Well I guess i should have read the reviews before taking my vehicle there, as others have said these guys are rip off con artists and they indeed are. I was verbally phone quoted 2 hours or so to have a used braking system installed in my toad a 1986 suzuki samurai, she said 400 to 450.00 since it was used....Well i get a phone call and asked if I want to continue with the installation I`m a bit perplexed by the call as I was under the impression that wiring in the toads rear tail lights were all part of the installation but that was not the case, they charged me 750.00 not the 400-450.00 discussed on the phone, and for 750.00 they just placed the vacuum unit on the floor behind the rear seat ran a vacuum hose to the brake booster, ran and mounted the operating cylinder to the brake pedal and hooked up power to the unit...wires and hoses just laying on top of carpet...Piss poor work to say the least and maybe 1 hour worth of work...To hook up the toads rear lights would have been in total over 1000.00...DO NOT under any circumstances take your vehicle to these rip offs....This just so wrong on so many levels i just cannot grasp the level of flat out lying going on there...SMH read more

had our rv serviced somewhere else for regular maintenance. They said we needed....which would cost over $8,000!!!! A family member said take it to All RV Service Center. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! My experience with All RV was AWFUL. The technician showed without the tools needed to do the job. So I had to provide him with some of my own. The worst part is that when it was time to settle the bill the office manager "Bobbi" overcharged me for labor. The actual hours worked were well documented and verified by the technician. When I called her to discuss the overcharge she berated, insulted and threatened me then hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. This company has a D- rating by the BBB. I strongly advise all RVers in need of repairs to avoid this company. Their business practices are blatantly dishonest!!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went in with 3 items to have checked out on my Lance cab over camper. (Which I intended to sell). Told Patrick (general manager) if it was going to cost allot, call me first as I would probably sell my camper "as is". They did NOT fix the 3 things I had gone in there for, but did add $1300 of unauthorized work, without calling me!!!! This is illegal. And they screwed up the unauthorized work!!! My rear blinkers are backwards, and brake lights don't work properly. The lights worked FINE when I I took it in. They charged me almost $300 for an oil change. Bobby, Patrick's mother and owner, refuses to refund the money for the unauthorized work. She wants the camper back to "Fix" the illegal work, which I fear will legitimize it. I recorded Bobby in 2 "conversations" (legal in AZ) and the way she was vindictively screaming at me, I am afraid if I take my rig back to them they will do some serious damage. Not only won't I get my $$ back, I have to have someone else fix their incompetence, costing me even more money for something that worked fine previously. I'm not sure what is happening there, but the owner Boby is rude. Took our RV there, $500 later I was told it was fixed. Took it on the road and it was not got back into town called them immediately was told rudely to bring it in next Tuesday. Today's next Tuesday and I was given a refund and told to go on down the street. we have our RV there several times and never had an issue. This was the first time dealing with Boby. There was a mechanic there who is no longer there are not sure what that issue is but we will no longer take our RV to all RV service center. I will find an RV repair place that respects me as a person and respects me as an RVer. Going on a trip to find out that the problem is not fixed cannot happen to people on the road. read more

Spoke with Carl about repairs needed. He quoted $350, so we added a tune-up and a Propane fill too. Carl reassured us that we'd be called about price. NEVER got a call. DIDN'T get a return phone call to the several calls made either. Picked up RV and bill was over$1700!! Work not discussed was completed and Propane not filled either. Bobby had absolutely No Regard to this obvious and blatant Deceit. Learned afterwards that this business has a D- rating with the BBB!! Take your business elsewhere. Had a defective Coleman Mach 10 15k btu that La Mesa and Camping World in Tucson were not able to get to in a reasonable time. 110+ deg F this week. All RV had the unit and installed promptly, but the replacement unit was defective also. They ordered a replacement unit promptly and installed the next day, so while I was disappointed in the delay, I was very appreciative of their dedication to getting the job done right and quickly. The A/C cooled as well as expected in Dateland during a rest stop nap, 122 deg F outside. I would recommend All RV enthusiastically, and am sure I'll have a need for their help in the future . read more

