I can not say enough good things about Miss Susie and the All Seasons Motel. She got our room booked last minute with no issues and left our keys out for us, since we would be coming in late. We had been camping all week and had severe weather coming in, we couldn't find a single place available, potentially faced a 10 hour drive home and our trip would have been cut short. When we got to the motel the room was nice and clean and the air was crisp and cool.(nice after camping in the heat) Susie gave us all the info on where to go for food and drinks and we were able to come back and relax with our pups after a stressful morning. She saved our trip by accommodating us at such short notice. We will definitely be returning soon! read more

I've stayed here when I'm in northern Michigan since 2015. Unfortunately in 2015 and 2020 my visits were for my parents funerals. Even at difficult times such as these All Seasons was so accommodating to large groups coming in for the funerals. They made sure we had rooms near each other and made sure we had anything we needed. This is a small place and it is not modern or sleek. It is clean, spacious, welcoming, and homelike...like you're staying with family. Our standard room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The towels are thick and wonderful, and the beds were even comfortable! My family loves staying here. read more

Do not stay here. Owners kids-adult children had a gathering around a fire behind the motel after 11 with music loud voices etc on a Wednesday night. I was traveling on business and had paid for a decent nights sleep. The kids-adult children disregarded my request for quiet. I spoke with the owner Sussie obviously felt I was imposing. I told her that I would just leave, loose my $85 and pay to stay elsewhere. Her response was "ok". I tried to get a room elsewhere but the other motel did not pick up the phone. The owner got the music shut off but they kept talking loud, laughing etc. it's now 12:30 am and the are still at it and louder. Its really damn inconsiderate and disrespectful of the guests. When I spoke with the owners kids at 12:45 am they got nasty. One boy got aggressive but changed his mind after pursing me and coming face to face ( I deal with criminals in my work). He appeared to be high. One of the worst places I have stayed. I regret choosing All Seasons. You should avoid it. Run down, not clean, worn out beds and bad management. read more

If you like the smell of cat piss, this is the place for you. Carpet is disgusting, mattresses appear to have been purchased from a second hand store in the 70s. Please don't stay here, there is no possible way you will consider this livable - even for a night. Just for something to compare it with, sleeping in a stranger's dirty car would get 2 stars from me. read more

Stayed here during a weekend trip to Short's brewery. Very nice little motel not far from the tap room. This is where I'll be staying for any future trips to Bellaire. Rooms were nice and clean with all the usual amenities. Rates were fair. Best of all, Susie, the proprietor, was very cheerful and nice. read more

quaint little ma and pa motel. clean, no bedbugs.. plenty of pillows and blankets.. great deal for the price!! some units are a little more modern than others, but have kitchenettes and coffeemakers with supplies for morning. i'd DEF stay here again. our hostess was with the mostess!! she friendly and personable. read more

Great price and great location. This motel is a bit dated, but that's ok if you are passing by or enjoying beverages in town.

I stayed here twice in the summer of 2017, 10 days each time. It's a good motel and Bellaire is a great town. It's not the Hyatt and those complaining shouldn't have expected the Hyatt. The staff is nice- from Jeannie from housekeeping to Cisco, the lovable dog who loves everyone at all times. And the cat is funny, too. It's an older motel but it is clean and you can get a good nights rest. It's across from a McDonalds and a supermarket is just down the block. A Subway sandwich shop is next door. You can walk into town if you desire, maybe a15 minutes walk. The TV works well and I enjoyed my stay. I will return when I am in Bellaire again. read more

Only reason I rated it 4 star, no coffee maker in room, had to get stale coffee at office in the morning. Otherwise, place is dog friendly, room spacious, very clean, good heating for winter, free wifi (definite plus), Micro and fridge in this deluxe room & price $99 bucks includes dog fee. Plenty of great dining places on same street or mile or so away. We stayed on Super bowl night, watched great game on small picture tube TV, but heck...Packers weren't playing so no matter. read more

A few friends and I decided to make a ski trip, but didn't want to leave our dogs at home. I stumbled across this place while searching for a dog-friendly hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It is a small, family owned place which really adds to the customer service. Also, they let us stay past the checkout time on our last day so we could finish skiing- how nice is that! Will def. be back. read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We knew going into this that there were not many options for this town, especially since we were travelling with our small dog. We had an early morning appointment in Bellaire; therefore, we decided not to drive to Traverse City for better hotels that accepted pets. Since there were a few reviews that said it was clean, we decided to suck it up and pay the expense due to the convenience. With tax and a $10 pet fee (the lady only charged us half) we paid over $100 for a disgusting few hours of lodging. Upon entering (room 12), the odors knocked us down. Although all rooms are nonsmoking, this room reeked of smoke and the lingering musty odor was sickening. The carpet was so disgusting that I kept my shoes on the entire time. The bathroom was dirty, and I opted not to shower since I felt it would be the better option. The comforter was tired and worn, but I did feel that the sheets and towels were laundered and fresh which was a plus. The mattress should have been replaced probably 10-15 years ago. The room had at least seven ant baits placed throughout. We stayed at other hotels that were pet friendly and we did not pick up on any pet odors or stains. Unfortunately, you cannot control all pet owners and hope they will do the right thing. If you do charge a pet fee, it should not be for a revenue stream, but instead should be for the extra cleaning that is needed in the room, even if a pet happened to make a mess. This was not the case at All Seasons Motel. For pet friendly hotels, consider LaQuinta Inn, they do not charge a pet fee and the rooms and grounds have been extremely clean. We were charged a pet fee for Microtel; however, we also received a nice clean room and grounds. It is unfortunate that we paid such a high rate, for a sub-par product. If we could have checked out and moved on, we would have. My advice is to inspect the room before paying. My husband and I have over 30 years of combined hotel experience as GM's for Marriott. While you cannot control what someone does behind closed doors, it is your responsibility (and the training of your staff) to make that room the cleanest and best stay for the next guest and at a fair price. If someone smokes in a nonsmoking room, you clean the room and the linens, and ozone the room to remove as many odors as you can - you take it out of commission until it is rentable. This was not a one-nighter that caused the room to have such offensive odors and dirtiness, this is multiple years of poor cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep. read more

Bottom line is that All Seasons is one of the least expensive places in town and good for a night's sleep. Hot shower and friendly staff. The room smelled like my Grandma's cleaning products. The carpet had some dirt stains and the bathroom ceiling needed a paint job. The mini blinds did not do a good job keeping light out. The wi-fi went in and out of service. read more
