener but was nowhere to be found, offered or smelled afterwards. Overall, the experience was muddied by how condescending the man was at the end. If you're looking to them for a car wash you'd be better off having your car washed by a school fundraiser. read more

Paid 50 bucks for a car wash two months ago and it was a weak job. Figured I'd give them another shot and same thing, lazy half ass work. Interior barely wiped down, felt like a quick once over and done. For 50 bucks that's not even close to worth it. I'm out on that place. Hopefully Napa gets a better car wash option soon. read more

I will always get my vehicles taken care of at Classic car wash. The quality car wash aside, the customer service is truly top notch and is what will always bring me back. The staff is always friendly and I can't speak highly enough of the manager Luis. I had an issue with the antena cover coming off and Luis went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and that the issue was resolved. The Classic for $39 left my car clean inside and out in 15 minutes. Greeting card shopping and afternoon shade to sit and wait.

Asked for them to vacuum the trunk (it was empty) and it wasn't done. Also there were dirt marks on the inside of the door that I expected to be cleaned off and they were still there afterwards. Not worth the $42 I paid. Fine for a quick clean but next time I'll do it myself or hire a mobile car wash. read more

Very efficient the staff are very kind and they did a great job on my car. The trim looked dull and so did the paint but it looked so much nicer after they handled it. I think I spent $50 for the premium with the ceramic spray I would say it was worth it. They also have a cute shop inside where they sell car related detailing items and cards for friends/family. read more

Cashier was rude and condescending!!!!!!!!!! I asked for the senior discount and he stated that it was only offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I stated I had been there on other days and received the discount. He basically then called me a liar and laughed at me. I told him he was rude and he just laughed even more!!!!!!! I have never been treated so terribly at that establishment before and will never go back. Be sure to check your vehicle before you leave, as there were many wet spots that I had to dry off when I got home and the screen in the car had not even been wiped down. Also, the windshield was not clean and the inside of the windshield was smeared. So disappointing, this is the last full service in the area and it has gone downhill and overly priced. read more

I have been going to classic car wash for many years and each time I swear it gets less and less clean and the prices only increase. This is my last time. My trunk wasn't even opened, there were crumbs on the seats, and water. For $60 ($10 tip) it's not worth it. Wheels and body were clean so 2 stars for that. read more

I have gone to classic car wash for numerous years... the quality of service has significantly gone DOWN HILL. I mean, I'm sitting in my drive way cleaning up what they chose not to do. I even got a manager involved and he was more interested in helping others and said "we have a lot of people to help, we don't have the time to focus on every little detail." And this is their manager.... When o used to go to classic car was my car would come out spotless and very clean... today I went it they missed multiple spots inside and outside .. I had to clean it myself.. and I paid for the $35.99 car wash.... When I did bring my concerns up to the manager he said "you need a detail, you need a detail.." okay yes I am very much due for a detail to clean the seats and what not but they left dirt marks in my car, they didn't wipe down everything, they also did not care and were rude..... Here are some pictures of proof and I think it's time for me to find a better place to get my car serviced, maybe I'll call an auto detailed that comes to you because this is sad for what I paid for.... Classic provides good service, but is a bit overpriced, in my opinion. I do have one complaint that I was hesitant to voice, for fear of a hard working employee getting in trouble. Maybe this review will be read and some training will result-- After turning in my keys and going to pay for the wash, I noticed the guy in the first position prior to the cars entering the main wash, wiping down wheels with a soapy towel to remove brake dust. The problem is: he got deep into each wheel, then kept wiping , right up into the paintwork around each fender. No turning the towel, or rinse or anything. That's how well-meaning people scratch other people's paint. read more

Internet says this place closes at 5 PM. Several times I have arrived between 445 and 5 PM and have been turned away. The last time I showed up at 4:55 PM and I asked for the manager. He told me they close early sometime even though the Internet says 5 PM, he says he closes early. Pretty frustrating when you drive 20 miles from Saint Helena all the way to NAPA to get a car wash only to be turned away even though you're there during business hours. I asked to speak with a manager, and he was very rude. I explained to him that I had driven very far and was a regular customer. He brushed it off and didn't seem to care. I asked him who the owner was, and he wouldn't tell me. I was told by a friend not to come here because they scratch peoples cars all the time, now I see they are just lazy workers that don't care at all about the customer. read more

Took my truck in the other day and got a Premium car wash. Also paid for them to wash the wheel wells and fenders Got the car home and it looks like they only washed 1/2 of the front bumper. There were bugs and crap all over the front. Also, the wheel wells were filthy. I had to clean them myself when I got home. This has happened more than once I don't mind paying upwards of $50 for a car wash, but do your damn job and clean the car I have patronized this establishment, loyally, for 10 years However, I cannot recommend this place and will be looking for other alternatives going forward read more

