Nasty texts from Tim the owner of allrv
    Jennifer C.

I took my RV in two days ago and the owner son Tim was such a jerk and tried to bash me on Facebook and tag his friends and family to react to it when I was looking for a local place to help me because I didn't want him to work on it.He's very unprofessional and rude and told me that my RV was disgusting and dirty I also had to block him from my phone cause he would not stop texting me and talk to the adjuster. He harasses women.what kind of a business owner treats their customers like this. Look at his other reviews he has done this numerous times to his customers. I don't know how he's still in business. I had my rv towed to another shop.

Thanks Tim & Mike - we're back up and running in our RV thanks to you guys!

Wow. Our RV refrigerator was suddenly giving errors when running on propane. Propane was full and everything else on the rig that uses propane was running fine. A mobile technician in Lake Tahoe said we needed an expensive new solenoid. A *very large" and well known RV place in San Jose couldn't find any problem and told us to call the fridge maker. I took a chance and took it to ALL RV in Scotts Valley for another opinion. They knew right away the obvious answer was a clogged burner on the fridge... they popped out the panel cover and could see right away that the dirt and dust in here was causing the problem. Fixed it in 10 minutes and showed me how to do it myself in the future. I can't believe two other places didn't even think to try this, costing us a week of fridge problems and a LOT of money. Tim & Mike at ALL RV got me in right away given it was somewhat of a big problem meaning we couldn't travel... and fixed it in under an hour for a cost I felt was ridiculously low. I paid them more than they asked, at my insistence. These guys are the real deal... the know what they're doing, take a sensible approach to diagnosing problems quickly, they're friendly and fast, they show you what they're doing at each step (if you care), and charge a very fair price for their work. Thanks Tim and Mike!! You guys were a lifesaver. HIGHLY recommend these guys for any type of RV service need.

Tim was super nice and a big help when it came to suggesting the materials I needed to replace my RV roof. Was super helpful ordering it all and gave me a $80 discount after spending almost $1,000 bucks there. Came back a few days to later to spend a few hundred more when he confronted me with screenshot of me dumping a trashbag in his dumpster. Threatened to punch me in the face and kicked me out of his store... I tried apologizing to him afterwards because I did feel pretty bad about it all. Well... needless to say I no longer feel bad about dumping some trash. I feel bad someone can treat a customer with that much hostility over what could have been a simple "hey man I'd appreciate it if you didn't dump any trash here as this dumpster is meant for shop use only" okay bud, no worries.

Down at Pismo Beach after Tim fixed my rig !

Not sure what the previous negative reviews from a few 'mixed nuts' was all about , but I have been dealing with Tim at All RV for several years now & consider his expertise & work ethic to be TOP SHELF ! Tim has always been straight to the point & professional in dealing with issues on my camper in a timely manner. He has the best quality stock in his store as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

This particular RV looked like it was being transported as it had paper plates from Indiana and white wtiting on the front and back windows. We pulled over to wait for the woman driving it to pull over but no, she just drove on by. We called the company amd they took a report and we were told the claims person would be calling us back Monday, tje accident was on Sunday. Here it is, Wednesday and we have not heard a word from them. It was clearly hit and run. We piechased this trailer to haul our motorcyclea in to an upcoming event in WI but now can't even open the side door. I guess I will be calling them tomorrow and if I don't hear from them I'll be filing a.police report. Surely they have noticed one of their new RV's with major mirror damage. Finally heard from Sherry today(after I called this morning) and she claims that bc we were unable to get a license plate number there is NOTHING she can do. She said they have hundreds of claims to reaearch and don't have the time and suggested I call my insurance company. I call BS and say they are lazy and just dont want to do their job but rather pass the buck and get off scott free.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I'm concerned that this company generates More revenue from charging people for damage, than actual rental services. There was superficial aesthetic scratches as you can see in the photo. We were told, that these tiny scratches are worth 25% of the entire cost of the part ($1400). Do you think these scratches justify 25%? In reality, it's more like 0.1% of the cost. --so how many customers will they do this to? 10? And reap a 250% return on this part? -HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I'm all for paying for damages but this is ridiculous. The money maker is charging customers for cumulative replacements. You're NOT SUPPOSE TO PROFIT OFF DAMAGE CHARGES. Or is that the entire point of this business? If you've been ripped off by this business, please reach out, as we may be interested in class action litigation.

