I am delighted to know about this co. for Bird Proofing and cleaning services. We were having Pigeon problems on our roof top and I called All pro to get the quote. They sent me an estimate and after we okayed for the quote, the crew showed up on time on the day of the appt. They spent anywhere from 3-4 hours and got the Solar panels cleaned, and installed bird netting around the panels and cleaned the back side of the gutters. They shared some 10-15 before and after pics and assured me that the pigeons wouldn't come back again. Don't bother even trying to contact these guys if you think your cleaning or pigeon issue isn't big enough. I tried to get an estimate from these guys for a pigeon problem on my balcony about two weeks ago and they still haven't even bothered to do an estimate. Not for lack of trying on my part. A couple of emails back and forth and now after two weeks, still nothing. I got fed up and took care of it myself. Don't waste your time or money on these guys. I can't believe I'm the first to review All Pro. I called All Pro yesterday and spoke with Bob over the phone regarding gutter cleaning and possible repair. I also called 2 other companies to get quotes so I could compare. Bob was very knowledgeable and polite and sent over a quote by email within 20 minutes. I was concerned that since he quoted me just by the size of my house and address that they would arrive and up the price, but that wasn't the case at all. He charged exactly what was quoted. From the three quotes I received he was right in the middle-not the cheapest but not the most expensive. It was a a very fair price. We spoke for over 20 minutes about some concerns I had about some of my seams and I felt confident he knew what he was talking about and gave me a very fair price to seal them. His team was able to come the next day which was awesome considering it's been raining non stop for the past 3 days. I feel badly that they were up there in the rain, that can't be very comfortable or safe. But they did a great job. We arrived home right as they were leaving and they were both very friendly and told me how the cleaning went and said they'd be back to seal the seams when it stops raining. They were fast and efficient and after they left I went outside and heard a strange trinkling sound that I couldn't place until I realized, OHHH that's what it sounds like when water is properly draining. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend All Pro. In fact I plan on having them come out to do some power washing to my roof come the spring. read more

I used their gutter cleaning services last year and wish I had not. They charged me $175 for cleaning and the total time the spent cleaning the gutter was under 10 minutes. They claimed they were all done and left the house. They may have had other engagements to get to in a hurry. I would not recommend them, please look else where and put your hard earned money to better use. read more

All Pro window cleaning is more than a five star service. Their crew showed up to our home in time and did an amazing job. Not sure what product they used but our windows were crystal clean. They haven't looked that good since we bought them over 10 years ago. They renewed the windows as if they were brand new inside and out. They were here about an hour or less and did an amazing job. The entire crew was pleasant and did what they needed to do. I would recommend them all of the time. read more

I am on board with the other reviewers. I contacted them initially based on a friend's recommendation. However, I did not get a response from them when I first contacted them two months ago. I left them two messages, and never heard from them. I tried again last month by both calling (please be aware that they do not answer phone call peronsally. It was an automated answering system) and emailing. It took them ten days to return my call. Too bad that I am not interested in giving business to someone who is not interested in my business. read more

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. These guys worked out well for us. We have a two story house and needed windows cleaned inside and out and the gutters cleaned. No problems setting up an appointment. The crew that showed up was super professional (foot covering while inside, etc.) With about four guys they got the job done in no time at all and the windows were gleaming. I called All Pro (Bob Carey) for estimates and they were wonderful and courteous!! They took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedure. I gave them my basic information and within 24 hours I had an estimate. (they said 24-48 hrs) The estimate documented the process and explained the guarantee. Yes guarantee! They have a virtual system so I didn't need to waste time and meet them to view my house. Good job! The crew was GREAT!! They were very polite, courteous and conscientious. You may not want to waste your time looking into All Pro as it doesn't appear they need business. I called them on a Monday and was told they'd send someone out to provide me an estimate and that I'd probably hear back by Friday. On the 8th business day of waiting for a response back I called and was told that they'd call me back in 30 minutes. Well another business day has gone by and I still haven't heard back. So I'm going to call another window washer in the hopes they need my business. read more

I don't know if All Pro had a problem with their Web reservations that caused the other poor reviews, but I just used them again for my home in October. I got someone on the phone right away and they were out the same week and did a great job. As I said prior to this update I have used them for some time for windows and gutters. I got the recommendation from a realtor friend of mine that also uses them and she simply won't recommend anyone that doesn't respond quickly and do the job right. read more

I agree with the other reviewer, these guys think they're too busy to respond to customers. I have called them 2 times to come do gutter cleaning, and Christmas lighting. I also submitted one request over the web. I did this over a 2 week period, and haven't had a single response. In my last voice mail, I even told them that I haven't had any response and would appreciate one. These guys are terrible. read more

I am rating this the lowest possible because of customer service, not necessarily quality of job. I bought a groupon coupon for my windows to be cleaned. I called for a month to try to set up an appointment. The recording always said that the promotion had them very busy but they would get back to me in a couple of days. Never happened. Finally I called groupon and said I wanted my money back. They contacted the owner and magically he had time to return my call. We set up an appointment for 8:30 to 9. At around 9 I received a text from the person doing the job asking if 10 a.m. was ok. I said yes buthe showed up at 10:30 throwing my day off saying that he had to stay home to pay bills. At this point I am amazed by the lack of customer service. The job he did was fine until that afternoon I noticed that a screen in one of the bedrooms was knocked out. I went outside to replace the screen and found that the screen was badly bent. Too bad that a potentially good company has such poor customer service. Would never use them again even with a good coupon. read more
