What a disaster. We had our house completed re-plumbed and left town for a couple of days & returned to find we had a major leak from the upstairs faucet fitting which was installed crooked & flooded our kitchen ceiling, walls & cabinet. The water was even draining from the outside stucco. So they come out & fix the leak, but the tech, Ray, was instructed not open the ceiling up to dry, as a restoration company will do that & set up fans. So either Ray did not request the restoration company or Brittany forgot to call a restoration company. Either way, they are refusing to send a restoration company. Well two days have gone by with repeated phone calls & still waiting. They claim to leave messages, but we can clearly tell no messages coming in on cell phone. We used this company 7 years ago & we're happy, but they screwed up this job. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Oh, they SUBLET the entire job, so their plumbers don't even do their own work. I wouldn't call them back if my house was floating away. There is no excuse for incompetence. So the business owner pretends to reply to this review 10 minutes after it posted. He didn't bother to read it, because Chris was not involved in their failure. In January, Austin from All Pro came to check my heater which wasn't working. After being here for 4 hours, the estimate to repair it was $9,500.00. To replace the entire unit was over $18,000.00. I gave Austin a $1,000.00 deposit To replace the unit. After checking with other repair companies, I found that All Pro's $18,000.00 estimate was almost double what other companies were charging. I immediately cancelled the replacement and requested a refund of my deposit. I have now been waiting for 5 weeks for my refund. I have called at least seven times and keep getting the run around. The check is in the mail. We only cut checks on Friday's. There is no manager available to talk to. We will call you back. Nothing, nothing, nothing from these people! BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY! All Pro isn't the cheapest place around. They are pricey, and with that SHOULD come good customer service and a willingness to ensure the job is done right. I spent nearly 30k on replacing my entire AC system and a month later it broke down and water leakage from condensation damaged my ceiling. They didn't want to sent a technician until later in the week, and when they did, he didn't fix the issue. Then they insisted that the job was done, and no news for a follow up. When it died a second time they finally fixed the AC, but they keep giving me the runaround on the damage to my ceiling. I called the number I had for service on the central air that was installed at my home in July of 2023 by Goettl. I was told that Goettl was purchased by All Pro Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical and they were now servicing the units installed by Goettl. They sent a technician. The technician said that they would cover the 5-year parts but not the 2-year labor warranty that came with the unit and the labor required to replace the part needed part would cost me $450.00 ( I could change out the part in question in 15 minutes as it is attached with two screws, three plug in wire connections and one push on hose connection). On November 1, 2023, I called AllPro Plumbing in Ontario, CA for a major water leak in my home. They came out and did the work that was needed to fix the leak. Before they left they gave me an invoice and had me sign a contract and a Loan application to pay for the work. I was confused about this but thought that was their new practice. To this date I have been paying the Loan Co. $115.00 a month. I sent a copy of the invoice for work done to my insurance company for help with the cost of the service. My insurance adjuster contacted AllPro for a breakdown of the invoice so they could determine the amount insurance could pay. AllPro has refused repeatedly to give my insurance company and me a breakdown of the invoice. They say "it's not their practice" so in other words words "screw you customer" we don't have to do anything to help you, you're on your own! I have never had this type of a problem with any other company I've had dealings with, to me it's just lazyness! I will no longer have any future dealings with AllPro for anything ever again. I am sure there are other plumbing companies out there that would be more cooperative then AllPro. Too bad AllPro, you just screwed up!!! My rating for you now has gone from 5 to 0 read more

I recently called All Pro plumbing for a non-emergency plumbing job. Their customer service on the phone and their response time was satisfactory. Unfortunately, after the job was completed, I found out from other plumbing contractors that I was charged about $400 more than I should've been. I was very disappointed to hear this. I spent $1,034.00 to replace an outdoor irrigation shutoff valve, a pressure regulator, and two hose bibs. Other plumbers that I spoke to said that I should have only been charged around $650. I don't have a problem with the workmanship, but it bothers me to know that I was overcharged. Use caution when agreeing to their quote, especially when it isn't an emergency. read more

Given that this is a pretty big plumbing company, I understand that it could be extremely busy at times. Our experience was subpar. The first technician that came out just had a brief look, nothing in depth and told us we needed to run a camera to see what's leaking. He called for the camera guy because apparently that's a different technician. Camera guy shows up and the pipes are clogged so he couldn't get that camera in. Time for a pipe cleaning. But again, he didn't do that job, so we wait for now our 3rd technician. At this point we are on day 2 and finally get the technician that specializes in cleaning pipes. He did his job and was very proficient but now we wait for the camera guy to show up again. Do you catch what I'm saying here? Lol. It's just frustrating that not one person could do the whole job. We had to wait for different technicians every time and it ended up taking two days just for them to give us a ridiculously overpriced estimate. Let's just say, it was the price of a car! Bonkers! Aside from that being the main issue we had, our technicians from the very first one, to the third one, were so super nice and they were able to explain everything to my parents in a way they'd understand, since English is their second language. read more