I'm really surprised at the reviews. My experience with them has been so positive. They treat you like family, the good kind, the kind you want to have dinner with. :) Even when you chat up their customers inside, they are happy to be there. The first time I went to All RV, it was to fill my RV propane. Not an issue for them (even though it's incredibly hard to get to). Since then, I've referred my friends...who have had the best experiences there, so much so they call me and tell me how grateful they are that I referred them. In Aug. of 2019 , I wanted to upgrade my air conditioner to the newer Coleman NDQ Mach 10. It often is 10DB,or more, quieter than previous versions. In smaller trailers and RV the reduction in sound can be an excellent upgrade. I contact ALL RV and talked with the sales rep about ordering and installing the newer quiet version. The representative was polite and positive about my intended change and promised a quick turn around and installation. Pricing was fair so I placed the order. The new air conditioner arrived quickly and they scheduled me a prompt installation. Within just a couple hours they had the install done and I was back on the road. At home I tested the noise level and model number and I discovered that they had installed a louder version , not the NDQ. I phoned them immediately and explained that we had agreed to purchase the NDQ version and that wrong model had been installed by mistake. Their response , an apology, was quick ,with a promise to get and install the correct model. Within a week , the swap was completed without charge and I had the model I wanted. This RV servicecenter saved us. Our hot water heater pilot went on the blink. After calling 15 places, they were the only ones who would provide same day service. We went right there and an hour and a half later we had a new "board" and a functioning hot water heater. Outstanding customer service and outstanding quality of work. Traveling across country and camping every few days, we realized one of our slides did not close properly. We made a future appt for when we would arrive in Tucson. After many extensive calls with Carl, and sending him pictures, he assured us they could help and would have all parts needed. Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable, so we were confident our camper repair would be handled quickly and correctly. When we arrived for our app, we were told to pull into their lot and put the slides out, without leveling first. That can cause damage, so that should have been a red flag. We asked for Carl, and we were told he wasn't in. After pressing, we found that Carl no longer worked there. None of the employees knew where to begin. They tramped through our camper with dirty shoes with no regard for our camper. Late in the afternoon they still had not fixed the problem and didn't know how to fix it. They called another company for advice on what to do. We were at their mercy and we felt like guinea pigs. They finally slapped everything back together right before closing time, charged an exorbitant amount for this botched job. of course, we had to pay the bill in order to get our camper out of their lot. When we arrived at our campground the slide still did not work properly. Do not use this company for any repair other than maybe a taillight. read more

