Making the decision to put a loved one on hospice is one of the most difficult things to do. Having a company that is extremely attentive and communicative can make the process so much easier. Susie was great at walking us through the process. Tim was the most AMAZING nurse anyone could ask for. They were always available by phone and provide great care for my mom. They did everything from ordering equipment, making sure we had supplies, and going through meds with us.They made the end of life care a little easier. read more

Ann-Ha is a Aid and does a great job with the residents at wholsome Elderly on Mathis, she knows how to manage the client that has dementia. She talks to him very gentle and understands him. Ann is caring towards him. read more

RC Hospice was completely on top of interacting with the hospital, in attempts to get my mother released into our care and into hospice. My grandparents who both suffer from Parkinson's disease have been under the care of RC Hospice Care for the past year now. Let me tell you, my family and I were a little scared to admit them to Hospice care, but it's the best decision we could have made, especially admitting them to RC hospice care. The staff is very professional, genuine and compassionate. They have been so amazing, attentive and caring for our grandparents and have treated them as if it's their own. They have seriously exceeded our expectations and have taken Care of them better than we could have ever had at this point in their life. I would HIGHLY recommend RC Hospice! I used one of their nurses for wound care. She was knowledgeable and attentive. She seemed like she genuinely cared for my family members well being and healing. RC Hospice Care has been SUCH a caring, well trained, blessing to my family! Going through the process of leaving this world is difficult, exhausting and grief filled, even under the best of circumstances. My RN is wonderful and caring and very detail oriented! They have nurses available 24/7 and theyre all well trained and So very kind! My CNA who helps me is so sweet and calm and raises my spirits and my social worker eases the hard road of paperwork and medical equipment, so its not a worry to me! Chaplain Tom is there for your religious concerns and checks on you regularly. Even the Dr. in charge is hard working, diligent and caring! With video visits available. Thier office staff always is sweet and gets my messages right where they need to go. Even the owners and head administrator are WONDERFUL people that are the very soul of kindness and caring! I want to sincerely thank the staff of RC Hospice for the care they have given my 95 year old Mother. the care and compassion they have shown my her has been above and beyond my expectations. They have provided supplies and valuable advice. Her nurse, social worker and bathing assistant keep careful watch and are in constant contact with me on her condition. They celebrate good news as well as any concerns they might have. I have several sets of eyes and ears on Mom and her surroundings that give me confidence in her well-being. My family is indebted to these wonderful people! Mom will leave her facility soon to come live with me.
