Honestly, I don't know why this place has such low ratings. In my personal opinion this place is great, they are super nice and really welcoming. It does take quite the time, but you have to consider why that is. You are paying for a service where they are cleaning YOUR car, YOUR mess, YOUR trash, inside and out. The time I went before this review they were extremely thorough and extremely great, in the experience I had before this one I would rate that a 9/10. The man at the counter was extremely nice and helped me with a quote on a ceramic coating on my car which was not a bad price at all and it made me want to go back because of how great it was. But this time around it wasn't that great. As shown in the photos there are still a few marks on my car that given the benefit of the doubt could have been passed by the initial person that was washing my car with soap and water but I'm pretty sure the people who were drying it might have seen it right? There was still quite a few water mark on the windows surrounding the car. I paid for platinum so I thought it would be a more thorough clean but I guess I'll just try to find a place to get it detailed so it's super clean. So would I come again? Maybe if I don't find a place that can do it for me or I don't have time to do it myself. Would I trust that my car be 100% clean before they put the ceramic coating? Well, This place is in a great location, making it very convenient to come here but I highly recommend that you take the day off of work to be here. It took 30 minutes to get in and when I arrived, I was the 2nd car in line. It's been 45 minutes since I've been inside and my car has not moved. The people in the waiting area are flustered about the length of time as well, as many are first time customers as myself. Her name is B and she is unprofessional and rude . I got a car wash and didn't like the service after I left and I got home I was not satisfied as I paid 26 . So I call the location and told her I just wanted to make a comment . I'm not confrontational. I just simply stated that I pay 15 else where and I feel like do a way better job at cleaning . I also said I know I have dog hair in the car . But it didn't even look like they tired to vacuum correctly . She was nice originally and said she will give me two free washes . The day I went there were not busy at all they could have put a little more effort in . There was also tons of other minor details that were missed . I came back in a few days later . And she yelling and screaming at me . And than walks away from me and didn't allow me to speak multiple times . I told her when I called I didn't ask for anything . I said I just had a comment . You offered to redo it. And she kept yelling that dog hair doesn't come out with a vacuum . But I have owned my dogs and car for 6 years . And never had an issue any where else . This place just keeps getting worse each time I go back. I go back only because I have to pass it on my way home so it's just convenient. This last time I went for a car wash there was some kind of white substance left on my seats which I assume was left behind from the vacuum. I just got a damp cloth when I got home and wipe the seats down, not really a big deal. I don't use this vehicle often so I didn't think I would have to inspect it after they clean. About a week later I needed to put something in the back of the car and I realize they didn't bother to vacuum back there. I do remember them having the back door open and I watched them wipe off the back window from inside. How lazy do they have to be not to vacuum the back of my Ford Escape? The cost for the car wash is $32 plus I tip $10. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. I guess I'll just have to go out of my way to go to a different location and completely avoid this place. I've been going there for years just for a car wash. I get my car detailed somewhere else and they do a fantastic job. I would never let this place detail my car when they do a crap job just washing it. When I went to get the car washed, there was nobody there and nobody pulled in after I did. There was absolutely no reason for them to do such a crappy job. I would think they would want to do a better job when they have no other customers. I honestly do not recommend this place. I had my car detailed at this location and to my surprise I found a cut on my back seat. I talked to the person who detailed my car and explained to him that the cut was not there. He responded that the cut was there before the service was done. On top of that he called me a "liar" My car is new, there is no way that there was a cut there. Visited twice: on a weekday in the summer, I was able to get serviced within approximately 30 minutes; on a Sunday in the winter I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes just to enter the garage and the service took approximately 30 minutes from there.
