They were really expensive and really slow (6 days) and made me feel like I was just one of many customers and not important to them. I just thought with their advertising that they would have understood a $4700 fix is expensive and give some discount early in the process. I just got more and more frustrated as the days mounted and while they did give a 1% discount at checkout, I was already too frustrated to care. My alternative was to go to the dealership for a fix like this and next time I will. I really wanted a good experience as they're local and I wanted to support this business, but we're a one and done customer. I would not recommend this business. I'm hopeful at least the quality is good. Their prices and service are not good.

They also drop photos of what they see so it stays in the history of your account. There's no awkward upsell and no pressure to sell more things like other shops. If you drive an import, check them out. They do everything except tires.

When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. As a customer, you have the right to speak with a manager or owner to express your concerns and seek a resolution. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

They are always very nice and professional, and we trust their work--which is so important when it comes to the folks that are fixing your vehicles. Their GM Chris goes above and beyond, and has gone out of his way to find and pick up parts for us, or give someone a lift after dropping their car in the shop. They're honest about the work that needs to be done, and there have never been any surprises. They just expanded into the unit next to them and are finishing up some renovations for the office and reception area--just a testament that these guys are both doing good business and reinvesting that money back in the business.