The service received was professional, and thorough. There appear to be additional re-pipe work required on the underside of the home, which Shon provided videos & pictures describing other noted issues to consider for repair. Neal arrived with additional input & recommendations concerning the matter described below. Wow, watch out for these people. They overcharge spectacularly, do the work without even verifying that the homeowner is the one they're talking to, and dangle the bait about incentives. All the other companies came and gave estimates and finally All Pro called to say they were coming the next day but never showed up or called. The part that really ticked us off, is today in the mail, All Pro sends us a Gift Card to use to get a $100.00 discount on a water heater replacement! We called for a noise coming from our tub when the toilet was flushed. Shon Jordan, the technician, was very friendly, courteous, professional, and honest. He checked all the barhroom pipes, found only some hair in the tub drain. Snaked it preventing a possible clog later. Offered a maintenance membership which covered the work he did and any future calls. The price was less than we had expected to pay. We also had an HVAC technician, Daniel, come out to move our thermostat. He gave us a couple of options and pricing for each. We decided to hold off. We weren't charged for the call. I needed a new supply line & shut off valve installed for the ice maker to my new refrigerator so I called All Pro Plumbing, Heating/Air & Electrical. Ray Linares came out, as scheduled & on time, to complete the job. He crawled under the house, hooked up the new line, drilled up through the floor, then installed the new shut off valve behind the fridge. He cleaned up after himself & finished the job in less than 2 hours. He did it all with a smile on his face. He was professional, friendly & an exemplary employee for All Pro Plumbing. My husband Robert and I had experienced a flood in our home and we're in the middle of a demo. During the demo, they discovered we needed repiping. We contacted All Pro Plumbing to repipe our home. This job took 3 days. 11/24-11/26. I called the city the following Monday to see if we could expedite the inspection. They stated they needed a couple of things like a site plan and city business license from All Pro. We called All pro plumbing and stated what was needed. They sent someone a couple of days later to complete the site plan which was suppose to be completed prior to them completing the work. We waited a few days only to find out a city business license still had not been provided along with the site plan which was also supposed to be provided prior to the work completion. The site plan they uploaded the same day after we called them to notify them. My husband and I became frustrated because days go by and now All pro has cut off contact and will not call us back. My husband writes a review and we magically receive a call with them wanting to resolve the situation and for us to remove the review. The individual I spoke to ( I will not name names), stated she would be in contact with us until the situation was resolved. She also stated someone would be going down to the city office to rectify the situation that same day which never happened. I talked to her about maybe 3 times after that and now it's nothing but silence. Our permit still is incomplete. All Pro was notified a few times as to what was needed. My husband called the city today to check status and was told there is no city business license still. So All Pro had no intention on rectifying the situation to begin with. We have holes in our house and we cannot proceed with the rebuild until the city inspects the work. My husband called the city today and now has taken ownership of the permit for us to pay the fees ourselves so we can continue with our rebuild because now we our losing money everyday that we are without a kitchen. This could have been 3 1/2 weeks our kitchen could have been being worked on. We keep eating out and we have 3 kids to feed. This All Pro sales guy was great but after the sales guy gets you plugged in, it's all hell from there. Be careful you guys, we wouldn't want anyone to go through the same suffering we did. WARNING! Stay away from ALL PRO PLUMBING HEATING AIR ELECTRICAL! This company charges TWO TO THREE TIMES what other local companies charge. Their game is to butter up the customer with compliments, offer to do an inspection, convince the customer that they have a bunch of vulnerabilities in their system, and then charge at least 100% more than other companies charge for the repairs. This company operates in bad faith. I strongly recommend you call someone else. Details below: All Pro Estimate Clear condense lines $476 Compressor assist kit $319.50 hard start 2 capacitors $546 $1341.50 Same recent repairs from three different local companies, all of them excellent (See invoice photos) Bill's Heating and Air: Install two new purge valves AND clean condense lines:$270.51 ALL PRO $476 just to blow air through the lines. Good Quality Heating and Air: Install two hard start compressor assist kits AND two new capacitors: $475 (Based on the above quote, ALL PRO would charge $1,185.00 for the same service.) Alta Rancho AC and Heating: Replaced two capacitors: $257. ALL PRO $546 The only positive is that Austin showed up to our house, on a warm day, within 60 minutes of our making the call. He proceeded to compliment me and basically shmooze me. This already raised concerns. The call was for a simple procedure, to purge the condensation drains on two units. We have purge valves so all that is needed is to hook up a compressed air tank and blow out the lines. Austin quoted me a price of $476 for this. (In 2020, Bill's Heating and