The framing did not pass inspection. they used the wrong straps, wrong screws did not follow instructions on how to repair a broken truss in which instructions were clearly written on how to do so by the TRUSS company that delivered the package. He lingers the job to the last day of the contract. The employees he had come out are not people you want around your house. They stole the materials I paid for, that he promised to leave once the job was done. RUN As fast as you can from the company. He is also doing business as build it better. He knows how to misrepresent his work and hides his manipulation through all his wording in the contract. I will be complaining to the attorney general, the FTC, the BBB, the consumer services and any company he represented his self to be. He is a homeowner's worst nightmare and people like this don't deserve a working man's or women's hard earned money. They are costing me more and more money as time goes by.

I can imagine if I had paid them the remaining $360 before they finished. I bet they would have bailed too and stolen the $360. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. Okay install; poor after service…read more Installation: Wattsun did an okay job installing panels. Wires were not clipped to panels. The wires are hanging onto the roof, which exposes the wiring to water, heat, and debris. The wiring and panels on the side of the house are clean and look nice. Service Call: After 2+ years of panels producing well, the panels started having issues and Wattsun was slow to send out technicians. The Enphase app didn't send notification the panels weren't working for up to a week, then it was 3-4 days for a tech to come out. One email went unanswered for 3 weeks. Squirrels: Unfortunately, squirrels chewed through the wiring, which was never mentioned as a possible issue during the sales presentation nor installation. Luckily, after two months of not diagnosing the problem correctly, the exposed wires didn't cause any major damage or a fire.

The guys that came out were knowledgeable, courteous, and very respectful. During this entire process, the communication was open and frequent.