This review is intended for those looking for a comprehensive experience description with All RV Svc. Cntr. (Tucson) as well as for those who do not 'understand' why there are negative reviews. We started our contact with Bobi (owner) approximately 4 months prior to arriving. We were coming into Tucson for business and we knew that more info for Bobi and her crew would make it easier for them and for us. We work and full time it on our RV and Bobi said we could stay on their property as they have a dump and electricity. We requested a large job. While meeting with Bobi and one of their techs, my husband was told it ought to be around 3-4 days for the job to complete. To us, this was the verbal 'estimate' for both the cost and time frame as Bobi told us their hourly labor rate. Upon arrival, we were surprised to meet a new manager (Carl). Carl had no idea why we were there. My husband had to tell Carl what needed to be done and that we were living onsite per Bobi approval. Carl had no idea about anything that we discussed with Bobi. We wanted a gate key because we would be locked behind it after All RV closed for the day. This is a safety issue in case 911 needed access to us or if we needed to come and go. We never saw Bobi. That ought to have been our 1st clue. As we started staying onsite, we noticed nothing was being done on our RV. We asked Carl when they could start, Carl did not answer directly with a time frame of any kind. We thought, as long as we can access work, we can be flexible. We became concerned when we were asked to move out of our RV as they needed to access the plumbing bay. Carl stated they did not want us on our RV while they were 'working' on it. Made some sense, so we went to a motel. When we came back to check on the RV, they had barely started on our RV. We could not take all work items with us because they are attached to our RV. We lost significant work $ as well as the unexpected $ that we needed to fork out to pay for a place to stay. We were also paying for our RV rent at the RV Park where we were staying. Rent was not refundable. We kept asking Carl to speak with Bobi. Some of the answers Carl gave us: I have given her the message = I am very busy and when I get a chance will leave another message but I have left her a message = she is not in yet = I do not know when she will be in = I do not know her schedule as she is the owner of the business. Bobi never showed. Overall, it took short of 2 weeks. It would have taken longer if my husband had not told Carl that we have run out of time and that we are taking our RV. We decided we would pay just to unplug. Bobi was there when we went to pay and pick up our RV. Bobi never acknowledged that we sent a message, never acknowledged the situation whatsoever, was overly kind (based on our previous experiences), and also had a 'sing-songy' intonation in her verbal communication = almost as if everything was shiny and bright. Strange, frankly. From our recent experience and in reading as many reviews we could get our hands on, All RV works for those who need a simple repair. It is the bigger and more complex jobs where they become unethical and disingenuous. All RV gets away with these business practices because unethical and disingenuous actions are not illegal. For us, it doesn't make sense to give our $ to a business that is not ethical or genuine in their 'word'. We now understand why All RV is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. BBB's Vision: "An ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers trust each other". For those that do not know: one can file a complaint whether a business is a member of the BBB or not. Just know that they cannot follow through with that complaint but complaints can be listed on their website and documented in their system. Then there's the power of the people with collective reviews. After the above incident, we got 2 estimates from other RV companies in Tucson. They each gave us a verbal estimate. During both encounters, we mentioned our recent experience with another local RV repair shop. We did not name nor hint at which business it was. They both guessed who it was. Tucson is a small town in the RV repair/remodel business. If other businesses know, then All Rv's business practices are not as 'under the radar' as they think. read more

Took my Ford van to All RV to have them order and install a Remco drive shaft disconnect, as well as installation of a Blue Ox base plate, which we had, and gave them a $600 deposit We were told it would take one day to do the job, and it took two. When we picked the van up it had a terrible vibration. We were told the Remco drive shaft had been damaged in shipment (so why install it?). I took it back, they had it 2 more days, then said there was nothing they could do. I stopped payment on my check for the balance of the work ($1286), and then they finally agreed to fix it. They kept the van another week, and it was still not fixed. Finally I had to take a police officer to their shop to get them to give me my van back, because they wanted $440 to reinstall my original drive shaft and undo what they messed up. It still cost me over $400 to have them install the base plate. They completely botched the job, the owner was very rude on the telephone several times, and they broke every promise they made to us to make it right. It is ridiculous to have to involve the police just to get my own vehicle back! read more

Called about getting propane tank filled, they said yes. Went there with my 1 gal new propane tank, she took me out back and a guy stopped and took my tank across alley to fill it. Then the blonde lady in the front said oh theres a 3 gal minimum So even though the guy had already took my tank to the propane and was ready to fill it I wasn't important enough to do business with. I took my 1 gal tank and left. So rather than make any sale at all they just stood there. I had a 5 gal empty at home for the grill I needed filled also and was looking for a place close to my house to start doing business with, but since they refused to do business with me on this small one, I went to U-Haul. We always try to use small businesses and the first couple times we had work done with All-Rv it was good, although not as communicative and slower than I would expect. We called to ask if they could do a ready-brake assist kit on our Jeep Wrangler Toad. They said it would take one day- when we got there we were told they overbooked. No problem- two days later we called and they said a part we had supplied was broken. 3 days later we call and they said it was done BUT... After a week it was not done to completion . The bottom line is they were not familiar with the system we wanted put on and instead of explaining that so we could go someplace else, we were asked why we bought that particular set up and when I said it was easy to use, I was told "well if it was so easy, why didn't you do it yourself". I know customer service is a dinosaur, but if you want my business I would appreciate some courtesy. The owner is brusque and I can overlook that, but communication and getting work back in a timely manner is important to me. Outright rudeness is unacceptable. I will not be back there- there are other small businesses to support. read more

