Just been upset all afternoon/evening and didn't want to even discuss how bad it is. Had to take the rest of the day to stop crying being upset that this even went down. "Tommy" cut all my toenails off so short that when he's filing them it's just scraping the meat off the tops of my toes which are already tender from being cut so close. He cut my pinky toenail on my left foot completely off- and had to put an acrylic nail on it. The right one is so short it looks stupid. The polish on a couple of toes aren't even covering the nail so it looks crazy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then Vincent does the 3D flowers and starts gaslighting me saying Tommy told him I came in with my nails that short which is a damn lie and tells me he knows it's too hard for me to understand... like I'm so stupid and so uneducated that I can't comprehend what's going on- that he simply needs to file my toenails square and they'll look better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have none left so what are you shaping. No he butchered my toes and did a wild job with the paint and rhinestones. The tops of my toes hurt and it's HOURS later. Nothing close to what I asked for... [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is for my birthday festivities and now I'm just crying and my toes hurt... what heels am I wearing? I'm not. What outfit is an outfit without the shoes to tie it together? Ruined me. The whole weekend is ruined.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then to add insult to injury I have to pay for this and he's trying to force me to take a gift card. No. I'm never coming back. Just take it. No. You want to gift me something?? REFUND ME!!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Yes I spoke up before during and after and was gaslighted through the entire process.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Lying and saying I came in with my toenails cut like that and you can even now hours later still see the indents of where my toenails were long. You can see the meat and skin under the nail was cut too close then sanded multiple times even when I asked for it to not happen anymore cause it hurts. He (Tommy) didn't even rinse my legs or feet off so I was covered with scrub etc and it just been sitting on me- then Vincent tried to wipe it off- no I need to rinse off. So I had to sit with this crap on me for hours because I had more stuff to do to get ready for the weekends events for my birthday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried to be quiet and not let it be known how angry I was and how badly it hurts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I have to say that this was just jacked up and shouldn't ever happen to anyone. And [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have real time text receipts on how this whole thing unfolded. So please lie on me again. I will post them. My entire conversation with my daughter as this is happening to me! I say quietly trying not to let them see me cry and fuming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried not only a new place for the first time but also getting art on my feet too. So this was just awful and now I have to carry on with my toes hurting for how ever long it takes to heal and pray I don't develop an infection or damn fungus. I'm a plain polish woman and I'm good with it. So for me to have gone and asked for something that should have been special... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Yes I'm livid. I waited all evening to come write calmly and see if my feet would feel better. They don't. I have 3 pairs of new shoes I can't wear this weekend. I'm embarrassed and sad and my toes hurt![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My daughter even finally reiterated that I didn't like them and that Tommy really cut my nails entirely too short, all Vincent could say is ok I'll make them pretty for you... but only by- shaping them square. Nothing but toe meat my guy you cannot file my toes anymore. Vincent did do a decent job on my daughter's feet but it's nothing like she asked for. I'll add those photos tomorrow when she sends them to me. She's resting and trying to unwind. Yes this was a traumatic experience, even for her. I loved the manicure treatment I got with my mom. I called to make an appointment for us both earlier in the week (always make an appointment with any salon so they are prepared for clients by staffing!!) and we got there at the exact time and they were ready for us and got us in. They did a great job! I was very happy with my mani and so was my mom she also got a mani. We both did the dip treatment after the manicure. Second time I came in after having made an appointment and got a mani pedi after dropping off my son at practice. I was happy with the pedi and then the girl I got couldn't fathom doing a manicure and then dip. I wasn't happy about that. But I let it happen and that's on me. I did however LOVE the way my nails came out looking like scarab shells! I figured this was a one off and so was the girl complained the whole time she did my fingernails. That was annoying. That hurts the business. I moved on with my life and thought next time It will be better. Third, possibly last, time. I got there. I didn't know they were booked and had 4 techs, and 2 people waiting at 5:30pm, I called ahead to Make an appointment and was told to "just come in at 5:30 and we can prep your nails and get you done". I know how long these take. I know a mani with dip is about an hour. Cool I'll be out by 6:30 and pick up my son after. I got there at 5:30 and by 6:30 I was still waiting. NOPE. This is how you lose business by being greedy. Just say "I cannot today." "No we don't have availability" is a perfect and acceptable answer over the phone when I called. What is not acceptable is what happened and I just left. As did the lady getting a pedi behind me who also had a kid in practice. I bet she would have been ok with "it is 6pm and yes we are open but we do not have availability " I would give them five stars BUT this is an awful experience for the 3rd time of patronage at an establishment. I would say the first was 5 stars, the second was 3 and this time was 0. I also run my own business and don't appreciate my time being wasted. I could have been doing 15 other things, like grocery shopping or inputting budget plans or expense reports or go to the gym for an hour, but I chose them and had my time wasted. I can't say don't go here because I loved the results. It's just disappointing to go there wait an hour and still not have nice nails when I left. read more

I always have a very good experience in here when I go. They are clean, personable, and talented. It had been awhile since I went last but decided to go today to get my nails done. I did acrylic tips with dip and a design. The girl who did mine was super sweet and did an awesome job! The only complaint I have is that they don't accept any tips but in cash and I literally never carry cash. I felt so bad so I wish they had another option! My mom recommended this spot so I decided to check it out. She is really sensitive this smells and has to wear a mask at some nail places because of the strong acrylic smells. This place did not have that strong smell and it was very spacious. It doesn't look big on the outside but it is a pretty nice size. The only service I needed was a pedicure and they had me slept a color and get seated right away. It was too busy which was great for a Saturday afternoon. The nail tech Jenny did an awesome job with my pedicure. I got a basic pedicure. Their pricing is a little higher then other nail salons. I have been paying about $25 for a pedicure and this location charge $30. They also have a book with a detail description of various pedicures for you to select from. They also have an awards program so that you can sign up to get future discounts and deals. read more

Set appointments for my guy and I. Arrived 5 minutes early, made to wait 15 more. Disappointed in the attention to detail with our pedis. I asked for my nails to be cut short, and reminded my guy tech again, didn't cut. Had a French pedi, the lines were slanted and uneven, Top coat requested light pink, he applied clear. His english wasn't the best which didn't help, but the final was when they told my guy he had to wait outside since he was done. I asked why, they said Covid requirement. We were wearing masks, and already spaced 3 chairs apart. Only 3 others in the Entire salon, with no one waiting. 98 degrees outside, we requested our bill and canceled my mani. I only came here because my regular nail tech bailed last minute. I had high hopes and expectations for this place because of the great reviews and their numerous options for dip. However the wait was a little ridiculous. I got there a few minutes before 11am and there were already 5 people ahead of me. Many of the people before me ended up leaving. They had me soak my nails for about 20 minutes which was fine. Throughout this time many people were waiting after me and some of them also left or saw the wait and walked right out the door. Overall my nails don't look bad. I ended up leavea little after 1pm. However, the lady that did my nails left old dried polish on my skin and probably wasn't going to get it off. I had to ask her to remove it at the end. I understand it was busy but that seemed like something basic that should've been done regardless of how busy it was. Update: It's been almost 3 weeks and the dip polish has started to chip in numerous places. I've had dip polish chip before but that was after a month if not longer. I more than likely will not return to this salon and hope that my regular nail lady starts working again. read more
