I bought their Groupon for the four-room carpet cleaning. I wanted to replace my carpet but the budget wasn't allowing for that yet. Therefore, I decided to just get a deep clean of the carpet I have. After I bought the Groupon, I called to schedule my appointment. Super easy process to get scheduled. Up until the workers got to my house, I received multiple text updates on my appointment time and when the workers were en route. The two workers showed up and were awesome from beginning to end. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Very neat and clean and provided an incredible product. I was truly blown away by what they did. I would've, without a doubt, given a five-star review based off of their performance alone. The only reason for the four stars is the price. I paid $45 to the Groupon to get the basic four-room carpet cleaning. That didn't include any of the deep cleaning options. When it was all said and done, I paid about $500 for three bedrooms, a hallway, and the steps. This option includes the ability to call back every year and get the whole thing done again the exact same way for only about $100 each time. Additionally, at the end as we were checking out, the worker handed me the tablet to sign our agreement and it was on a tip page, with 20% already tacked on. They were only at my house for about 1.5 hours, so 20% of $500 seemed pretty bold. I ended up paying it, because they did do a fantastic job, but it did feel a little pushy. All Pro did an amazing job! After discovering their company on Groupon, we have never called anyone else. Tre and his crew are professional, polite and hard-working. He leaves, each time, with our carpets looking new. On one visit, I requested Tre clean a ( very old, very stained) white couch, and he carefully steam-cleaned the couch, for hours. It was spotless! This year I decided to try a new method to clean my lite colored sofa and chair. A family member suggested All-Pro cleaning. Although they're located in Baltimore and I live in DC I gave them a call. I found them on Groupon and they honored the price without me purchasing the voucher. Unfortunately wish I had read the Yelp reviews prior to using the service. I decided to add the deep scrub, which doubled the price, because they told me it would not only clean the carpet but fluff it back up. Of course in the end neither of those things occurred. My carpet did NOT look refreshed and the cleaning agents they used stained my carpet to the point that I was forced to replace the off white carpet in 2 rooms. Using them to clean my carpets is now costing me an extra $800, in addition to the $280 I paid for the cleaning!!! They are dishonest and their cleaning agents will damage your property...of course the waiver included in the work order completely absolves them of any responsibility. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!! i should've read the yelp reviews before going to groupon! These people are nothing more then scammers! I paid $99 for carpet cleaning in 4 rooms, When they arrived they let me know I would need to pay an extra $150 CASH to deep clean the rooms ON TOP OF paying more for pet stains (pet charge was understandable). When they had left we realized that the rooms we're only wet but not cleaned, the stains were still there and in one of the rooms half of the carpet wasn't even, and It smells even worse than it did before. ON TOP OF THAT! I already paid $99 for the carpet cleaning but when he got here he charged me another $150 CASH, on the receipt he gave me It says I got charged for the $99 from the GROUPON i ALREADY bought and $50 CASH for the deep cleaning. He charged me $150 NOT $50 and the groupon was already paid for. They did not come professional looking AT ALL, came in a simple car and no uniform. When I complained about the horrific job they had done they offered to come clean it again... perfect. BUT when they got here the men told me they would not fix the issue unless I paid an extra $150. I've use All Pro to take care of my carpets and upholstery needs for the past 13 years and have always been exceptionally pleased with the service. On my last carpet cleaning Tre reminded me that they also clean air ducts, returns, dryers. I knew I hadn't had this done in a few years and definitely knew it was time. Scheduling an appointment with All Pro is always easy and in this case I was able to schedule within 24 hours. All Pro called about an hour or 2 before the scheduled time to let me know a more exact time of the technicians arrival and then Tre called and let me know when he was 15 mins out. I appreciate this because they realize that my time is valuable. Tre and Jerrod came in and got to work! I also had them clean the blower motor, A-Coil cleaning and sanitize the fog vent. When I say I'm glad they came when they did is truly and understatement! My husband said there was enough dust, dirt an debris from the outside dryer return to make a fur coat!! I can only imagine what else was pulled from the vents and returns. It's kind of scary when you think of about it because the dryer alone could have sparked a fire at anytime. I definitely be more vigilant in keep up with these cleanings yearly. Also Google the website