Then I got texts from them. Then I picked it up, $59. Then I got a call they forgot to give me neck hood piece back. Then, the person there could not find said piece at first. Sigh. 3 phone calls, 3 trips there, and a few texts. Complicated.

The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

I was told that no one there could assess it properly, they'd have to send it out to their subcontractor that does speciality cleaning, get a quote and call me back. That would've been fine, but I didn't hear anything from them for months. I followed up in September, was promised a call, and never received any. I called again today (Nov 30 2016) and finally got an answer. The subcontractor had had it on hold, awaiting my answer on their quote, which I never received! Although they acknowledged their error, Village Cleaners refused to assist me or let me talk to the manager to make my case. Very disappointing. ***edit 12/1/2016***I moved this from a one-star to a four-star experience after receiving a call this morning from the manager's son. They reviewed the dress, saw that it was not a challenging clean, and agreed they could do it in house - for free. I am appreciative for the call and accepted the offer.
