Great hand car wash for great prices! The inside waiting area is a little shacky and the car washes can take some time, but who cares about that when these guys (and girls) are providing quality hand car washes each and every time! The workers do such a thorough job with the exterior of the cars as well as the interior. The last time I washed my truck the attendant went as far as taking some coolers I had in the trunk part out so he could vacuum the carpet. And let me tell ya, I've been to other car washes that most times don't even wipe down the dashboard. But here they will do it all. You won't be disappointed. Use to come here a lot. But after a while, I just found other places during my day. Its owned by a little old man and woman with Chihuahua's. I once knew the owner beforehand, but alas, tragedy struck and he no longer owned this place. For $11 (cars) they put their all in cleaning your vehicle. I mean, from inside and out you get the works, and also too a nice spritz of some pleasant perfume if you desire for a dollar more. Of course, you come through the back (where you see the line start) and just wait till you get to the door, he ask's you what do you need and you say inside and out. Thats it, you take your receipt to the inside (leave your keys with them) and they drive your car in while you watch if you'd like on their plexiglass viewspots. Seriously they do an excellent job and spend quite a while on your car, so of course you do get a good cleaning for the price. If there is something you don't like, please let them know, they are more than happy to fix that. Most of the people here speak spanish only, and I always tip from $2-5 depending how good im feeling. CASH ONLY. I went here for the first time last week. They did an AWESOME job. My car suffers from a lot of dog hair. Short of getting it detailed this is the best job anyone has ever done getting the hair out of my car. And for only $17. That is an amazing price. So why only 4 stars? They took awhile. Not specifically just on my car but they don't seem to have enough staff to keep up with the demand. I was probably 5th in line and I was there....oh...it felt.like an hour. I don't want to exaggerate but it was def longer than 45 minutes. So as for other comments about the waiting room...I didn't care necessarily but then spending thay much time on there wasn't really comfortable. And being the only gringa I didn't know what was going on on the tv. It was an interesting experience. It's unclear when you walk in who or where to pay. (Pretty much they collect the money from you when they are giving you your car back) And I loved the fact that they were blasting 80s rock and roll as they cleaned the cars. And I turned into a pain in the butt because I was late for a lunch date and they were still nicw to me. I mean I'm a nice pain on the butt but still, it's nice they didn't let it show if I started annoying them. And again, they did an AWESOME job. read more

A lot of stuff will still not be clean and this last time, they didn't even clean the back of my hatchback. I wish I had a better experience with this place. I came here to use a Groupon for a full car detail and left disappointed. To begin, the Groupon was $65 (a $141 value) for: A Superior wash (a $15.95 value) Two coats of hand wax (a $79.99 value) Shampoo of floor mats (a $6 value) Leather wipe and condition (a $24.99 value) Under-hood & trunk cleaning (a $14.99 value) These are the values stated in the Groupon. I made an appointment (as required) and showed up at the agreed upon time. When I showed the owner my Groupon he immediately launched into a spiel about all of the things that the Groupon did *not* cover (shampooing upholstery, etc...) and how all of those services could be purchased for an extra charge. Since this was my first time at this car wash I politely told him that I was just interested in getting the services that were included in the deal. He agreed and said it would be 2 1/2 hours. At the agreed upon time, I called to confirm that my car was finished (they said it was) so came over to pick up my car. Upon getting my car it was certainly cleaner then when I dropped it off, and had absolutely been waxed. I paid (and as a good Grouponer, tipped 20% on the original value), picked up my car and drove home. Upon closer inspection (once home) is where some of my problems begin to surface. My first issue (and I realize that I take the blame for this) is that the Groupon title said "$65 for Interior and Exterior Car-Detailing Package ($141.92 Value)" and I bought it without reading the specifics of what was included. The thing is that I have paid $140 dollars for a car detail before, and it has been just that, a top to bottom, inside & out, the car is as clean as the day it left the factory detail. This was not that and absolutely not a "$141" value. In my opinion the owner worked the numbers so that it added up to a high number, so that people would be dazzled into thinking they got a deal. * The $15.95 wash? I received that. * The $79 two coats of hand wax, I wasn't there but I'm willing to bet my car did *not* get two separate applications of wax. I think the second application was listed to "pad" the price. * The $6 Shampoo the floor maps? I have rubber floor mats, so mine were washed, but they also get washed when I purchase the $9 whole car wash at my normal place - no value added IMO * The $24 Leather wipe down and condition. The result of this was that every square inch of my interior was covered in Amour All to the point that everything was extremely slick (hands unable to grip the steering wheel, shoes sliding around on floor mats) borderline dangerous... * Under-hood & trunk cleaning, my trunk was vacuumed out (again a service I get as part of my normal $9 car wash) and under the hood? (Which I take to mean the engine bay), completely untouched.... My point in all of these was that I could get the same level of wash on my car at my usual place (down the street) for $30 plus tip. To claim this was a $141 value is joke, and even at half of that price, it was still an extreme stretch. I was simply unhappy with the quality and level of service for $95 out of pocket (Groupon cost plus tip) In the end the business attempted to pawn off a non-deal as a deal, and instead of winning me as a repeat customer, they have solidified my allegiance to my normal place, and made me actively not recommend them to friends. read more

This by far is the best car wash you will EVER go to, plus it didn't hurt that it its $15 dollars for everything! Mats, dash, ruins and tires and included in the price. The only negative thing is that it is hard to find the entrance the first time you come here. You have to enter from Archer through the bank parking lot and the car wash entrance is off the alley. These guys are amazing! I bought a Groupon for the auto-detailing package. Let me tell you: my car was a mess. It had not been detailed in at least six years. There was a decaying layer of organic matter in my trunk, the lining of the trunk was undone, and the inside of the car was so dirty that I was ashamed of it. These guys made the car look brand new--they even packed in the trunk lining! They also did it in half of the time they estimated. What a crew! I wish I had tipped them more. read more

This place never disappoints! I have been all over the city and while not bad ....most take too long for ok results....I have waited 2 hours at other car washes! These guyes are fast! They know how to work efficient and they just keep those cars moving. You have workers washing the outside with a high capacity foamer that goes on thick, workers hand washing, washing tires, the interior folks vacuum, clean the dash....they do it all....$17 for a complete inside and out detail for car and SUV $21 inside and out...complete. Maybe I went on a bad day idk but that first experience did it for me and i won't be going back to this place. Not only did their waiting room smell, but the job they did was terrible. I mainly wanted them to focus on the inside it needed a good wipe from my 9 year olds footprints on the back of the seats and a good vacuum. They did vacuum it good but there were still dirt in my cup holders, the footprints were still on the back of the seats and the outside I scrubbed what I thought was a scratch was just dirt and came right off when I scrubbed it. The woman answers the phone with simply her first name. I had to ask if this was Superior Car Wash. I then said I was interested in an inside upholstery/rug shampoo and inside detail on a Chevy Equinox. She asked car or truck, I said "van" and that confused her so she had to go get someone else and put him on the phone. I then asked him the price, and at first he said he would have to see the vehicle?!? I repeated the make and model of the vehicle, and he asked how many seats? I told him two seats - front and back - and once again said all I wanted was an inside upholstery/rug shampoo and inside detail. Nothing on the outside of the vehicle. He then said "$140".