I used to enjoy coming here to get my car wash...but in recent years the quality has declined tremendously. I always tell myself this will be the last time but out of convenience, i would still come here to get my car cleaned. I think my last visit will be the last time I come here. The staff is always so nice and helpful but the quality of care is what changed for me. I would still recommend the place out of convenience but moving forward, I have to find a new place. The quality of service isn't worth it anymore. When the employees who wipe the car said my car was ready, I told them there were so many water spots on my windshield, it looked like I hadn't had it washed. Ready for this?! He said, "to get those wiped off, you need to pay for the deluxe service!" What about vacuuming or at least throwing away the wrappers in the pouches under the door handle? Yep, need the Deluxe! Look, I said, I'm wiping the water spots off with my finger! Why isn't your wiping rag getting them off? Apparently, to rub as much as I did with my finger..I'd bed to buy.. well, I drive home thinking if all I'm going to get for $30+ I'll just go to the janky drive thru at Chevron on Jefferson and get the same results for $10!! read more

Wow not worth the $$$. My truck wasn't really dirty to begin with. It gets washed and vacuumed almost weekly at the American Canyon car wash. I really just wanted it vacuum because I'm putting new seat covers on and I'm super pregnant and needed it done now. I will not be going back there again. Way worth it to drive to AC. They moved all the seats, so I'm like okay they needed to really get in there... but they didn't. It looks like they just wiped it down. There was debris in the backseats the floor mats when I got home I took them out and shook them off and crumbs and dirt fell off. They broke a piece of my daughters ceramic thing that I have on my shifter. Literally just looks like they took a rag to the dash. Oh and not to mention while waiting my daughter and I were getting attacked by wasps. We eventually had to wait inside. read more

Took my car there for a premium package, and it seems as though only the high paying customers get their car cleaned up nicely. After the car was done looking around it, it had a lot of patchy places in which it wasn't cleaned, even the hood still had spots of old bird poop and the windshield was still dirty. I underestimated the number of cars that would be in line. I took this as a good sign. My car was definitely dirty and I wanted to pay for detailing but I didn't have enough time to wait. This was better for me since I saved a lot of money. I asked for my floor mats to be cleaned and when I got into my car, there was a glob of something on the driver's mat and door panel. The attendant was great about cleaning it up but after getting home, I found the rug under the mat has something dried on it - I'm guessing it was more of that glob from the floor mats. Well, I had to go purchase something to clean the carpet. Overall, a disappointment. read more

Still a bit too expensive ($33 for a crossover), but still the same good work on the basic wash. I noticed the car was dirty and checked the hours listed on Yelp only to see there have been quite a few negative reviews recently. I was curious if something has changed so paid closer attention than usual this week. Honestly, it was probably a little better wash than usual. I come maybe every couple months and go to gas station "touchless" washes in between. This time I grabbed the hand vac while waiting for the car in front of me and got started, but the guys did a good job vacuuming too. My car arrived pretty dirty on the outside but left with 99.5% of the bird crap and caked on dust gone. The interior windows (how I usually judge if it was cleaned with attention to detail) were excellent, minimal smudging or residue which is better than I usually end up with when doing it myself. A few pieces of squished bugs didn't get completely removed from the roof and the price is just higher than I've come to expect (anywhere other than Napa at least), but it was good overall and I bought a 5 pack (6th wash free) as a result - makes it a little less expensive in the long run and at that rate it's worth it. Otherwise remember to get your $1/2/3 coupons from the back of store receipts or those magazines that it seems everyone in town gets every week. read more

Word of mouth goes far in a small town. So here's to a HUGE thumbs down on customer service and services paid for and not rendered. I paid $72.00 for today's wash, I added Rainex and undercarriage wash. I was then charged for a SUV price for my mini car. Approaching my car after the Classic Car Wash attendant stated car was finished it was obvious services were not provided as well as the lack of attention to detail, and pride in ones work. My car was completely filthy! Ramon (service attendant) attempted to correct what at least 6 other employees are stationed to do, and failed. I requested to speak to the supervisor Miguel; who only said he was sorry, there's no refunds and that the only option was to write a complaint to Wes (the owner), and seemed very uninterested and did not want to be bothered with the responsibility at hand. I did take the time to write a formal complaint on a form provided by Classic Car Wash. My observation of Miguel is the lack professionalism, communication and management skills, ** Pictures posted are after Classic Car Wash was given the opportunity to right their wrong. read more

They did as they advertised, but that was the problem. They wipe off dust and clean car well. But for price I expected them to clean slightly deeper. I was not thinking they would remove stains or deep cleaning. I just was able to finish with just some added pressure.