Can we give negative star reviews? Do not waste your time.! However they will waste yours. Called for RV roof ac repair on a Thursday, was told they'd be to me by 10 the next day. No show, wasted a vacation day. Called Saturday trying to be understanding and the tech said he "forgot" and it would be Monday at 10.am. Called at 11:15 and he said he forgot, again. I voiced my opinion about the unprofessionalism and then he promptly said he wasn't going to show at all. Probably used this as an excuse to mark another appointment off their list. Another wasted vacation day. Been high 80s mid 90s here in Tucson. Looks like we'll be heading home a little early. They are mentioned in the Tucson KOA flyer. I witnessed customer Charged $250.00 to "open a valve and vent her LP tank." (2 hours =$125.00 / hr = $250.00.) Then charged for the valve replacement needed separate. I worked there. Husband calls wife and mechanic varying 20 times per day and you have to answer every one. Approximate being 23rd employee in 2 years. This place is amazing. I stopped in to get some parts to retrofit my propane tank. I brought in the parts I could show them I was struggling with and Bobbie explained how to fix the issue. I was very impressed. She took the part I brought in, took it a part in a vice and showed me what to do. We then figured out I didn't need anything. I went here to buy a couple parts for my rv. They talked me into buying a new lock for my door, which was $35. I told them that I wasn't sure if the lock would fit and they said if it didn't that I could return it. That was a lie. I had to raise hell just to get store credit. So with the store credit, I brought my lock up to All RV and they said my lock would cost $135 hahaha no way! They are $40 online! I looked around the store to use the credit that I had to scream to get and they have nothing for parts! I couldn't even find a poop tube unless I wanted to pay $45 for one that had no connectors on it. I don't see how this place is still in business. Will never shop here again!! Day 1: I had a problem with my RV Air Conditioning (inside coils freezing up) and called around to find someone who could come to me. My first call was to a place that charged $67/hr but they were booked for days. Like the previous reviewer, I think this business's $88 per hour rate is excessive. Not only that, it's $88 for the call out and $88 for the first hour (plus some mysterious $4 charge) which amounts to $180 just to show up. The AC tech was a mess (dirty, unshaven and smelled bad), and didn't appear to know which end was up. He checked the things I had already checked that I had told him about (dirty and/or blocked coils) and didn't do much of anything else in the 35 or so minutes he was here. He left with no resolution, with my credit card charged for $180. To their credit, they did show up within a couple of hours after my call. Day 2: After calling to complain, the owner called me back today. She gave no satisfaction and actually hung up on me after I told her she could either resolve this or I would write a bad review on-line. Well, this is it. read more

Our 5th wheel trailer sustained considerable damage to the rear endcap and the interior back wall on our way south in Nov. of 2014. Several shops were too busy to do the repairs in a timely fashion though we did get an estimate from one for $5000. All R.V. had no problem fitting us in. Now we know why. The estimate was very much higher when it was sent to our insurance company than what we were told. The owner said $5-6000 and sent in $6900. That would have been fine except they did shoddy work and did not complete all repairs that were charged out on the estimate. An insurance adjuster had them fix some small things but did not require them to finish a major part of the interior estimated work or redo such things as an upside down window frame or puckering vinyl on the wallboard that was installed. We have addressed his poor inspection with our insurance company with the prayer that he will be more diligent. We have reported this to the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General's office. Both have advised us to take them to Justice Court. read more

I took my Class B in for maintenance on appliances, a few small repairs and to instal Roof TV antenna and sewer hose kit. They were having problems with staffing. My RV was there for 2 months!! I tried to reach them by phone got no answer or when I left a voice mail message the call was not returned on several occasions. I sent several e-mails to the owner without getting a response. I finally sent one last e-mail stating I would be there on a specific date/ time to pick it up. When I arrived I was told the owner did not get the e-mail. My RV was in a mess. Filthy dirty inside and out and only 50% of the work had been completed. After 2 months!!! They should have been able to complete all my work in 2 days not 2 months. Not bad. They've been around for 30 years, so they have to be doing something right. They had no trouble diagnosing and fixing my 20 year old propane RV heater, so I was pretty impressed. However, their labor rate is $88/hr (is that typical for auto repair?), so it seemed a little on the pricey side. Their shop also looks like it's 30 years old, so that keeps them from getting a 5-star rating. read more