and an online pharmacy website pops up. The men were unprofessional and I was almost afraid to let them into my home. No professionalism in appearance not even on the Van the guys arrived in. These workers left my carpet smelling like a men's football sweaty locker room. I bought a $15 Living Social voucher for carpet cleaning from All Pro Quality Cleaning recently. The $15 actually covered two rooms, but we only needed our small bedroom floor cleaned. The scheduling process was quick and the gentleman who set the appointment seemed very nice on the phone. I did schedule and redeem the voucher shortly after it was purchased, so I am hoping that everything that happened thereafter was due to being overbooked. The service window was 11am - 1pm. I called at 12:45 to check in and was told that they would be there shortly. 1, 2, 3pm came and went and I called again. This time I was told the technician was 'in my zip code' and would be there shortly. I called again at 4:30pm to tell them it was too late and not to bother coming. They never once apologized for the inconvenience. I actually work from home, but they didn't know that. I could have very easily had to take the afternoon off to wait for them. As it was, I didn't schedule phone calls during the 11am - 1pm window because I was concerned about the noise from the carpet cleaning. We rescheduled for the next day between 11am - 1pm. 12:45, I call again. Again I was told, with no apology, that the technician was in my zip code. I called at 3:30 to check in again and he said that the tech was 'inputting my address into GPS.' The technician himself finally called at 4:15 to say he was outside (and at the wrong address). The tech was a very nice guy and very personable. However, there was a semi-hard sales pitch of an additional $79 worth of services! I gave in and agreed to a Teflon spray coating for $39 mainly because I wanted him to just get started. The whole service took about 15 minutes and the original stain that I wanted tended to is still there. I do think the carpet looks cleaner, but I would, in NO WAY, use this company again. read more

My husband and I bought a groupon from them to have 4 rooms cleaned. I called and spoke with someone explaining which rooms I needed and added stairs (for an extra cost). I read reviews with people complaining about the extra cost for stairs but it clearly states that is extra on the groupon (as did every other carpet groupon I looked at). The 2 gentlemen that came were extremely friendly, personable, efficient and thorough. We added the pet sanitizer because our dog frequently has accidents, as well as a deep scrub, because our carpets looked awful. It was all well worth it! The carpets look new again! I tipped the service worker $10 via check and he altered it and changed it to $50. Luckily when I called the bank they clearly could tell it had been changed and refunded me my money right away, but the company's response was just a simple sorry. They stated since the check was written out to the service worker and that they never saw the check there was nothing they could really do! The manager also proceded to tell me to not be mad because the bank had refunded me my money! Don't be mad? Terrible, terrible experience! I will be seeking legal action; this is fraud! I caught this but how many people ignore their bank transactions? He could have gotten over other people and they simply don't know it! **AVOID AT (LITERALLY) ALL COSTS!!!** These people are EXTREMELY deceptive in their business practices! I opted to try All Pro Quality Cleaning because of their advertised low rates and coupons offered. Had I known how they ACTUALLY conduct business, I would've avoided them all together. - I was charged $145 for a "deep scrub" service w/pre-treatment in a tiny 600 sq. ft. apartment (200 sq. ft. of which isn't even carpeted). Meanwhile, I was only given the basic steam cleaning that typically runs between $20 - 40. Their coupon advertises $49.95 for a SIX room cleaning -- how I was charged even remotely close to $150 is beyond me. The service I was given took a total of 25 minutes to complete, INCLUDING the free estimate and to move the furniture. The deep scrub service ALONE, I was told by their manager, is supposed to take an hour. I spoke with one of their managers for a refund and was assured that I would be contacted in 30 minutes... now days later, I have yet to get that call. - The laborer himself came into my apartment, basically tore the place apart by carelessly throwing my furniture around in order to clean underneath them... and then immediately left my fiance to move them back in place all by herself! She could barely move the couch! How inconsiderate. - In direct violation of their merchant credit card agreement, they tried to pass on a 6-8% increase in cost over to us for trying to use American Express. Only until we disputed this and had the technician call his manager did they not charge us this baseless additional fee. I highly doubt that American Express charges their merchants that much on each transaction, so I can't imagine how they even came up with this arbitrary number. Since I received no signs of any substantive action being taking by the company to try and rectify this horrible experience, I was forced to escalate this charge with the credit card company itself so that I am charged for the service that was ACTUALLY rendered. What you THINK you'll save in cost, you'll pay for in time, frustration, and poor quality service! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS. read more

