Then there is Josh the blatant liar who lied to me in text when I was confirming that the due bill work had been completed and our RV was ready for delivery. He was even stupid enough to send me a picture of work that had not been done, while telling me it was actually done. Mind you, we were CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had to beg for wiring information, Chris and Anthony downright ignored my requests for Extended warranty information. Josh flat out lied, both verbally and in writing. Our new RV was scratched when it was taken out for fuel. It was delivered with a chip and crack in the windshield and an aqua hot system that required over $2k in repairs just days after we took delivery. These people are liars, they are dismissive, demeaning, and disrespectful. If you are wise, you will run like hell from this Mike Thompson's RV because if they allow just one location to be this dishonest and deceitful, I am sure they will allow it at all of their locations.

I find their specialties and deep knowledge are diesel engines and chassis related systems, not the house part of RVs. Over several years, I have called Ron & Shawn 6 times for problems with dash AC, check engine light, DEF and diesel exhaust, hydraulic leaks, hydraulic leveling jack, engine overheating, and engine oil leak. TT&RV has also performed mobile fluid and filters changes on the Cummins engine and generator. My total cost has added up to over $15K for all the parts and labor. However, motorhome parts are not cheap. All the problems were fixed and all the services were performed by TT&RV to my satisfaction.

I went over and approached the owner, who was super friendly and told us, though they were super busy, they would try to fit us in the following day. As promised, Fred showed up the next morning, and diagnosed the issue. He and his crew came by the next day, quickly fixed both our A/C units, made sure everything was running properly and let me know both why the units weren't working and what to look for if this fix didn't last - much appreciated. And shock of all shocks, Fred called two days after the repair to make sure everything was still working properly. What repair guy ever does that? I couldn't be more impressed. Great people.
