Their website had detailed information on all of their coaches, trailers, and fifth wheels, which made it easy to narrow down what we were looking for. I had a few follow-up questions about a fifth wheel, and they responded right away. When we went to see it in person, Juan walked us through every detail of the fifth wheel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where everything was and how it worked. I was honestly a little overwhelmed--this 39-foot, 2022 Raptor was much bigger and fancier than anything I'd ever owned (my previous RV was a well-loved but aging 2004 Bounder!). We made an offer, signed the paperwork, and waited about a week for everything to be ready. During that time, we had Riverside Hitch install the new B&W hitch we needed for towing. They did an excellent job and offered the best price we found. When we returned for delivery, the Raptor was washed, hooked up, and ready for our final walkthrough. The loan documents were prepared and the financing process was incredibly fast. We even received a better interest rate and lower payments than we expected. We had looked at after market warrantees but the company they offered was a better price and way better coverage. We were in and out in about an hour, which was a blessing since we had driven from Colton and had to tow this beast home for the very first time! I pray for KARV's continued success. Then they sold him another one for $60,000. On a 20 year contract, 9.9% interest compounded daily! He was 95, his wife just died. In my opinion they took severe advantage of him. Then the owner lied to me about buying the first one back when it was actually put on consignment. AND said that type of financing was normal and common. Get real. We broke down on the other side of Cabazon last Friday afternoon in our RV. After hours of calls with our roadside assistance plan, I decided to give KARV a call to ask if they offered roadside assistance. The young lady who answered said no they do not offer mobile service but asked what the issue was and proceeded to have one of their technicians get on the phone and walk my husband through the process of resetting the auto jacks. Unfortunately, it didn't work. A couple hours later I started getting message's throughout the evening/night from Brandon the owner. He spent his night looking for someone to help us; at 5am the next day Brandon provided a name and phone number and stated this person is expecting our call. We were able to get a temp fix so that we could get the RV back to Arizona for service. Though we did not go to the service location, the KARV team went way above and beyond to assist us with technical help and providing a list of names and numbers for other mobile services. I put my 04 Neptune on consignment there. It didn't sell in a year so I brought it home. I discovered some parts missing and all the camping stuff we left in it, dishes, pans, silverware were missing, some refrigerator parts were taken, But the guys there went over and above. They paid me cash for the gear and sent a good mechanic to my house to replace the parts and returned my coach to operable and me to satisfied. I was pretty upset when I posted the other review. After a long search we found a cute little trailer at KARV in Desert Hot Springs. We live in Corona but frequent Landers area for family outings and my brother owns property there. The process was quick and easy, all of our questions were answered and being new RV owners, felt comfortable and confident we made the right decision. RC and Dave walked us through the very new process and when we were ready to hook up and go, our brakes, lights and turn signals did not work. We purchased a 2022 Coachmen Nova last November. The entire crew was friendly, responsive, patient and professional. No pressure. They prepared the coach for us to pick up 5 days later. As we drove off the lot we found the vehicle tended to pull to the right. We returned immediately to the lot. This was mid-afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. The crew confirmed the problem and made every effort using their local connections to find us a shop to take care of the issue at their expense.