They were responsive to my concerns about certain areas, and if I didn't like it, they recleaned to area to my liking. I found them to be professional and courteous. Absolutely terrible! Used a Groupon and called these guys to clean our carpet. They got there and did the expected attempt at an upsale. We told them we didn't need any other services, that we just needed a receipt for the landlord. They he went on saying that the receipt would list all the services we refused. That was extortion and I called him out on it. He said he wouldn't do it at all and he left. He knew we were on a bind - it was late and we had everything in the moving truck - and he tried to take advantage of it to get more money. It was a terrible experience. read more

I had my carpet professionally cleaned before and thought that there would be no need to ever pay again since my Kirby could do the job. I am expecting out of town guests and have no time to spare to clean it myself which was a blessing in disguise. Chazz came in and did a remarkable job. He did a deep scrub that removed makeup, body oil and candle wax! I am totally amazed. He explained everything to me and even did a sample scrub before he got started. I bought the Groupon and was expecting to pay more out of pocket for the extra rooms, but I didn't realize I had berber carpet and was really upset when they told me it cost an extra $15/room on top of the $15/extra room. They worked with me and we were able to come to an agreement on price, and then they did a wonderful job cleaning everything (including a set of stairs that I'm sure was covered with pet hair). AVOID no stars. I bought a Groupon for six rooms of carpet cleaning. I bought the additional 2 rooms because I only have 4 rooms and a hallway and steps. They ended up charging extra for the steps. Talked me into deep clean and that was a joke. The stains were the same as when they got here after cleaning. Never removed vent covers on the floors so I still have huge stains where the covers are located. When I ask them to clean there they acted like it was to much trouble. Stains that I ask them to go over again they told me that they would not come out. I went to the store and bought a 2 in 1 off the shelf cleaner and it took the stains right out. I had a bed headboard that I had broken down and they refused to lift it (about 10 lbs) so they cleaned around it. We purchased a Groupon for $99 "Valid for unlimited vents and one return for one system, additional returns $24.99 each." The only additional charge should have been $50.00 for the additional returns but instead the scam artists charged us $508.00 in addition to the $99.00 we already paid. This company blew dust and dirt around the house, I say blew around the house because they did NOT use a vacuum line to take the dust outside the house!!!!! The dust was so bad for weeks it caused respiratory issues for us and our dogs. Then they removed the filter that is 2 weeks old in our 2 week old furnace and turned the unit sucking loose dirt from the duct system into the new unit covering the new coil and unit in dust. A fine coat of dust coated EVERYTHING in our house, which required a full house dusting, moping of floors, carpet steam cleaned, and hiring a legitimate company to actually clean the ducts. All Pro Quality Cleaning Service, Inc & Groupon $607.000 We hired a 2nd Duct Cleaning Company to actually clean the ducts $329.00 Carpet Cleaning company to remove all the dust blown around the house $210.00 Total Paid $1,146.00 to clean our ducts when advertised at $99.00 plus $24.99 for each additional return vent. read more

I had the same experience as the gentlemen from DC had (Justin), as I too have 799 sq ft for the entire unit and two small rooms of carpeting which is mostly covered with furniture. They left more stains than they removed. I should have known better when I was required to pay prior to beginning any work. They left water rings on my upholstery and my den now smells of mold. Funny he advised me to turn my heat up to 80 degrees, which I did, to prevent the mold smelling!!! I called the attendant to discuss my concerns and he was tot call me back on Friday; of course no call. I called him first thing Monday morning (TODAY) and he tried to give me the run around and tell me he would escalate it to his manager at corporate office and he would call me. I asked for his managers name and he advised me of James (his name) and gave me his cell number as the corporate office number which was the exact same number I had just called him on which is his cell phone!!! I used this company recently to clean my carpets and everything turned out better than I thought it would. I had a lot of stains and dark, matted down traffic areas but the cleaner made it look 100% better! The prices were very reasonable and I received my military discount on top of the sale prices.
