Upon walking up, you pass by a lovely little landscaped waterfall and go over a bridge, and just know you are about to be somewhere beautiful. The plants and landscaping here are stunning and add to the sunny allure. The koi pond is also so pretty and surrounded with flowers. They have tons of umbrellas and shady spots, making this nice for even the hotter days of summer. I generally order the bubbles flight here, as they are known for their sparkling. This includes three very generous pours, which are pre-selected. I love comparing the flavors and trying something new every time I go! My friend and I always get great photos here. It's a wonderful place to dress up and take photos. Shoutout to their bathrooms too- very very spacious and clean. Do not miss the best bubbles and vibes in Chelan!

I strongly encourage anyone considering Karma to think twice. It is unfortunate that the new owners…read moredo not seem to be friendly, welcoming or knowledgeable about running this type of business. We were here for a wedding and it became obvious they were not interested in honoring contracts that had been signed by the previous owners. Deb the wife and owner came off as friendly but later showed she was ready to go home. I understand since the change in ownership they have lost most of their staff. As of this last weekend they have lost their biggest asset, Cynthia. She was an amazing coordinator, employee and a kind human. She seems to care about her work ethic and making sure people were having a good time all while the owners were yelling at the staff, guests and trying to rush them off. I hate to see the new owners ruin the Karma reputation. We will not be back or recommend this vineyard when there are so many others to chose from.

Our venue was in Easton, WA (right outside of Cle Elum area) and it was hard finding local vendors since Easton really isn't much of a city. We came across Gather Leavenworth on Wedding Wire, hopped on the phone with them, didn't look elsewhere and went with Gather. They were more than happy to travel! We hired them pre-pandemic with an original wedding date of 9/26/2020, but then had to postpone to 2021, and they were super easy to work with! Even though we hired them for day-of-wedding coordination, they had a lot of wedding tools you can utilize months before, that I wish we utilized more. But with the pandemic, we were thrown in to a bit of a funk with wedding planning. Gather sent reminder emails throughout the planning and they were so helpful! They came out the day before our wedding to run the rehearsal and go through all the decor and everything. Then day of wedding, everything went so smoothly! Ashley and Tarcy were amazing to work with! I would highly recommend hiring them to coordinate your big day! Super happy with their services!

Gather's online portal is organized and has helpful resources to keep you on-track with planning, and our frequent check-in calls with Ashley were incredibly helpful. She happily answered all of our random wedding questions, both big and small, and helped us feel comfortable throughout the planning process. Not only did she help us with the basics of day-of coordinating and decor, she also ordered and rented any decor items we decided we needed and allowed us to ship items to her in order to reduce our workload. The week of the wedding she took over all vendor communications and was committed to ensuring our week was relaxing and stress-free. She helped us run a quick and smooth rehearsal, and it felt like she and her assistant, Rachel, were absolutely everywhere on the day of the wedding. We did not have to worry about a single detail, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We've received many post-wedding compliments from guests about how smoothly our entire wedding weekend operated, and we could not have done it without Ashley, Rachel, and Gather. She's just the best!

We decided to stay here after agreeing to be in a wedding that was taking place at the event center…read morehere. I was shocked that none of the wedding party chose to book lodging here when the wedding was here, because this place was so much nicer than the big hotels down in town. Regardless, we had our pick of the place, and chose the king bed room called Songbird as far from the event center as possible in case the festivities went late and we wanted to crash. Finding the event center was a disaster. We took a lot longer to get up from Oregon to Manson, and by the time we got up to the lake, it was already dark. Thankfully they had us in contact with them via their text concierge line, and helped us when we got turned around, and we finally arrived. We were greeted warmly by the young lady staffing the center, and she showed us to our room. Even though it was pitch black outside, we were able to get a general feel for the property, and it was lovely. The room was immaculately designed, had a fresh and newly built smell, and we were super pleased with the quality of the amenities. The bed was super comfy, all the linens and towels were Matouk, which we love, and the space was warm and inviting. It felt like we were staying at a spa, and the only thing missing was an in-room massage. Despite it being the start of winter, our room was perfectly climate controlled and didn't leave us feeling dried up like some hotels do with in-room ac/heat. The shower was luxurious with really nice in-shower bath products, but I absolutely LOVED their bathrobes, which were ultra-plush lined, super warm, and very cozy. I wanted to take one home with me but I resisted! I did text them after our stay was over because I definitely want to order the towels from our room- they were beyond excellent. What a find. The next day, when it was fully light outside, we took a little walk around the property, and a drive around the city. It was so nice to be away from all the goings on in town, and felt like a little getaway during our getaway. The wedding was over the weekend, and the staff did an amazing job rolling with quite a mishmash of characters at the wedding during covid. We met the owner Jacqueline and her sweet pups at one point during rehearsal before the wedding, and she was so sweet and genuine, I know why this place is such a gem. Overall, I was really impressed and delighted with our stay here, and the venue was perfect for the event as well. If I were to be in the area again, even if it wasn't for an event at this location, I would definitely go out of my way to stay at Harmony Meadows again. Delightful experience, and I highly recommend staying here!

I have loved Manson my entire life. My dad was born and raised there, we spent a lot of time there…read moregrowing up, and we still have family there. We visit as often as we can, so it meant a lot to our family when our son and daughter-in-law chose to get married near Lake Chelan. They found Harmony Meadows, and the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The setting was exactly what they envisioned for their wedding day. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner, Jacqueline, was extremely disappointing. As the mother of the groom, I didn't have much direct interaction with her leading up to the wedding, but I witnessed and heard enough during the wedding weekend to be concerned. The bride, the bride's mother, and several bridesmaids were treated rudely both the day before and the day of the wedding. Rather than helping create a positive, memorable experience, there were unnecessary confrontations and comments that added stress to what should have been a joyful occasion. She spoke negatively about other weddings at the location and also spoke unkindly about our son and daughter in law's wedding before it even happened. She ended up storming off before the wedding happened so didn't see her the rest of the time. She made it more about herself than what it was meant to be. The cottages also presented problems. My sister and sister-in-law stayed in one of the units, and around 1:00 a.m. on the first night, the fire/carbon monoxide alarm began sounding. They texted the emergency contact number but received no response. After calling, someone eventually came and moved them upstairs, but they were never told what caused the alarm. While getting ready for the wedding, my daughter used the hair dryer in our cottage. It was already damaged when she first unfolded it, the handle was loose and flopped while in use. I immediately requested a replacement. Despite explaining that it was already broken, we were later charged $50 for that hair dryer. Jacqueline ultimately agreed to remove that charge after I contacted her. After the wedding, the mother of the bride received notice that several deductions would be taken from the security deposit. These included another $50 charge for a hair dryer in my sister's room that they never used. We were told it had been "broken in half," but no photos or proof of damage were provided. They were also charged $40 per furniture item--$160 total--for moving beds slightly to make room for a baby's crib, despite no evidence that the furniture had been damaged. Additional charges included "excessive food" on a tablecloth and rental fees for two DJ tables that were never used. We have photos and video from the reception showing the DJ did not use those tables. The venue itself is stunning, but customer service is just as important as the location, especially for weddings. Couples invest a significant amount of money and trust in a venue to help make one of the most important days of their lives special. Sadly, our experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. Harmony Meadows has tremendous potential, but based on our experience, the customer service, especially Jacqueline did not reflect the level of professionalism we expected.
