Hired Spotless to clean my elderly in-laws floors. They did a very good job. The quote process was easy and the appointment scheduled shortly after that. There was miscommunication somewhere, though. We thought they were going to move some of the furniture out of the way to clean carpet, but they didn't. Some they did; some they didn't. This was the 1st time we used Spotless and I feel very fortunate for finding them on Yelp. They gave me a quick quote and followed up to make an appointment the same week. The work was to do the carpeted upstairs and stairs. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a thorough job. The carpet looked brand new and he was able to get almost every stain off the carpet. He was also very thoughtful of what chemicals were being used since we have an indoor doggo. I cannot rave on this company enough!! They not only exceeded my expectations, I'm pretty sure they worked a "miracle" on my carpets! One of my rooms has tricky lighting in the afternoon and the carpet in this particular room was a different material than the other rooms. I noticed the next day the job in that room (which started the cleanest), still had some stains. I called them and they came back out and used a different method. It came out beautifully. This is the second time we've used Spotless. The first time was 4 years ago when we moved to our house. We needed the tiles cleaned inside the house and they did a wonderful job. This years service was for carpet cleaning. The whole process from making the appointment to the actual appointment was very easy. The technician came in on time, very professional and did a fabulous job in cleaning our carpet. We have a specific spot in one of the bedrooms that had a bad mark from a tape for the exercise mat, and he was able to clean it out like it was never there. We had some out of town guests visiting, and it was a good reason to finally get my carpets cleaned, which was long overdue. I sent a request over to Spotless and got a response within 15 or 20 minutes. Booking an appointment was very easy! Daniel came out and did a fabulous job cleaning all of our carpets and a chair. He used a new product to help with my boys stinky rooms, and when he was finished their rooms smelled great! Daniel was also able to get out some stubborn stains in our family room using another special product.
