I first encountered this vehicle on my road as I was stuck behind them as they drove 10 mph for about half mile. Then at the stop sign, this truck sat and sat and sat with zero traffic stopping them. I honked to let them know I was there and so he responded with a long blast of his air horn. I then tried to drive around this truck, and so he waited until I was almost past, then pulled out and tried to race me. I could go on but I won't. I will add that this grumpy crap hauler recognized my car a week later and then began similar antics. Cannot believe DOT would license someone who drives like this. We came across J Hockman, and reached out to them, and told them what our problem was. Within a couple days they sent Chris storehouse who took the time to diagnose what was going on and explain in detail what had been done prior and what should be changed going forward. After accepting the quote for the work, they returned within several days and were able to fix the problem in under two hours. Start off by saying they not once called to tell us they were coming to my property and had to move things that were in their way without asking (vehicles and other equipment, they were very rude and treated us like it had nothing to do with it. Treated my wife like she was an idiot for asking them to do a simple task. We bought this house in October 2025 and they just finished the job and it is the middle of may 2026. Would not recommend this company to anyone, id pay more money to have it done in a more timely fashion with a company that doesnt treat people this way. STAY AWAY