Rented two Seadoo Spark jet skis from these guys from Friday to Sunday. The return process totally…read moresucked. They only have one person working on Sunday so I waited over 2.5hrs to make my return. Waited outside their gate for 40mins. Another rented was already waiting. The only person there takes 45mins to do his return inspection. After waiting for near an hour the renters in front of me finally got escorted off the property. Upon inspecting my rentals he pointed out a scratch on my jetski rental. The scratch was pretty superficial. The seadoo sparks are made mostly out of plastic and polytec unlike traditional jetskis that are made of mostly fiberglass. Fiberglass damage needs repairs to prevent more damage to the surrounding fiberglass, however, the plastic and polytec damage does not need to be repaired. The small scratch was the size of a pinky fingernail clipping from a part that was nearly the entire surface of the ski. Basically the area you would stand on. The parts price was quoted at ~$1200. His inspection required me to pay for a 1/4 of the $1200 part and 1/4 of the labor it would be to replace the part. A quarter of the price was ridiculous in my opinion. I asked if he could give me deal and give me 1/10 of the cost for parts and labor. It seemed more reasonable than paying over $300 for a scratch in some polytec/plastic that was likely intended to take some abuse. I was surprised he was even considering that small scratch as damage. It blow my mind that they would do this kind of BS to a customer. By the looks of it, this has happen before. The pictures indicate the part that would be replaced. Again, my scratch was the size of a little fingernail clipping. The part is massive in comparison to the scratch.

It had been a very busy year and I still had many demands on my time that were not related to the trip, and I was stressed. I asked them to do routine engine maintenance and to find out why the dashboard AC had stopped working. They did as I asked and found and fixed the problem with the AC right away. I wanted new tires plus a spare for the trip. Savio referred me to Ramon's and they did a wonderful job with the tires, including locating a rim for the spare. The Solis has no space for a spare. I ordered a mounted from Landed Gear and had it shipped to Leales and Leales followed the instructions for the installation so that the spare stayed put even when we drove the famously rough Alcan Highway there and back. The road is built on permafrost and its reputation has not been exaggerated - we encountered one car with two flat tires - but with good tires and slow driving, we never needed our spare. We also did not experience the problems I've read people have with other brands or improperly installed back door mounted spare tire racks: broken window or warping of the metal doors.

AVOID LEALE'S RV -- Misleading, Frustrating, and Unprofessional…read more I had a really frustrating experience with Leale's RV, particularly with Michael in their service department. I brought in my 2024 Thor motorhome for a battery-related issue. Michael incorrectly told me that my coach does not support Group 31 AGM batteries and insisted I would need to spend nearly $2,000 to upgrade to lithium. He was adamant, repeatedly citing his past experience working at Thor (from years ago) as the basis for his claims--even though the coach came from the factory with Group 31s. He had a condescending attitude and loves to talk on the phone explaining how experienced he was. Meanwhile, he keeps sending me photos of their posted $239/hr labor rate as if that justified the misdiagnosis or poor service, rather than addressing the actual issue. It felt like a deflection rather than a solution. Thankfully, Savio his manager was able to step in, confirm the unit was indeed compatible with Group 31 batteries, and help me get the right battery installed immediately. I bought the battery myself and dropped it off for a quick, proper install--something that should've happened from the beginning. Although I'm having to pay for the diagnostics even though they have the authorization from the manufacturer to cover the diagnostics! To make matters worse, I was told they wouldn't cash the reimbursement check from the manufacturer (Thor), but they cashed it anyway, leaving me out $700 and damaging my relationship with Thor. I had to chase down Thor myself for clarification and deal with the fallout. Despite talking to them on June 26 and then explaining that they closed the case and zero checks would be cashed. July 16 and Thor confirms the check was indeed cashed. This whole experience left me feeling deceived, ignored, and frustrated. Between the incorrect technical advice, the lack of accountability, and the poor communication, I cannot recommend Leale's RV to anyone looking for honest, competent service. I'm just glad that I did not pay for them to upgrade my batteries at $1,800 because the coach already supports lithium batteries.