Air, an excellent company, installed BRAND NEW PURGE VALVES in both our drain lines AND purged both lines and cleaned all our filters for $270.51.) When I balked at the ALL PRO "price," Austin told me he would clear just the one that was backed up for $250. Before all of the above, Austin also offered to inspect our units for vulnerabilities. He came back to the door and rapidly flashed through a bunch of photos on his iPad focusing on one of our compressor assist kits and both of our capacitors. Though these are currently working, he strongly recommended that we replace them. For all of this work, including clearing the lines, Austin gave me an outrageous "estimate" of $1,341.50. I almost laughed him off the property, but realized I was stuck with their $89 service call fee if I did so. I showed him invoices from former repairs to show how ridiculous his prices are. He responded, "Hey, I don't set the prices, and our prices are the going rate." I said, "If your prices are so fair, you won't mind me posting them on Yelp and other review sites." He then became visibly very nervous. He said, "We don't like bad reviews. Would you like my boss to call and discuss with you?" I declined the offer since ALL PRO had already permanently lost my trust. I told Austin to just clear the one line for $250 and take off. After he cleared the line and also cleaned the filters, solely because he was afraid of this review, Austin suddenly reduced the $250 price to $89. After he left, I received a voice mail from some guy named Eric, Austin's "boss?" He seemed interested in preventing this review as well. STAY AWAY FROM ALL PRO! I have included invoices from three different companies, two from 2020 and one from 2017. Yes, we have had about 15% inflation in the past two years. Steer very clear! This company is scam. They state it is a free estimate will then charge for a supposed. They came and supposedly did work and charged $1,700+ for something that was supposed to be an easy simple and fast fix. A day later a leak started from the ceiling damaging my washer and completely ruining it I call them out again and now they quoted $20,000 and refused to refund me or fix the issue. Why quote $1700 then state it will be $20,000 instead? I kept calling for a supervisor and one never called me back. After many attempts I informed them if a supervisor did not call me back I would be forced to file a charge back and that they are more than welcome to come "undo" whatever they supposedly did. I have to buy a new dryer and call another company to fix my ceiling and the leak. I have pictures and proof of everything they claimed they did but actually didn't do. I filed a chargeback and will be taking them to small claims court. Tired of being hounded by them for money but they refuse to act professionally and get a supervisor involved like I had requested. Called All Pro for quote: installation of coach lights outside garage door and installation of front door overhead portico light. Electrician named Ariel Ramos came by and performed an inspection of requested work. He gave me good insight about what was needed for the project. I'd say, without hesitation, he was prompt, efficient, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I was going to have one other company come by for an estimate and requested that All Pro contact me regarding final pricing of the job. Ariel was very cordial and went on his way. About a week and a half later, I rec'd contact from an All Pro representative, Kevin Galvan, who said he was following up on Ariel's job estimate. He said he would promptly send me an email with a written estimate of the job and breakdown of pricing for same. About a week and a half later, i finally got the email from Mr. Galvan. Too late by a mile. Got tired of waiting for All Pro to respond like they said he would. In my estimation, this oversight was not Ariels fault. He was only the tech who actually gave me a very positive first impression. The later contact with All Pro staff, IMHO, don't bother. That's why you see, by and large so many mediocre or negative review of this company. As a side note, their estimate for the work that I requested was about 35-40% more than I got the job done for with another company. read more

He saved the day and helped me with identifying another leak in my kitchen which will be getting fixed on Monday. Long story short, I'm also getting a new water heater to replace my classic one by them as well. My mother's water heater quit working. She called them out and I listened and observed. By the time the representative was done with his sales pitch, the bill was $3800. Probably the most expensive residential replacement in history. I just replaced mine last September and it was $1600. He was also trying to sell us a maintenance contract for $290 per year. He was a clean salesman and didn't look like he did any work. Worked on my thermostat worked on my air conditioner to make sure this guy that came out from pro Air conditioning didn't even look at my thermostat looked at my filter and that was it and told me all kinds of things that were wrong with my air conditioner and then to get them to come back out is impossible they make an appointment they never show they don't call you to let you know they're not coming over. They just ignore you and when you call, they are so sweet and oh I will do this. I will do that. They never follow through with anything. I had an appointment on a Sunday for an air conditioner tune up. They give you a four hour window for appointment. Two hours of waiting then the dispatcher called and said tech had to leave for an emergency. We rescheduled for the for the next weekend. The tech showed up and said he couldn't get a good read on the Freon as it was too cold outside. We rescheduled for a third time the following weekend. Another two hour wait for dispatcher to call and say they couldn't make it again. I was mad so I asked to speak to manager and was told the quality control manager would call me back within 48 hours. It's been three days and still no call. Terrible customer service and will never use this company again. read more
