My garage door opener's arm was broken from the attachment point where it contacted the garage door, I called All Quality Doors for the repair. This company was recommended by my neighbor who just had his garage door serviced. All Quality Doors sent Kevin to perform the repairs. Kevin did an excellent job. Not only was he professional but was extremely friendly. He arrived on time and went to work...quickly solving the problem. After making the initial repair of reinforcing the garage door attachment point, he re-balanced the garage door by adjusting the tension on the garage door spring, and then lubricated the garage door's moving parts. Kevin also inspected and lubricated my second garage door to make sure that the same thing did not happen to that garage door. First of all, Tod the owner is honest and trustworthy. For me, this is the most important when doing business with someone. Our garage doors broke twice. We were so lucky to have him over both times so so promptly. He answers the phone all the time. 1st time, the doors broke. The second time we needed new garage door openers. He was able to fix the door and get us the best possible quality door openers (whatever you call it). I absolutely love them. I never hear the doors open anymore. I'm able to control it from my phone, from anywhere I am. Quality of his work is excellent! I know I got the best deal in town. Wow. These guys are top notch. Yesterday my garage door literally fell down. Don't ask me how we got to this point but turns out, when your garage door falls down it's kind of an emergency. I had gotten Todd's info from my brother who had a great experience. My brother got his contact from another friend who also had a great experience. I've had experience with other garage door companies and was less than satisfied. When I broke my old door and needed a new one, Todd was right there on a Friday evening ready to do the installation the next day. It didn't work out with the distributor getting it done on the weekend but Todd was ready to meet a competitors quote and call to get the custom door ready first thing Monday morning. He gave us a selection of the windows and told us all the different parts he'll replace, and gave us a more than reasonable quote for adding a keypad. He was very professional and it was easy to tell he did quality work and took the time to do the install right. Everything worked smoothly and it's nice to have a working garage door, with a keypad. After the install, I was shown how to program the keypad and he made sure I knew everything I needed to make any changes. All of this and he warranties his installation work for a year. read more

We have gotten terrible customer service from Todd.We read all the reviews and thought he was a responsible competent person to replace our garage door. Originally everything was fine. The door worked well at first and we recommended him to friends and he was actually going to install another garage door in another property we owned. He was supposed to do this months ago but because of bad weather he postponed it. Then the garage door he installed stopped working. I put in dozens of phones calls, dozens of text messages (because his voicemail was almost always full) and sent him many emails. I attempted to contact him almost 50 times asking for his help and he never returned anything. I thought he was avoiding me or maybe had been hurt so I called him from my wife's phone. Magically his assistant picked up immediately. I asked him if Todd was okay because I had been trying to contact him for months .He said Todd was fine but he was on the ladder. I told him who I was and he said he would call back when he came down from the ladder. He must still be on that ladder because he never called back and it's been a week. We treated him and his son with the utmost respect and even referred him to our neighbors but when we needed his help he refused to take or answer our many, many messages. I get it if you are busy, but at least have the professionalism to stand by your product and do the right thing, don't just ignore people who have been nothing but good to you. read more

I have to tell you how happy I was that I called Todd this morning to fix my garage door. To begin my search for a repairman, I went to Nextdoor and Tood was highly recommended and then I came to Yelp where Todd also got great reviews so I gave him a call. He told me that he had a very busy day and would not be able to be at my house until late in the afternoon. I told him my situation and he told me he would try to work his schedule to make it work and give me a call back. He called me back in 2 minutes and said he could be at my house in 5 minutes.
