We also had a conversation via text. I thought all was confirmed until I got a call just now asking to remove us from the schedule. I said I thought all was confirmed especially because a representative had already came to the property and explained what needed to be fixed. They seemed really excited to get us off the schedule - I guess they don't want our business. The person I spoke with was super unprofessional and was in a rush. I will have to follow-up with our realtor and share our experience with them and urge them to not recommend them to future clients. Terrible experience.

Andy worked us into his schedule, and overhauled our pool in a short amount of time. We even contacted a few other companies to compare prices, and they too recommended calling Triton. A customer recommendation is one thing, but getting recommended by his competitors is a whole different level. He has continuously answered our many questions, and our pool looks great. Elaina does a great job staying in contact with us about the schedule, and emailing invoices. We can go online to make payments and everything has been handled in a professional and fantastic way.
