Honestly super great service BUT I had come here, because my favorite spot is closed on Tuesdays, they had initially charged me 4$ more than my usual spot, which I was willing to do (40$) Unfortunately when I showed up the following week to get another wash, guy in the front gave me a price of 60$ , 20$ more than the previous weeks I brought up how I had come the week prior and paid 40$ manager dropped the price down to 50$ again . Upon verifying with an employee, he confirmed that per my vehicle size , the price is in fact 40$ for in and out wash Great service by actual guy washing, unfortunately manager seemed to flat out rip me off -now I only go to my usual spot , probably won't be back again read more

I wanted to visit a nearby business so I decided to go here. I saw the 5 star ratings & knew this would be the best choice. I entered the lot which had 3 cars ahead of me. After waiting 17 minutes the garage door opened and the 3 cars ahead went in. I saw a few people leave and come back in the side door which I'm not sure who was who. I waited 16 more minutes and the door opened...my turn. They were able to place 8 cars facing different directions. Not sure they did but they did. I was the first car. There were about 6-7 workers there. I took a seat in waiting room & waited for my car to get her wash but they started on the 2 cars behind me(???). So my car sat there for 14 minutes before someone came to clean it. While the others were getting their wash on. The guy who cleaned my car was good. He took 36 minutes to clean it. Hmmm let's do sum math...17 + 16 + 14 + 36 = 83 minutes from start to finish. . So I expected everything to be flawless. It was, almost. I had to spend another 30 mins cleaning certain spots that were overlooked on the car by cleaner when i got home. The washroom was decent. No paper towels though. The cleaner was cool. They only accept cash. It was $14. I prefer cleaning my own car in my garage but the weather was too cool for it. Good to see my car clean. car clean. read more

I found Neals car wash from a Yelp search. They are open on Sundays, which is perfect for me. The staff pays attention to detail and provides a super clean car. If you choose to do service with them expect to spend about one hour to complete the service. The downfall of the place is they only accept cash, and the staff doesn't wear mask, but very affordable and great service. read more

I've been coming here a little of a year now . Trying to support black own businesses In the community but they don't respect people time. Each time I've come I've waited over 2hrs . I keep coming back in hopes that it gets better . Nope today 04/02/2021 was the straw for me . I got here about 9:08a and a few cars came after me and one of the cars that arrived after me got serviced before I did. I got up to speak on it and was told "I GOT YOU". I love this place!!! Very much a hidden gem. Took my car to them a couple months ago and got my car fully details for $20 plus I tipped the person who cleaned my car $10. I wish I remembered his name but he did an amazing job and I'm always looking for him when I go there. I visited them at least 2 a month. I have dogs and you wouldn't know because of the good job they do. Everyone is super nice and explain what they did and couldn't to your car after the wash. So, I have lived about ten minutes from this place for years but have never went in, well one sunny day I did and I'm glad I did. When I first pulled in everyone said hi how can I help you, told them I need a wash and someone was available right away.I forgot his name (sorry) but he was a nice guy with dreads, short. The owner was cool, everyone seemed nice. I spent a lot of time talking with the guy washing my car and he was super cool. My car looked great inside and out. Okay...for real, these people don't play. They take their business seriously. I went to many other car wash places, but I have to conclude that this place is the best. FYI...I am a Japanese. I have very high expectations/standards for what I pay and receive...but this makes sense, right? I was in this area, looking for a car wash for my dirty ass car that hadn't taken care of for months. I found this place from here, saw high ratings, so I decided to give a try. When I went there, the man...probably the owner of the shop was very kind and explained to me the cause of a bad odor in my car. After that, a young Gentleman started to take care of my car. He really worked hard to make my car shine. He showed his dedication and perfectionism. I was so moved. The Gentleman came to me that it was almost ready, but wanted me to move my car so he could polish the other side of the tire...I hadn't seen such a dedicative attitude from someone for a long time, so I was truly moved. This shop is not located in the best location in the city; but I learned from those hard-working people that we need to support their small businesses and their community. I could live out of state and I would still bring my car to Neal's Car Wash. Literally the best car wash in the Chicago Land area and trust me I tried them all. I love the fact, that Neal's employees wash their customers cars like its their own. I fall in love with my vehicle every time I drive off the lots.