We are writing this review to hopefully prevent others from experiencing what happened to us. This is the first place in our RV travels we have had any bad luck! While traveling in our RV across country, there were some issues with our RV. We have an extended warranty for just such issues! We called them and they confirmed what was covered under our plan. Luckily it sounded like most of our issues would be covered under one deductible. We were pleased. We were in New Mexico at the time. There were limited services where we were staying. We planned ahead to Tucson, AZ. We had reservations at a state park We planned on being there for two weeks. Then we would have one week of unplanned time before going to our next destination with reservations. I googled and found an RV repair place. "All RV Service Center" 537 West Grant Rd. Tucson 85705. They advertised that they work with all extended warranties. I called and spoke to them on February 4th. They said yes, they work with extended warranties and explained how it works. I gave them a list of what needed repairing. I was told to come to their facility on Tuesday February 17 at 9:00AM for them to write an estimate and submit it to the insurance company. We were told it takes about a week to get approval from the warranty company and they would do our repairs in two weeks during our one week of time before our next destination. I felt comfortable with the plan. We arrived for our appointment at 8:30AM on the 17th. After 5 1/2 hours of waiting for them to do the estimate, we finally had to question the owner on why it had been 5 1/2 hours after our appointment and no one had looked at us. She finally sent a mechanic out to have the estimate done. We then returned to our RV park and waited. After a week, I called "All RV Service Center" and was told "She (the owner) was busy" and she would call me back. She didn't call me, so I called again the next day. Once again I was told she was outside and she would call me back the next day. Again, no call. I called daily. At this point I called my warranty company. They stated that they received one phone call from "All RV Service Center" on February 4th (Our initial call), and they instructed "All RV Service Center" to submit an estimate with labor and parts. They never called again! In conclusion, They made us wait 5 1/2 hours for a 9 am appointment, just to make a list. Then they never called the warranty company, and I would have to say I guess they never intended to do the work. Since we have another reservation in 7 days we left Tucson without our repairs done. They didn't even bother to call us back. If they were too busy to do the work they could have just told us. We were not even given the option of going to another repair place because we thought the plan was in the works. In conclusion, we hope this review prevents others from having to go through what we went through. read more

This review receives no stars but I had to choose this because it was required. I took my trailer in and insisted that it be done by October 4th. Tammy said, We can get the work done on time. She also said, We only take a little bit of your money because we'd rather have your business over the long haul than make a huge profit from you today. That was a bunch of bull! Bonnie also said that she would have it done in a few day but it wasn't done when she said. I had to cancel my trip because they hadn't fixed it according to my specs. I called numerous times to get a bid regarding costs and they never returned my calls or gave me an estimate until it was time to pay; almost $2,000.00 for sub-standard work. They quoted a water tank for $70.00 when in fact it came to $187.00. Well...it was done alright but not how I specified. I asked them to repair the seams with metal and they just covered it in a silver calk. All of the work done was terrible. I am also reporting them To The Better Business Bureau. If you need parts for your RV, consider shopping somewhere else. They are very friendly, but can't seem to get their ordering right, don't check the parts when they come in to make sure it's the right part, or that it isn't damaged. Ordered an exterior corner molding, 8' long, and it looked like someone had stepped on it in the middle. Had to reorder, and wait a couple of more days and another trip to Tucson to get the part. It was serviceable, but scratched. Had another problem with a part we ordered not being right, and after trying to get the part we wanted and being told it was going to be yet another 2 days, after waiting 4, we asked for our money back. They gave it back, but not without a lot of arguing about it. Too much headache and hassle just to order some parts. If you don't mind waiting and having to reorder stuff I guess it's okay, but it was way too frustrating to talk to them. No one seemed to know what the other person was doing, where stock was kept, or when orders were placed or were coming in. read more
