I rolled into Tire Up as I had an emergency roughly 10 minutes before they closed. I was hoping they could just keep my car overnight and get me taken care of the next day. Eric was adamant about taking care of me and getting me on my way that very same day even though it would mean him and Fabian staying after hours. I was stunned. Turned out they couldn't plug my tire because I had driven too many miles on a flat tire which ended up chewing up the side walls. They threw my spare on for me (didn't charge me, by the way) and we ordered a new tire which was installed two days later. Came to this location due to them being a Uhaul dealer and had an incredible experience. I was having a lot of issues with a moving company that was delaying day after day on me, to the point where I eventually decided that I'd be moving all my stuff on my own. I made that conclusion and performed a same day request/reservation and had zero issues getting everything I needed: the truck, car trailer, blankets, a dolly -- this place had it all. Got a flat tire driving thru Tucson from out of town. Most local tire shop were quoting 3-4 hours for a flat fix and one look at my car and suggesting I get new tires on a new vehicle with 15,000 miles. Went a month ago bought all 4 tires new for tires alone I paid $222 not including installation . Went back today after a month and told me one of my tires that was flat wasn't fixable they could give me a tire at $90 with a $20 discount because they "felt bad" when in reality when I went the first time I got all tires pretty much for $55 each . So why would I Pay $70 for one new tire . pointless for them to come with 3 free tire repair if I can't even use that to my advantage . Rather loose a customer then give me more of a discount and keep me . DISSAPOINTED . read more
